folder/page” as customer call it is in the Roomster app menu, and as you can see yourself (please, see the “App Menu” screenshot) this folder is very visible, has the same size, the same font as all other folders in the menu. So, clearly the statement, that we have a hidden folder is a false.   We state all the information about renewals on the Payment page, Also, we sent message to the Helpdesk with a reminder and instructions how to cancel subscription and we sent a receipt to a customer’s email with the same information.  (please, see the “Receipt” screenshot).   We received chargebacks from the PayPal, we declined the chargebacks and provided all the documentation to the PaPal.  Customer is not eligible for any refunds.   We consider this matter is closed.

We have found his account and deleted it. He can try to create a new account. If his [redacted] account will meet our criteria he will be able to use Roomster.

We can't find any account that is linked to [redacted] Can you assist us with your full name and email address which is linked to your Roomster account, please?

I signed up for a 3 day trail and started receiving unknown charges. When you call their customer services line the first thing it says is, "if you're calling about billing issues, fill out the form online". When you go to fill the form out no one gets back to you. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

You sent me a reciept the 3rd day after you had already charged me something I did not agree too! This is terrible business and I want a refund! I can not believe how rude and dismissive your customer service is. It is not right! I did not agree! I am telling you right now I still do not agree and you are stealing. I see there are many class actions being discussed about this company and I believe that is a great idea. I want a refund and you better not take out any other payments as well or I will contact my attorney for your false advertising and theft.

our warning about automatic renewal is very visible and not in small print. Also we asked her to cancel the subscription couple of times, so we can issue her a pro-rated refund on the last transaction. When she finally did it we have issued her pro-rated refund even before receiving a complaint from Revdex.com, so her state, that she is still fighting to get her money back, is false. Also to provide a great customer service as a courtesy to her we have issued the remaining balance of $3.71. We consider this matter is closed and waste of Revdex.com's time.

Customer purchased subscription on 8/**/2017 5:52:31 PM. Information about scheduled renewal and how to cancel the subscription we state on: the receipt ( [redacted] ) the helpdesk message (please, see the “Helpdesk” screenshot)   Customer canceled the subscription after scheduled renewal took place. Had she canceled her subscription anytime before Wednesday, August **, 2017 as we state this on the Receipt and the Helpdesk message, all billing would have ended.   But as a courtesy to her we have issued a refund. This process can take a couple of business days.   We consider this matter is closed.

[redacted] has never contacted us for a refund or indicated that there were any issues on their account and she charged us back through the [redacted]. We have disputed the chargeback and submitted prove to the [redacted] that all transactions were authorized.    We consider this matter is closed.
