I am rejecting this response because I find it ridiculous that this offer to pay for the broken part was only offered as a result of my complaint with Revdex.com It's my belief Samsung knows that the "spider gear" is faulty in their machines as evidenced by all of the awful comments I observed online Samsung has a real problem on their hands with their front load washing machine I only wished I'd known about this before spending my hard earned money on one of their poorly manufactured appliances that failed after only years of gentle usage Why won't Samsung stand behind their product for longer than one year? This is telling to me and one of the reasons that I will never ever buy another Samsung product in my life I've shared my sentiments to friends, neighbors and co-workers that Samsung makes cheap washing machines with cheap parts thatare built to fail I elected to purchase a replacement washing machine from a reputable company -Speed Queen that stands behind their product with quality parts, made in America and expert workmanship Based on the great comments of Speed Queen, I will be able to use my washing machine for yrs and they also stand behind their product Lastly, Samsung responses refer to me as being a "Samsung Customer." I am not a Samsung Customer -nor will I ever be

We understand the charger requested at this time is for a Note device.However, this same request was asked of Samsung on 09/08/for a NoteproductAt that time the accessory exchange policy was explainedAn accessory which requires replacement must first be shipped to Samsung, once evaluated and authorized the replacement will be processedAs a one-time courtesy the advanced exchange of the Notecharger was processed.With that stated, Samsung cannot extend yet another courtesy of an advanced accessory replacement due to the consumer being aware of Samsung's warranty policy.To complete exchange of the Notecharger, the defective charger must be shipped to Samsung prior to fulfillment of replacement.Thank you

Upon further review of Mrs*** claim, our system shows that the agent who handle the complaint spoke with her again on 8/18/and explained that the rebate is the price of the new unit (up to the rebate amount offered) plus any haul away or installation fees she incurred The agent further explained that the rebate form clearly stated that if Mrs*** purchased a new Samsung, she could receive a rebate up to $but not exceed the cost of the new washer. The agent also advised Mrs*** that Samsung would not increase the rebate amount. Based on this information, no further accommodations can be made for this claim. Samsung contacted me six days ago and had me run through the entire scenario yet again As we finished the call, the Samsung representative stated that she would research the matter and be in contact with me the very next day Just like the last two samsung representatives who promised to call me back, I didn't heard a thing the next day, nor in the days that have passed since then No missed calls, no voicemails, no emails, no texts Samsung has been silent for yet another week As time slips away, I have nothing to show for the hard earned money I spent on my device

I am rejecting this response because: the repairman from some out of state company came to my house but indicated he did not bring the right parts; nor could he fix the issue with our washing machine In fact, his company cannot fix the issue with the washer at all, because the washer is so much in disrepair it would be too big of a job for ANYONE in his company to fix He asked if I bought this washer used, or if I had moved after purchasing it- the answer is NO I have not moved, and YES it was bought brand new It seems we are just wasting more and more time with me still dealing with a non-functioning washing machine, and as a full-time attorney, and mother of three young children and a family of (soon to be 6), having no washing machine for several months while Samsung gives me the run around for months without a useable washing machine, has not been pleasant in the least I invested good money in a "top quality" brand, and in under three years the washer is literally unusable and completely disconnected from the drum and is irreparable by at least one servicing companyI'm now washing my clothes in the sinkI don't even know why this repair company was hired if they do not fix the drum and basket, when I had already hired a repairman through ***'s designated company- ***, at my expense, and they already diagnosed the issue, which was reported at the time of the Revdex.com complaint due to our complete and utter frustration with trying to work with Samsung's "customer" service, who after many months had been absolutely no help at all The "customer" service is still not satisfactory How much longer do I need to wait now until a repair company that will essentially repair the entire washer, will come and maybe, or maybe not, fix this washing machine? It seems like Samsung is still not standing behind their product and is again trying to wear us down until we just go buy a new washing machine and give up on the claim, after months of trying to work with Samsung and complete and utter frustration We cannot go any longer without a washing machine trying to work with their "customer" service This is unacceptable and I want a new, functioning, working machine that IS ACTUALLY top of line, delivered to my home by the end of the week. Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to his refrigerator. Our system shows a refund in the amount of $1,497.60; reference Txt# *** was submitted for the unit for approval. Mr*** was advised that product is under review, and to hold on to unit
until receiving further instructions. If the unit has been disposed of, the offer will be voided. The refund has been approved and a Refund/Compensation payment method website link e-mail was sent on 9/07/to the email on file requesting Mr*** preferred payment method. A Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was also sent with the acceptance document attached, along with instructions that are required to proceed with the refund. An agent from the Refunds Deptattempted to contact Mr*** on 9/08/and again on 9/11/requesting his preferred payment method but was on successful in reaching him. Please have Mr*** either return the agents’ call or submit the payment method request online from the link provided.
