I am writing in reference to complaint #***As of October 19, 2017, Samsung has issued a refundThank you for your assistance in this matter

I am writing to provide an update to complaint #*** that I filed last monthSamsung has provided the refund that I was requestingThis may now be closed

As per Samsung e-commerce division the customer was inquiring about not receiving a shipping label. The agent informed the customer of the delay in receiving the label and advised that a label will be sent within 24-hours via email. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the
customer may have experienced with this case. For further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9am and 6pm EST Monday thru Friday. Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his dishwasher. Our system shows the unit is in warranty and had warranty repair claims so far. The agent handling his claim called MrPayne on 3/24/and left a message as well as sent an email to contact them to discuss possible further accommodations. Please have Mr*** contact the agent at his earliest convenience to have his claim submitted for a multiple repair evaluation. Samsung has reviewed Mrs***’ complaint in regards to the phone. Our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with Mrs*** on 10/02/to discuss the case. Mrs*** told the agent that she had an exchange but she is still having the same issue the device
The agent advised Mrs*** that we could proceed with service for the device and she accepted the offer The agent submitted a service request; reference Txt# *** and a UPS shipping label; reference UPS tracking # *** was emailed for Mrs*** to send in the device for repair. Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ claim in regards to his SEdge (***) phone. Our system shows the agent handling the claim made several attempts to contact him but has been unsuccessful. The agent was not able to leave a voice message because Mr***’ voicemail was full.
The agent sent an email 6/05/to Mr***’ email on file as a last resort but have not received a reply. Please have Mr*** contact the agent or reply to the email if he still needs assistance with his claim. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim.Our records indicate the phone was returned without repair because there was physical damage found to the charging port area beyond the repair limitations of Samsung's Standard Limited WarrantyBased on the
