I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I am still unhappy with the lack of communication between parties of your company and the back and forth I was given.  Although I received a satisfactory outcome to my complaint, the way you all deal with customer complaints is behind the times.  If I had not taken the initiative to continually follow up with my complaint, I am sure my issue would have been ignored.

I need a WRITTEN apology for defrauding me, 2. All my monies returned to me since Jan 28th 2015: WHATS TO TALK ABOUT? - JUST RETURN THE MONEY THAT YOU DEFRAUDED ME OF.3. compensation for continuing to waste my time.
