I ordered a screen protector for my Note 8. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, it took 4 days. When it got there, it was the wrong product. It actually cracked before I even got it on the phone. That's how I knew it was the wrong product. I emailed them directly more than 2 days ago to ask for a refund or the right product, and haven't gotten a response yet. The site says you should get a reply within 24 hours. But still nothing. Very disappointed.

Ordered an item a week ago and received an email notifying me that they are processing the order and will send a notification of the item shipping. Website states that items will ship in 2-3 business days but it has been a week since. No shipping notification for a week, no response to phone calls, no responses to repeated email inquiries. Feel like I got scammed.

Never received my Product. Package was ripped open and had absolutely nothing in it and when I tried to contact customer service no one would answer the phone. When I contacted them via email to start a feud with fedex they basically told me "that's impossible that's never happened before" like they're telling me tough luck like get over it. Will NEVER EVER order from these people again. I paid 90$ for a piece of paper.

Worst service I have ever had from an electronics repair company. I had an iPhone XR screen ordered and everything looked great. I go to put the screen on and only half of the screens digitizer works. I think "OK, that's not super uncommon to get a defective screen. I'll just let them know so they can send me a mailing email to send it back and them send a new one." Their only response was "We don't pay for return shipping"........thats all. No remarks saying where to send it or even a sorry that it had happened. This was for a customer. Why should I have to pay for shipping their screen back when it's their product that's defective in the first place??? Overall if I could negative stars, I would. This is absurd.

Sent me wrong part and won't do anything to resolve the issue, just want what I paid for.

I would like to start by saying I was a little skeptical about ordering through this company, being that I wasn't familiar with it.
