I am rejecting this response because: Samsung has continued to stonewall with their responses(1) Samsung never provided the 'repair kit' informationOn one of the phone calls a rep said "all it says is to wash heavy loads on delicate cycle"- Well guess what- When you do that, the heavy duty items don't spin out all of the waterSo then those heavy duty items go into the dryer wetter and takes twice as long to dry, putting undue strain and use on my dryer. (2) Samsung contracted with *** *** repair staff to add the 'rings'When the *** *** repairman came to my house, he said "It's a good thing I'm mechanically inclined, some of our other guys are not- meaning the other 'repairs' done to these damgerous washers. (3) Samsung never said they were sending out a cable repair personI received a message the night before the 'repair'I had no notice- *** told me Samsung was supposed to notifyThis was shoddy, unacceptable repairI am seeking a refund to replace this washer, and NOT a SamsungThere is no guarentee it won't explode if I don't use delicate cycle for heavy/bedding loadsI am forced to change my practices due to obvious safety concernsWhere is the class-action lawsuit in ** like ** has filed?? Unacceptable business practices.

I've read the response and disagree with Samsung's position that the fault is not with the refrigerator, but with the water sourceHowever, I will pay the plumber once again to come and check the water directly from the wall faucet to verify that the problem is in the pipes carrying the water to the refrigerator as Samsung suggests. The kitchen sink tap water is fine - but we will recheck the pipe to the refrigerator. I will get back to you after the plumber's service call

I am rejecting this response because:a reflash of firmware and wipe of the phone would have been fine but you updated my firmware from to which I was told would not happengive me my money back you crooks you did something to my phone that I was told would absolutely not happen thats a verbal contract especially since money changes hands at the time of the verbal agreement you didnt even do a good job there is part of the camera casing that was not replaced at all I want a refund and the money for the glass screen protector

Purchased not one but two samsung galaxy sphones My phone the screen Continously freezes, the phone constantly says replace the phone cover which is always on and is secured just fine, poor charging ability and last but not least my most recent problem ...poor speaker I have a hard time hearing people on my phone my son's phone has better sound and unless I have my phone on speaker people can't hear me I went to both verizon and best buy who told me to call geek squad, when I called geek squad they said phones under warranty call samsung they will send u a new phoneCalled samsung must send phone in which then means I am without a phone I am a mom I have two kids I live in Minnesota it's winter overall it's not a good idea acceptable to be without a phone Plus I have no idea for how long

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his phone. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim submitted a service request; reference Txt #*** for the device. The agent also issued an UPS E-label to have the device shipped in to service. We

Upon further review of Mrs*** claim, as previously stated the agent informed her of her options. The agent advised they could arrange service for her device but based on the information in the system, it would be an out of warranty repair due to the age of the product. The agent provided a pre-paid shipping label. In addition, Mrs*** was advised if the device was repairable and there is an out of warranty fee, she would be contacted with that information. At that time she would decide if she wanted to proceed with service. Mrs*** stated that the unit is only fourteen (14) months old but according to our information the device is older. Mrs*** is seeking for a replacement unit at no charge which is not an option. In regards to the washer, based on the serial number the unit was manufactured in and came with a one (1) year parts and labor warranty. The control board had a two (2) year manufactures warranty for the part only which again, based on the serial number from the unit would have expired in 2011. Service on this item would be an out of warranty repair as well. Due to the age of the product, it might be beyond economical repair and not cost effective to have it repaired at this time. The agent offered to have a Samsung authorized service center evaluate the unit and confirm the issue at no charge to her for the diagnostic charges but any additional service fees would be at her expense. If Mrs*** would like to proceed with OOW (Out of Warranty) service for the phone and the washer, please have her contact the agent for further assistance. Why should I go without a phone for days or whatever because of Samsung multi-billion dollar company faulty product? They should send old loaner phones or make it easier for people to get it fixed then waiting that long without a phoneThey should know this day in age people rely on cell phoneThis is not acceptable and something should be done as I'm sure I am not the only one.

Please read my messages! When I sent my device to you the first time: I DID NOT HAVE A POWER ISSUEI sent you a device that could not receive callsUpon repair and your "quality" testing, it came back as a brick: would not turn on at all!!! How was it tested??
Then, I have sent it back to you yet more repair, I did receive it 3/31/It seems that you tested it really well: the sim card is missing and the sim card tray is missing as wellHow did you test the phone?!?! It cannot even place a call!!!
So my phone still does not workAt this point, I got the phone at the end of September, I reached out to you on Feb 19th because the phone was not workingWe are April 11th and I still do not have working phoneIs that the typical Samsung experience? What do I do now?
Do I send it back for yet another round of repairs?
At what point do you realize that the customer experience is horrible and get me a new working phone?
I am starting to really regret not going with your competition
