Received a defective Iphone 7 replacement screen - contacting the business for a return approval has proven near impossible.
Received a defective Iphone 7 replacement screen - contacting the business for a return approval has proven near impossible. It took a few weeks and numerous contact methods to finally get a basic, lackluster, incomplete/un-detailed response back by e-mail.
In my request, I Stated that I'd like a return shipping label provided - the request has been made several times, they have not contacted me by phone or e-mail. Every correspondence has been less than desirable/professional grade.
I'm going to ship the product back at my own expense, but am worried I may not see any type of refund.

Desired Outcome

It's fairly simple. I want to be refunded for the part, and cost of shipping. I feel that the amount of effort I've exhibited calls for it. - For future clients - I'd strongly recommend that you improve your *** department. This has been a very frustrating experience.

We have been in communication with the customer since Mid. November. The customer is stating that the item received is defective and we offered him return instructions to send it back for a full refund.The customer indicated he does not want to send the item back. We are unable to issue a refund if he does not return the item.

Ordered Parts and 2 day shipping on 10/17 and still haven't received part.
I have tried probably 10 to 12 times to contact them and have been successful 2 times. Any time I bring up getting a refund for the part they stop replying.

I Purchased a new iphone 6 digitizer and it did not work properly and drained the battery very fast. they would not refund.
I purchased the Iphone 6 digitizer and installed it, it did not work properly and drained the battery very fast. I tried to get a replacement and they would not unless I sent it back and bought a new another one. I did and it did not work properly either. I complained again and filled out a consumer review report and they sent me a RMA number to return both the next day. I returned both in their prepaid envelope and now they will not respond to me. They say and show they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they will not honor it. The RMA number is RMA # XXXXX

I purchased another digitizer from another company and the phone has been working fine, so the problem was definitely with their digitizers.

iPad display ordered, arrived cracked, refuse to contact me or replace
I ordered a replacement iPad display from this company on July 6. On July 7, funds were taken out of my bank account. On July 10, I received the display in the mail to discover that it was already cracked. I called them the same day and they claimed the next morning (Tuesday the 11th) that they were going to send out a tracking number. They didn't. I have been calling once a day since Wednesday the 12th and no one will answer, nor will they return my voicemails. The iPad display was $160.98

Desired Outcome

A complete refund for the display as I have already ordered another one from a different company due to the time this taken to receive it. If a refund is not issued, I am going to take the problem up with the credit card company.

They issued a refund and the refund has successfully posted to my account

The website, ordering, shipping for this company is fine and they claim a 100% lifetime warranty. Product (screen with small parts for iphone 5) received seemed to be of good quality and worked fine. After about 1.5 months, however, it start to have problems (sometimes this happens, so I can not tell if this is a general issue with products).

The problems with the company is with returns or problems. I followed the return instruction but the list of items that one checks off for return do not include the complete list of items ordered (unfortunately the main item to return was not on the list even). Even if one selects an item (which I did), no email is sent with an RMA or instructions (has been a week). I tried calling several times asking about the missing item in the refund list prior to submitting a request for refund for the one item with was on the list.

Communication with the company is practically impossible. I got a short response when I replied to my order confirmation email. Their email said that they do not except returns once the item is installed and that since it has been more than 30 days they can not test the screen (which does not make sense). My reply to that email, indicating that the return policy on their website explicitly say "100% lifetime warranty on all parts, even after install...", has gone unanswered. Phone calls go to hold after a short period and then to voicemail. After 2 week of multiple phone (and voice messages) and email messages, I have gotten no more replies.

Desired Outcome

Replacement I would like a replacement screen and protective cover, and for them to honor their stated lifetime warranty such that, if the screen develops problems again, it will be replaced. If that cannot done then I would like a refund.

Near the end of june someone at the company finally picked up the phone. He was very nice and quickly was able to start the process of replacing the screen. I sent the old one back and within a week or 2 I received the replacement screen. It was unfortunate that it took some much effort to get replacement, but I am happy with the result. Given this one experience I can not say what is usual and would be will to give them another chance.
