I have only received proration for only one person under my membership, the other person has no been prorated. If you're seeing a credit on my account it is because the club manager credited me for a $20 club shop credit which was promised to me for referring a friend to the gym; however I have still not received a credit for the other half of my membership.

As per your request, here is a copy of the contract as emailed to me last month from 24 Hour. Please note that I could not get a copy of 2007
contract from 24 hour until a couple of weeks after the Revdex.com became involved,
even though I had requested one.
Buried in the middle of the backside of a multiple column agreement it
states that 24 hour can change its annual fee any time it wants and to whatever
amount they decide, and as many times as they desire. You may ask yourself, who
would ever agree to these terms?
However, I did not have my reading glasses to read the extremely fine
print. I wanted to take it home to read. The assistant manger said the
deal/offer expires that day. (Turned out that was not true, as it was valid for
another month). I was pressured into signing on the spot instead of being able
to take the agreement home and read it.
Therefore, I specifically asked the asst. manager if the $29 annual fee
would ever change. He said it would not change, ever.
When they raised the annual fee this year, 272%, I called multiple times
before anyone would talk to me. I asked if this happened to anyone else, and the
phone representative said yes, many others had this same experience (as evident,
in part, by other similar Revdex.com submitted complaints).
If you like, I can ask that assistant manager to verify what I was told
when I signed the agreement. (His name is on the contract.) Please let me know.

I called them several times and no answer. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business has not kept its word to me nor upheld the promises that it made to me when it induced me to join, in particularly that I would pay the high, upfront fee that I paid in order obtain a low (approximately $40), annual fixed renewal fee. In particularly, this year it increased its renewal fee to $99 (more than double the amount stated when I joined) and appears to have canceled my membership when I complained about the increased rate.
