Repair Part USA did not pick up the phone during their office hours and won't response back to my emails or calls about my package which I didn't get.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Screen Replacement LCD and Digitizer Assembly from Repair Parts USA(RPU) and paid for FedEx two day shipping. I saw that the package was suppose to arrive on Friday, Nov. 2, but I haven't received the package yet. I tried to contact RPU via email and phone call, but haven't heard back from them. I call their phone during their office hours, which are stated in their automated phone-line. My shipment # is XXXXX and my FedEx tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking for the item I purchased to be refund or replacement/delivered.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I don't accept their response because I have contacted FedEx and to move forward with me getting my package, FedEx needs the shipper(RepairParstUSA) to enact a lost package or undelivered package protocol for me to get a new package. I was told that only the shipper can get this going. The FedEx representative send that FedEx will cover the cost of the package and shipping, but all I need for RepairPartsUSA to go into their FedEx account and start this process. Also in order for me to get a case open for investigate through FedEx, RepairPartsUSA has to contact FedEx because they sent the item. Which was a Samsung Galaxy S8 replacement screen display.

No response to my phone calls or emails
I ordered wrong parts. I called 2 or 3 times and emailed same amount of times. They put a time limit on refunds or exchanges, but don't respond. Are they waiting for my time to be up so they can say that it is too late???

Desired Outcome

I want a refund based on their lack of response!

They never called back or contacted me, but they issued me a refund.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in a business, they state on their website that the parts are 100% guaranteed and that's not the case, they wont reply to your emails nor put the customer first, I will not deal with this company again and id advise you not to do so as well.

Will not respond to emails in almost 2 weeks and have never returned a phone call ever in 3 1/2 weeks of leaving messages.

Installed correctly did not work correctly along with screen brightness no where near quality it should be.
Called left multiple messages no return call. Sent emails and responded with check connections and I did. Still no return call. Sent digitizer back in Oct 2, 2018 and it was delivered on Friday Oct 5, 2018. Haven't received email yet about it. Have left multiple messages concerning this. No return call. Bad business not to call a *** back after clearly stating someone will call you back.

Desired Outcome

At this point I want a full refund since what you sold me did not work.

The USPS claims my order was delivered. It was never received.
The USPS claims my order was delivered. It was never received. We were home at the time of the supposed delivery. When I contacted Repair Parts USA, they pushed me off to the USPS who has been absolutely no help. I guess I'm out the $31 I spent. Stings enough to never use Repair Parts USA again.

Desired Outcome

Either refund my money or make sure I receive the merchandise I purchased.

Purchase two styluses for my Galaxy Note 5 cell phone. Both malfunctioned within two weeks. Company wants me to return items (at my own expense).
I had a terrible experience with this company. I would NOT recommend anyone doing businesses with them.
I purchased two styluses for my Galaxy Note 5 cell phone. Within two weeks, the top of one had repeatedly "popped off." Eventually, the spring popped out and was lost, thus making it unusable.
WIthin two days of using the second stylus, it stopped functioning. Would not activate when used on my phone screen.
Over the next few days, I called the company SEVEN times. Could never reach a live person, but did leave SEVEN different messages. Never received a call back. Then I emailed the company. Was told I would have to mail back both styluses (at my own expense, of course).
My purchase cost was $***, but I am supposed to drive to the post office, pay the postage, mail back the items and HOPE they replace them? Company never responded to my second email (even after I stated I intended to post a bad review on the web if we could not resolve the issue). TERRIBLE *** and TERRIBLE product. Again, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

We have sent the customer return instructions to send the items back for an exchange. The customer is refusing to send them back and just wants us to mail a replacement without receiving the returned items

I have NOT received any return instructions. THE COMPANY IS WRONG!!!!! THEY ONLY SAID "MAIL IT BACK." They sell me defective items and expect me to find packaging for returning it and pay the cost? No address ever even provided to me. I sent an email about this. NO RESPONSE from them.

One item, after falling apart for the 4th time, is stuck beneath the seat of my car (it come "popping out." Finally landed beneath car seat. I cannot return it.

Great communication and follow up with shipping notifications.

Purchased a defective i-phone screen and digitizer assembly,
To return the screen and digitizer undamaged is almost impossible. It was installed in my i-phone and to remove it undamaged is almost impossible. My local phone repair company wont repair a phone w/o providing a new screen if they have to take it out. The company knows this. I offered to send them my phone to see the screen was defective but they would not agree to this. They do not return phone calls and only send e-mails with there policy.

I want a new screen and digitizer assembly that works.

We provided the *** with instructions on returning the item. We do not fix phones nor "inspect phones", we only sell parts. As per our Policy, prior to sending a replacement, we must receive the returned part.

I returned the damaged part for a refund but have not here'd back. The problem they did not address is the screen was installed when it was found to not be working. To remove it w/o damage is very very difficult. So they know this and may not pay for a damaged returned part even though it did not work when installed.

