Good service, although the telephone hours for service seem unclear. Someone cleared it up for me in live chat, on their website, directly afterwards though.

Got what I ordered, everything works as it should will definitely buy from them next time for sure.

They sent the wrong parts I told them a note 10 plus not a note 10, can not use them, sent email but no response. They need to fix it or refund my money.

You did not purchase a note 10 part, you purchased a Note 5 part. We provided return instructions to you.

I never received my parts, even when the tracking said it was delivered. Typically this would be a case to be solved by USPS, but when I also alerted them of this issue, they accused me of scamming them! All while they gave me barely any answer or compromise via email, and never answered their phones during business hours or the message I left. I used to work for one of the premier repair stores in the country and wanted to give them a try. Why would I scam them when I still have a need to have my phones fixed and NO parts to do that with? Ridiculous. Oh and by the way- I didn't even ask for anything in these emails aside from general help. It's common sense to contact the mail system, but if their parts were insured, they may have another way to help I don't know about. They just assumed I wanted to scam them. So here's your review for that awful treatment.

Correct screen and color. Shipped fast, ordering process was easy and simple.

Terrible customer support. iPhone xr screen+digitizer repair kit was suppose to come with small parts attached pre-installed which it did not. Same product was 30 dollars cheaper without small parts included so I was ripped off 30 bucks for nothing. Customer support email has never responded, and I called customer support phone number several times which sends me to voicemail. I have left 2 voicemails including my call back number with no success of being called back. Customer support seems none existent at this point.

Great overall experience. Easy to order, the price is decent and the parts arrived early.

Correct part and shipped fast, but the phone charger port was shipped with no padding inside a regular envelope. Glue joints are peeling and metal screw tabs are bent. A simple padded envelope would have made the difference. Probably won't order here again.

Think below says enough.... very very poor professionalism and overall conduct start to finish.

Ordered replacement screen for iPhone 6s. The company sent wrong screen. They will not respond to my emails and no answer through phone calls. I will never use the company again.

I ordered a screen, battery, screen protector, and a new glass camera lens for an iPhone 6s back in November. I've tried contacting them by email 3 or 4 times no response.... by phone Once and no response. First of all the screen I ordered the flex cable that fed the mic in the front camera was damaged, thankfully I had spare parts to replace that. Within 48 hours the screen protector cracked at the top left corner and it was never dropped. Now, I had to get a cheap back up phone because the cheap screen replacement I bought fried my oem home button. I've tried reaching out and they won't get back to me so I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Great service found everything I needed quickly. This is the third time I have used them and will be using them again to fix my iPad screen. Also shipping is faster than most companies.

I ordered a black S-Pen for a Galaxy Note8, order #XXX, and received a notification that it was shipped on November 26- it never arrived. I opened a ticket with USPS who verified they delivered to the wrong address. USPS says it is unrecoverable and that the sender (This company) is required to file a claim with them and issue me a refund. I have called over 60 times, emailed, and left messages, all with no response. At this point I would like either a full refund or for the item to be sent to me again. Please honor your high customer reviews and provide me an immediate response. Thank you.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 - Full Edge Black Tempered Glass Screen Protector form them and receiving the items in the mail, It was cracked and broken. Tried getting in contact with them but, no results. Everything else was fine but, disappointed on the Samsung Galaxy S8 - Full Edge Black Tempered Glass Screen Protector.

Will use again. Found the piece I lost and cancelled my order. They refunded me very fast. Thank you.

I also have trouble getting in touch with them. I received the wrong product. Numerous calls and emails. Still nothing. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from these shysters.
