I tried to call back. Not only did this person not leave their last name so I could look her up or extension number in my message and I got so frustrated that I never was connected to her. I left someone a message. I honestly don't want 24 hour fitness to contact me AT ALL. I have nothing to say to those THIEVES. They are malicious. Chainring their name even AFTER my bank [redacted] refunded me multiple times and BLOCKED them from my account. They then CHANGED THEIR NAME? I'm done. My bank protected me. I just want the Revdex.com to know what this establishment is doing and I can get the Manager of my banks number if you'd like to speak with them about this matter. They are who told me that I should contact The Revdex.com. They will not let any changes now from anywhere go through on my account anymore now anyways. I really hope that they get fined or worse. My bank told me his is VERY common from them! It's NOT right. 6 months later to be harassed like this!

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 [redacted] from 24 Hr called me.  The are refunding the first 2 payments for $533.28 via check.  She claims 24 Hr did not charge my credit card and did not receive payment for the 3rd charge after my membership was canceled.  I checked with my credit card company and was informed that 24 Hr fitness , Carlsbad CA submitted the charge. They told me they have to wait at least 60 days to allow the dispute with 24 HR to respond.  So once the check is received (and clears the bank) and the credit card charge is resolved, then I will let you know.  At this point it is only partially resolved.  any questions, feel free to contact me. thanksRegards,[redacted]
