I've been trying to reach this company through message and phone because I was sent the wrong product...no refund and I had to purchase the item needed from another source. Also, no one answers the phone or direct messages to resolve this issue.
The screen protector then I purchased does not work. The top part sticks to the phone the bottom part is Bode have been trying to get in touch with the company for several days Left a message on their machine still have not had anyone contact me.

Extremely fast shipping even across country like I am. Order was exactly what I asked for. Parts are excellent quality. Inexpensive too!! I haven't had a problem with them so I cannot rate their customer service but I'm just fine with not having a problem!! I have a repair business and have decided that they will be my #1 supplier.
Shipment was fast, communication timely and the quality of the products was very high.

Honestly I thought they were a trusted site I received my part in days however I needed a exchange and there customers service is *** and I'm starting to think there not as great as I thought so now I'm left with a wrong part and I think I got scammed

I ordered a screen replacement from my IphoneX. I recieved a defective part, requested an RMA and shipped it back. I have not heard from them again, they have not responded to my emails, or phone calls.
Do not purchase parts from this place. If you are unlucky and receive a defective part, you might as well forgot about replacements or reimbursements. They are impossible to get a hold of via phone or email. DO NOT PURCHASE from RepairPartsUSA.
Ordered a cell phone battery (replacement) for my iPhone 6. Once order was processed, shipping was fast. It came 2 days sooner than predicted. I installed the new battery and it worked like a charm! The only problem I had was the tape strips I also ordered to adhere the battery to the phone. Don't buy them!! They are very hard to work with. Very sticky. There are like well chewed gum that you are trying to stick on a flat surface and keep flat. A waste of money!! Instead, just get some double stick tape.
Other than that, the battery is working very well.
No response to voice mail messages.
I have called three times during the week of 1/6 - 1/10/2018. I neveer received a reponse.

I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus Screen Replacement from the company, I have been trying to exchange it for a iPhone 6 Plus screen.
Purchased an iPhone 6S Plus screen replacement, realized a few days after arrival that it was not the correct screen. This is my mistake for ordering the screen, instead I needed an iPhone 6 Plus screen, not the "s". Went back to the company and read their policy. They allow you to process a return and the return label is supposed to be available after pulling up the order. Could not find that option after following steps, continued to contact business via phone...no answer multiple times in one business day. Then proceeded to email company and also submit message via my order screen on website with no response. Waiting a few days for a response..no luck. So then I pursued to call the company again 2 days in a row with no one answering. Basically, all I want is to exchange what I ordered for the iPhone 6 Plus screen equivalent. Should be exactly same price, and I am willing to pay shipping to get it exchanged. I would imagine that's only $5-$6 as usual. Please help me or I will seriously let others know about this lack of *** after order is completed.

I ordered something and received counterfeit products
a couple of weeks ago I ordered 2 black Samsung Fast Charge adapters. Order number is XXXXX I received two Samsung BRANDED Fast Charge adapters. Unfortunately this was the end of the good service. While yes they have Samsung on them,. one of them didn't work at all straight out of the box.. I barely could get the USB cable plugged into the slot.. The second one well it works great.. as a slow charger. it literally took it an hour and a half to bring my phone from 50% to 75%, additionally my phone kept sending me notifications, repeatedly, that I was using a counterfeit product and that it wasn't charging correctly. I wrote them TWO seperate emails and I even called them and no one ever answered. *** I called literally right when they opened (they say they are open 10-5) at 10 and I still got a "sorry all of our *** reps are busy please leave a voicemail" I informed them of my name, phone number and told them I didn't get a call back I was going to file a complaint. I still have yet to get a call back.
Also in order to get anything done I highly suspect they will tell me to, on my dime, ship both of them. which will cost me another 3 bucks. so I already paid 5 for shipping to get them to me, so thats 8 bucks Ill have spent on shipping for a ten dollar order). which is a bad business move as if you have an issue with your product you are supposed to pay for return shipping not expect the consumer to pay for it
I want them to issue me a FULL refund WITH shipping

