for an annual dues increase after the initial prepaid
term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took
lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide
all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club
experience.

value your loyalty and believe even with the increase, you are still getting
the best value and access to approximately 350 clubs nationwide based on your
access level.Please note, the cancellation of your account was not due to any personal action taken against you for voicing your concern. I was NOT offered access to the Super Sport club in question, that is a flat out lie. I understand what my agreement says, that has never been the problem. My problem is that I was sold the super sport membership by your sales rep and then he had me sign for an all sport. Is 24 hour fitness not liable for what their sales reps say to people. How is a bait and switch OK with your company?

24 Hour Fitness did attempt to contact me once - they called me on my mobile phone while I was at my sister-in-law's house a few hours after she passed away (I can't make this stuff up). They promised to call me back in a few days and never made a second attempt. The message they sent you asked for me to contact them, but provided no contact information.
I am more than happy to attempt to resolve this with them, but I need to know who to contact and how to contact them.
