What is being stated is falseI did not say $I said it was advertised as $but the true EnergyGuide Usage is $A 38% increase. Simple math tells us that percent of give us Therefore, add to 8,that give us a total of I am not debating on how much the actual cost will be for me at the end of the year but debating on what was advertised to be the estimated energy usage if I am to follow the protocols used to measure and test the EnergyGuideMy usage of the television does not change the fact of what is advertisedApologizing does not work if there is no attempt to finding a remedy to the situationI have contacted you through Revdex.com because the other channels did not work
Again, are you saying that the EnergyGuide I have on my tv is incorrect and saying the $is the true one and it was falsely advertised as $8?

I am rejecting this response because: I feel it has taken an excessive amount of time and cash out of pocket to have in warranty repairs done to our refrigerator. On 10/28/the technician from *** *** service brought another replacement part and so far the refrigerator has been workingAlthough, it has now developed a vibrating/humming noise every time the unit turns on for the first secondsI feel and fear this refrigerator WILL fail againSamsung's offered to buy back the unit for $plus tax based on our original purchase price of $1572.24, refund all diagnostic fees of $and food loss of $At this time I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price plus the previous mentioned lossesin addition I am also requesting an additional $food loss for the second failure on 10/16/15. I am asking this due to the fact a comparable unit now exceeds $1800.00.

The good news is the approved Samsung vendor did contact us and is scheduled to come out next WednesdayThey have already warned that fixing freon related issues is not easy...the glass is half right now so I cannot deem if the solution is satisfactory at this time.

I am rejecting this response because:I was informed that the rexall had options only Reinforce the top of the machine or Accept the rebate given after I purchase a new machineIf samsung will send out a technician free of charge to actually look at my machine and make an appropriate repair, not just a standard bolt down the lid repair like I was told, then I am willing to go forth with a repair optionI was not informed a tech would actually look at my machine and decide what needs to be doneI was told someone would come out and reinforce the top of my machine, which I do not believe would be a correct repairI am not against a tech coming out and figuring out what needs to be done and repairing my machine correctly free of charge.