I have left emails as well as voice mails to return or exchange the product I purchased and I have yet to get a reply on either messages left.
I purchased a digitizer screen replacement for iPhone 7 Plus. When I attached the purchased screen it did not work. I reattached the broken screen and the phone worked fine. I tried to attach the purchased screen again and it didn't work for the second time. Reattached the old shattered screen and the phone works fine. I purchased this screen from *** on 8/17/2018 at 11:05. My order number is #*** and product model is a Black digitizer lcd for iPhone 7 Plus and the cost of it ***. It was purchased through my credit card . I reached out numerous times starting with voicemails on 8/21/2018 followed by numerous emails.

Desired Outcome

I just want a return order number that only they can give you so I can send this product back and I want my total refund sent back to my credit card.

I have used this vendor repeatedly for many parts for phone repairs. My experience has been extremely positive. Their parts are reliable, their order processing prompt and accurate and delivery quick. They have responded promptly whenever I have had a question; on the single occassion when something wasn't quite right they stepped up immediately to remedy the issue. I recommend them for their resonable prices, good quality parts and customer focus. They are a well-run business.

Item return requested July 31, no response since.
On July 31, 2018, I submitted return request #*** for a dead on arrival screen unit I received from order #***. After hearing no response, I sent a follow-up message approx. 7 business days later. It is now the 24th of August and I have yet to get a response or an approval for the replacement request.

Desired Outcome

Send a replacement screen unit as well as a prepaid label to return the one I've been waiting to return for very nearly a month, an operation that should have taken a week at max to coordinate and two to fulfill.

Quick shipping, good price, product was correct and good. No complaints

Finding and ordering the product through the Web site was easy. Email notifications confirmed the order and, later, the shipping. The correct product arrived as forecast. No issues. Just as it should be.

I bought a screen replacement part from the company, when I received the part it was damaged(not usable. Asked for a refund and have not received it.
I ordered a screen replacement part for me the company, when I received the part it was damaged and not usuable, it did not look like it was damaged during shipment but more of a quality control issus, I contacted the company as stated on their website they do quick and easy returns, they said they would do the refund and that was Monday 7-26-18, I still have not received a refund and have not gotten a reply from the company since Aug 1st.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the postage I paid to have the shipment sent back and for the damaged product I purchased.

I ordered a replacement pen for my phone. It works, fits, and was a great replacement. Shipping was fast and reasonable time

I purchased a screen and digitizer for an iPhone 7 from this vendor. The part is defective, (missing part of the cable that attaches to the connection near the home button). I've been call the customer service number several times daily for the past 4 days during their business hours. I've left contact info and never received a call back. I emailed their customer service email and again did not receive a response. In the meantime, I had another iPhone screen to repair and mistakenly ordered the 7 again but need the 6. I had hoped to correct my error before they shipped.....however, as I said before, they do not respond to my attempts to contact them. I'll not buy from them again. I find a new vendor.

Your original email was incoherent and we asked to please clarify the issue and you never responded. We then communicated with you on returning the item. They sent me a bad part and had me ship it back and now they don't want to give me my shipping fee back
They sent me a defective item. They told me to ship it back they would send me a new one. I had to pay $3.76 to ship it back to them. They told me to send them the tracking number so they could get my new one. They never shipped it I've called them 100 times emailed them asking me to call me they never called me. Now they're going to refund my $29.98 but it should've been 33.74. I shouldn't have to pay shipping to send back a defective item to a company and now I lose out on my money because of their defective products. They need to call people when they asked them to call them to figure out the situation.Very poor *** service and you can never get a hold of anybody

Want my whole refund including shipping that I had to pay to return there defective item.

A full refund was issued to the customer. The customer mailed an item back and we provided a full refund. The customer states they want a refund for the $3 shipping fee they paid to send the item back. As per our Policy, we do not cover return shipping.As per our Policy: "Freight and insurance costs associated with returns, for any reason, are strictly the responsibility of the sender."also attached is the full refund receipt showing we have issued a refund to the customer.

They should inspect all there products before shipping out. That's not my problem they sell defective items then it's customers responsibility to pay to ship them back and waste there money.

Wonderful company. Ordering was easy, shipped quick, and was exactly what I ordered (better than what I expected).

It was a pleasure doing business with them. The item was shipped on time. Packaging was well secure and item arrived in good shape.
We were able to track the package so we knew when it arrived.
Look forward to recommending them to other.

I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone 6s Plus. When I received the item I starting swapping the small parts exactly as I was suppose to. When I came to swapping out the home button it wouldn't fit. The hole for the home button was too small. When I flipped the screen over to see why it wouldn't fit I found a crack in the screen starting at the hole for the home button and moving the entire length of the screen. I emailed customer service to inform them of what happened and get it either swapped out or refunded and they told me there was nothing they could do because the screen wasn't cracked when they sent it so it must have been user error. I did not apply any force and did nothing that would cause it too break but now I'm out a screen and my money and they are telling me there's nothing they will do for me and will no longer reply to my emails.

We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience. As per our Policy, if there is physical damage to the screen, we can not warranty the item. The issue you described was due to a installation error, which caused the screen to crack, Since the screen cracked during the installation attempt, we are unable to warranty the item.