I received a faulty replacement screen and was directed to return it. It has been returned, but no replacement or refund has been sent.
I ordered a replacement screen on 12/08/2018, order #XXXXX. The screen was received on 12/14/2018. The screen was defective and a return for replacement was requested, RepairPartsUSA Return Request #1595. The screen was return via Priority Mail, USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and received by RepairPartsUSA on 12/22/2018. I have repeatedly requested status information on the shipment of the replacement screen. I have called RepairPartsUSA several times and I have emailed them as well. I have NOT received any correspondence from them nor have I received the replacement part or a refund. More than enough time has lapsed for them to respond and/or send the replacement item. Again, I have NOT received a replacement item, nor have I been refunded the cost of the defective item. I am out not only the cost of the item but the return shipping fee as well. $34.99 for the cost of the item and $ 7.00 shipping fee for the return of the defective item.
As I have tried as best as possible to resolve this issue to no avail, I am requesting a full refund of $34.99 plus return shipping cost of $7.00 for a total of $41.99. I have already ordered the replacement screen from another provider.

They had the battery I needed in stock at a fair price and it was delivered on time as promised.

I tested it by putting the old one back in that had a dead spot and it worked. The replacement part was defective. I tried at least six times to contact *** at the listed contact number. No one ever answered and although the promise to call you back again no one ever did. I finally made contact though email and was instructed to send the part back for replacement and to provide the company with the tracking number. That was two weeks ago. multiple attempts to contact someone both through the *** line or email have resulted in no response and no replacement part. They do not answer or call back ever and after I did have contact through the ONE email explaining the defective part now I cant even get them to acknowledge email inquiries.
At this point I simply want nothing to do with this company and would like a refund.

Failed to respond to request to cancel and order.
The parts were fine. About an hour after after I placed the order, I wrote to them to cancel the order. No response and a few days later the parts arrived. Curious to know how they would respond if there was a problem...if they would respond...
It seems I am not the only one who has this problem.
Refund of cost of parts and delivery costs. If they want the parts returned, send a self addressed and stamped envelope and I will return them to the vendor.
The customer contacted us after he placed the order to inform us not to ship the order. Before we were able to get to the customers email, the order was shipped. As noted on our site, emails are answered within 24 hours, so there is no guarantee that we can get to an email prior to shipping the order.We provided return information to the customer to send the item back
Received faulty screen/Refuse to assist. No response after numerous emails and phone calls.
Order# XXXXX. Date 11/6/2018. Paid $56.93. I odered 7 items and everything worked great except one of the iphone 5s screens I purchased. Upon removing the black iphone 5s screen from the package I immediately noticed a small line through the screen. After powering it on it was clear there was a crack stretching from the top left to the middle right of the screen. I have tried to contact the company repeatedly for 2 weeks now. They have not responded to me at all in any way. I really just want to replace the screen already or get it refunded.
To either replace the the black iphone 5s screen or refund for the screen.

Ordered screen replacement which arrived defective. Replacement screen also arrived defective.
Order XXXXX. Original order placed on October 15 and received October 21. Emailed company and was instructed to return defect for inspection. I included a return label for overnight delivery with the defective item on October 27. Seller shipped another defective screen which showed signs of handling and damage before removed from the box. The upper ribbon had damage to it, the speaker and front camera were also inop. I used parts from my shattered screen to get the earpiece and camera to work. Seller also did not use the overnight shipping label that I paid for, instead shipped standard US Mail. Multiple attempts to reach the company proved ineffective. On my last attempt to reconcile (Nov 16), I emailed and received a reply from anonymous ignoring my complaint stating that the replacement is shipping. A few moments later, another anonymous reply from seller stated the item already shipped. I again reiterated the frustration, time and money spent to repair my phone and requested a refund. There has been no reply from seller since.
I am requesting a full purchase price refund for order *** ($59.99). I also feel it appropriate to be reimbursed for the wasted overnight shipping label $31.22 (UPS Next Day Air Tracking: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

The screen was completely scratched and ruined, like it was used. Also the blue protective adhesive was not attached....laying separately on the top of the screen. The Adhesive was not in the box.
To date, I have not received a response to my email, which included a video of the damaged product, (answers are typically within 24 hours per their site) nor can I get hold of a live person so am forced to leave a voicemail which has not been returned. I am waiting for an RMA (already have a requested return and packing slip) and also I do not feel I should pay for return shipping of a defective product. Initially I was requesting a replacement, but have been forced to order my product elsewhere, so now need a refund of defective item, as well as missing item.
A pre-paid postage label and refund for defective and missing products.
