I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note-5 stylus tips for my partner's stylus and it never arrived fully.
I found the incredible deal for 5, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 stylus tips for the included stylus pen at a low 3$, with shipping. I paid eagerly, and upon receiving an email with my order being shipped I started to grow suspicious when I wasn't given a tracking number.

Still, I stayed optimistic, and soon enough a letter from RepairPartsUSA came in the mail, which was slightly torn, including only a packing slip with what I ordered on it, no other contents.

I know I have no other package on the way because of USPS Informed Delivery.

The company still hasn't responded to my emails sent to their support email, and I feel that business professionals should be able to respond to a customer through a provided support email.

The service was prompt and I got exactly what I needed.

Easy ordering, fast service and excellent experience.

Replacement part that I received was faulty. I tried to contact the business multiple times for the last 2 1/2 weeks to no avail.
I purchased a iPhone 7 Plus replacement screen and a set of repair tools on June 4, 2019. My order was $30.47 and my order number is #XXXXX, it was shipped on the 6th and I received the items on June 9, 2019. I installed the new screen the same day it was delivered, the next day was fine, everything worked perfectly. The next day the phone began having "ghost touches" & not responding to touch in some areas, the day after it began shaking and having "ghost touches" as well as the unresponsiveness. The 4th day it was all of the aforementioned issues but this day the phone started being completely unresponsive to touch. I called 4 times on the second day I started having issue. I called multiple times again a couple days later. Then once I realized that the business simply doesn't answer the phone I decided to email... still no response. So, buy this point the screen cannot be used at all so, I reinstalled my broken/ damaged screen that is 35%-40% covered by dead areas in the digitizer but, this screen still works and until this business finally responds I have to work with it. I left a review here on Revdex.com. I just want to speak with a representative about my options for a refund or a new replacement screen.

Desired Outcome

I would like to either be refunded the $30.47 or have a new iPhone 7 Plus screen replacement sent to me to replace the faulty replacement.

Quality product and fast service

Got what I wanted in a timely manner.

This company offered the product I needed. When I got it I realized I ordered the wrong part for what I thought was an iPad 2 and it was an iPad Air. I didn't return the product because it would've cost me more than what paid for the item. I contacted the company via email and customer services was great. We spoke about FedEx shipping and the one thing that struct me as a rude comment was "we don't control FedEx!". I was kinda taken back because of the exclamation point used at the end of the sentence plus I never insinuated in any way that they controlled FedEx. Other than that comment at the end of our conversation I was very satisfied with the parts and customer service and I ordered the right part which I got today.

I have high expectations of customer service and I can tell you that they did everything promptly quickly and correctly. I gave him my A+. The company was excellent and the park was great and at a good price. I would use them again in a minute. Thank you so much to the people who helped me.

13 days after placing my order I have not received anything. Website states 2-3 days after shipping. No one answers multiple calls.
I purchased a set of pen tips replacements for my Samsung note 8. I ordered April 30th. It took 4 days to process and on the 5th I received notice it had finally shipped from FL. I live in DE. Website says I am obligated to pay for priority shipping which costed as much as the product itself. It is now the 13th and not only have I not received anything, but I have tried over and over during business hours and no one will answer nor respond to my many messages.

Desired Outcome

Refund AT least the shipping cost, as your site CLEARLY says 2-3 days after shipped and it's been 8. And no one answers phone. At all.

Excellent timing, got here in 2 days, I'm using it right now. I can tell it's not of the same quality as my original SPen. It is lighter and the tip is looser, but it works and I'm happy.

The part I received was sent to me quickly, and it was the correct part that fit nicely. However, the part was faulty and did not work properly. This was not a big deal to me if they would have sent me a replacement. But after emailing them multiple times, calling them(They don't answer their phones) and leaving voicemails that are not returned, I do not recommend ordering through them. I have been trying to get in touch with them the last two weeks, to no avail.

I see someone below had a similar problem in not being able to get in touch with the company and the company responded to them. So please, if you read this review, respond to my emails or phone calls.

The price, quality and response was fantastic.

First of all I contacted them directly and got no response but they sent a damaged digitizer for an iPad and all the premium screens I paid extra for were actuallly grade a . They have premium lcd that they charge more for and grade a which are little cheaper but in reality as I found they are all grade a . They don't have premium it's false advertising. So in short don't do business with them unless you like to throw money away!!!

Awesome service

these people send me the wrong battery for a ipad 6th gen model a1954 which I paid $1799 I kept emailing them they didn't respond til 2 days later after I told them that I was going to report them as fraud then they responded, saying what did we send you and for me to send them pictures and I did so it took another 2 days then they emailed me stating that send the product back and they would an exchange so I paid $4.65 to mail it back thinking it was going to be an exchange for the right battery and when they received it april 27,2019 and until I threaten to report them again then they replied today may 1, 2019 saying they were going to refund me, I lost out on $4.65 I didn't care about $4.65 because I thought I was getting the right battery thats what they said an exchange but no they just suckered me dirty.
