I ordered a replacement S-pen for my Samsung Note 5 after researching online. I had tried to find one at different stores around town, but the did not have them. After reading the reviews on their site (both good and bad), I took a chance and ordered my gold S-pen replacement. After a few days, I emailed them to find out if it had been sent. They immediately responded to my inquiry that I should have received an email with the USPS tracking number. Lo and behold...I had missed it in my email. Once I clicked on the tracking number it sent me to the USPS tracking page and I found my order had been processed and was on it's way!!!!! A couple of days later, I received my S-pen, inserted and IT WORKS! It looks EXACTLY like the original. I am very happy with the process, their response, and the item I received. I have been using it for a while now and I'm having no problems. I will certainly recommend RepairPartsUSA.com to my friends and hope their experience matches mine! Great Job!
Was sent a faulty product and asked for an exchange. Company did not honor their free return shipping policy and ignored emails. Want a refund.
I ordered a phone screen through this company that was faulty. I inquired asking for an exchange to take place, however they responded saying that they would not pay for return shipping. I proceeded to send them a screenshot of the 100% satisfaction guarantee policy on the website that says they cover return shipping, to which they stopped responding to my emails. It has been two weeks now with no response. I would like a full refund and return on my product. Their policy is they won't give full refunds (only "store credit"), however I would like the money returned on my credit card due to the malicious nature of this company.
They have since changed their website so that the satisfaction guarantee does not say "free returns," however I still have the screenshot of the website from when it did say that and the email that contains the screenshot as well.

Sent me a bad screen for my iPhone repair. Contacted the rep and they told that I had to pay to return the defective item, even though their policy says that they "pay for return shipping." Additionally, they will not actually give you a refund for a faulty product, only "in-store credit." I don't really have any desire to buy any of their products after this experience.
I would not do anything business with them. I ordered an iphone 7 screen they shipped and iPhone 7 plus screen. I spoke with them, they told me how to go about sending it back to replace it with the right screen, I did exactly what they told me to do but its been over a month and I have yet to receive the correct screen and now they don't take my calls are answer any of my emails!
My experience was great. The iPad screen I ordered was top notch it came with the puzzling adhesive allready on the screen. It came with the home button in place and ready to go. Very fast shipping and professionally packaged. I will defiantly be a returning customer.

I ordered 4 iPhone screens to replace my iPhone screen (6 Plus), my wife's iPhone screen (6s Plus), my two son's iPhone screens (6s & 5s). I received the 4 screens and didn't have a chance to get them replaced for a couple of weeks. First I replaced the 5s screen. It worked mostly fine for a few days then just kept worse and worse. The screen digitizer wouldn't accept touches and if it did it was sporadic and mostly phantom touches. Same for my wife's new screen, same conditions and reactions as my sons new screen. My new screen worked fine, but waiting for the day it behaves like theirs do. I haven't replaced my other son's screen yet, as I'm reluctant to because of the other screens that are extremely faulty.
After reaching out to Repair Parts USA. They are unwilling to send me replacement screens unless I take off the screens, ship them back at my own cost, wait 2 weeks before they send me new replacement screens for the replacement screens. All the while I have my wife and son's phones out of commission completely for about 3 weeks.
On top of that, they don't issue monetary refunds, just refunds as store credit. Why would I want to buy something from them again if they're this unwilling to fix their mistake. I guess this is a loss of $163.
I either want new "Working" screens be shipped to me so I can swap out their defective screens or a full refund, not store credit.
We have offered the customer to send the item back and we can either exchange it or provide a refund (monetary refund, not store credit). The customer is refusing to send the item back unless we ship the replacement first. As per our Policy, we must receive the item before providing a refund or exchange.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOING TO WASTE MY BREATHE ON THEM AS I ALREADY WASTED TOO MUCH TIME TRYING TO LOCATE A PACKAGE THAT WAS NEVER SHIPPED OUT ACCORDING TO USPS. TRACKING NUMBER XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. YOU CAN LOOK THIS UP YOURSELF AND SEE THAT ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE IS PENDING.
