I buy all my parts from here! I got a few doubles and always end up buying 30$ worth of stuff as to not pay the shipping. My friends have got to stop breaking their phones! Or not. Ill just keep giving them the business they give me.
Well, shipping was quick. iPad screen arrived smashed inside the box. Damaged while packaging. 2 voicemail and 3 emails later they finally responded with a replacement is on the way. Hopefully this one won't be smashed too
I found them easy to deal with, and the product was delivered as promised on time.
The part came relatively fast, and the display I received worked just fine and looked brand new. The tools worked fine too, if you tear apart phones more than 2 or 3 times I recommend buying the more expensive set, but if you only use them a couple times the cheap tool set works just fine and comes with the tools needed.
Absolute rubbish. I ordered a part and specified very clearly exactly what I was looking for in the comments. They sent me the wrong part. I called them; no answer. I left a voicemail. I sent an email. No answer. But damn, they are really good at sending out these survey reminders every day so, as requested, I am leaving feedback.

Product was exactly what I wanted. Received product in excellent time.
I never received my S Pen that I ordered. I paid extra for faster shipping, I got a notification that it was delivered but I never actually received a package. I emailed customer service and got a 1 line reply "Hi. Check with your mailman"
I asked for a refund since I did not receive the product and they were not willing to help, but have still not received a reply from them.

I never received my order. I wrote the company a few emails which they completely ignored. It wasn't until I left a bad review on their business page that they finally reached out. They first offered to issue me a refund if I changed my negative review. I agreed. Then they said they would only issue a refund when I updated my review first. I would not agree with that. I told them I only agreed to update my business review AFTER I received my refund in full. They have been completely ignoring my numerous emails and phones calls on this matter. They promised a refund and they have failed to follow through

The battery I recieved was not new. It had some residue from something spilled on it as well. Dark brown dried liquid stain, like soda or coffee.
Battery arrived as scheduled and works fine after giving it a full charge

I ordered a screen replacement for an iPhone 6 from RepairpartsUSA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL in November 10, 2018, Order # XXXXX, for $34.99. They sent me a non-functional part. I telephonically contacted their *** number and emailed them numerous times, all with no return answer. So in conclusion, I was ripped off. This is not a reputable company.
I am seeking a refund for $34.99. I already had to purchase a replacement phone for my son because months went by with no resolution or contact from repairpartsUSA. So, initially I wanted the part replaced, but now I want a refund. This company needs to be investigated by Florida Attorney General's Office.

A little to early to review but the battery I ordered fit and did take and held a charge. However, the advertising showed a Samsung logo battery and not an after market. I might have over looked a possible clause but nonetheless, it works as it should. The back glass was in great shape and pre-fit it to make sure it was going to fit.....and it did!!!
The prices are the best by far. I have done some shopping around and found myself back to RpUSA to make my final purchase.
The delivery of my items was fantastic. It arrived rather punctual as promised.
I will return to this vendor for future purchases.
