I am rejecting this response because:I contacted their authorized repair centers about their offer and how much labor might be. They know these are common problems because of poor components and poor circuit design and have repaired many tv's all with same issue. I was informed that most likely the power supply with the cheap faulty components also took out the mainboard and possibly others and they would bring those out. He thought those would be all covered but I said I will call samsung back to check so I am not stiffed with a big repair bill after the fact and double check. Called representative Lashauna Sback and was informed that they will only replace the capacitors and the power supply. I informed her her service repair people do not change capacitors they swap out parts. I told her what her service repair told me about their issues and she said she wouldn't pay for the mainboard even though she was willing to replace faulty parts but not parts that were destroyed when they failed. She has been rude and ran me in circles ever since I spoke with her. She also played games like the silent treatment on the phone. These people know they put cheap parts in their more expensive models and do not care as long as the executives are well paid. I was told the caps had been bad a long time and finally failed. It is why my tv would take forever to turn on. The biggest line I got from these people were "your tv is not covered by the class action lawsuit and it has expired as well". Amazing they keep putting cheap parts in the tv's after and won't help the people who later on still received the same faulty parts. They are deliberately building these tv's cheap and to fail and making money on the repairs or people buying new tv's. I can't pay for an expensive repair for this tv benefiting them and their repair guys when the parts that will be put back in are made of the same quality (poor). Why would I do that? I would rather pay for the gas to drive to a retailer everyday to let customers know about their tv's and how they treat their customers to stay clear of this brand. The fault lies in the cheap parts that caused the failures on a higher end tvs. They deserve quality parts not the same cheapness of their starting models. I was sold a defective product with cheap parts prone to high failure rates but overcharged on the price. It is fraud. I want a new tv or and a total repair at their cost. They designed poor circuits with cheap parts and bamboozled me out of my money

I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted via phone and email by a *** *** that works in the Samsung Office of the President I was left a voice mail and immediately called back and left a message To this day, I never received a phone call back from anyone in that office I also received an email from *** *** reaffirming the options that have been offered by Samsung; the in home repair or the rebate I responded and stated that I still wanted to do the repair I made the poor assumption that Samsung would expedite the process but as of February 13, 2017, I have had no contact with anyone from Samsung and my washer is still awaiting the repair

I am rejecting this response because:
I still have not been compensated and I think it is incredibly wrong for a company to provide no attention to my case when their product was at fault, a manufacturing defect that was well known by the company, of which units not sold were fixed and units sold to customers Samsung took no action until the unit failed Samsung also took no action with our problem until we complained to the Revdex.com that is when they actually began reacting to our claim, prior to that it was a new incident number for every call, new email address to send photos too, and they repeatedly lost my invoice receipts submitted.Even if my compensation where too arrive tomorrow I am still not satisfied with the treatment I have received, the time I have spent calling Samsung and/or complaining/discussing the issue
