SUNDAY 12/*/2015 4:25:21 PM and we replied to her on SUNDAY 12/*/2015 10:51:41 PM We have also issued her a refund for her last charge, which we would have done anyway.Its a shame that people feel the need to jump and get so reactive and file a complaint with the Revdex.com, when the company has not done anything wrong, and had not been given the adequate chance to respond. #454545} We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from Marco Barrueto. Customer never contacted us for a refund or indicated that there were any issues on his account. All charges were authorized. Had he canceled his subscription all billing would have ended. We state this information on his Receipt ([redacted]) and o the Helpdesk message (Please see the “Helpdesk” screenshot). But he has never canceled his subscription. (Please see the “Billing” screenshot).We have provided all the information about when and how to cancel the subscription if he doesn’t wish to keep subscription and doesn’t want to be charged recurring transaction. It is not fair to subscribe a consumer for a recurring payment that they did not agree to. While me account was refunded. This practice must end. Roomster must also remove their libelous comments about me with my name from the internet.

Roomster refund only one of the 3 payments and this happened september [redacted]. And I can prove it. Also false is that they reinstated my account. They close my account so I cannot communicate with them anymore, they do the same to everybody and they never activated it again.
They still owe me $59.95.

affiliation with Craigslist and do not have control over what Roomster members do or post while on other sites. We can only track links and emails that originate on the Roomster site. If members are sending you links to their profiles using other methods then that we offer, we can't be responsible for where they resolve. I have not received any type of refund. I cancelled the subscription on 7 /**/2016. On 8/*/2016 I checked my bank account and saw a transaction from Roomster pending, I immediately started looking for a number to call them and let them know about my account I then sent them a message on the website because that is the only way you can address billing issues (which is absurd to me because if I am using your business then I should be able to talk to someone over the phone ). When they did respond they said I cancelled on 8/*/2016. I told them I would contact my lawyer and decided to check their reviews and that is when I found out that they have done this several times. So, after waiting to hear back from them and not getting a response I decided to contact the Revdex.com. I want a full refund because I have been trying to contact them since August *, 2016 and it was after I informed them that I reported them to the Revdex.com that they said something about a prorated refund. Roomster has also remove my account and claim that I said something inappropriate to one of their customer service representative (which is completely false ). The only thing I want is a full refund and Roomster will never have to worry about me using their site again.

I never recieved a receipt until I complained via the 24/7 line. Then I was sent a reciept in a response. I want a refund this is terrible customer service and frankly a scam. It is not stated at time up purchase but after and that is not right. You are trying to say I was given notice meaning the day that I was already charged!? Refund my money your company is taking without my permission!

yes, as we stated before there is a link to delete your account. I see that you created your account using a ** login on 6/*/2015 9:50:48 PM you can easily login and click "delete account" on the 24/7 customer support page. why not just do that if you don't want the account?

Then on the Payment page to proceed further she had to click on “Buy with PayPal” button or fill out the Credit Card information. (please, see the “Payment” screenshot). On all of the pages, you can see the price for the subscription that you choose. Clearly, [redacted] is lying about not knowing that the price for the subscription she chose is $16.95.
