I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11388187, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Problem:
I, unfortunately, am having to reopen my case against Navient Department of Education Loan Servicing. My original complaint was about Navient not informing me of a form that I neglected to sign. Even though I heard back from Navient's Customer Advocate, she or someone in her office has proven to be just as stupid as everyone else there seems to be. Navient's Customer Advocate sent me forms that are outdated. Today I received a letter from Navient saying "[redacted], we've received your Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) plan application, but it is an old version that expired. Unfortunately, we cannot process your request using the application that you provided." I did not use an old form I had laying around. No. I used forms mailed to me direct from Navient's Customer Advocate Office itself. I REFUSE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S REPEATED MISTAKES!!! I CANNOT HELP IT IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG FORMS!!! I have 35 years of customer service experience under my belt. Is there any way I can get a phone interview for a job at Navient? It is painfully obvious that Navient is in desperate and dire need of competent people.

Desired Outcome:
My desired outcome is as follows: 1.) I REFUSE to fill out any more forms - PERIOD!!! I DEMAND that Navient process my application as is since it is Navient who sent me the wrong forms. I WILL NOT accept any other excuses or explanations or other legal mumbo-jumbo. 2.) From now on. going forward, since the Office of the Customer Advocate has proven itself to be just as stupid as everyone else at Navient, I will only accept a response from the CEO of Navient and ONLY from the CEO of Navient. End of story - PERIOD. If anyone else at Navient is assigned to respond to me, I shall declare to the Revdex.com that Navient has refused to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. 3.) I further demand that Navient put me on an Administrative deferment, just like it has recently with no additional charges to my account until this matter is fully resolved to MY satisfaction. 4.) Lastly, I demand that Navient make an entry to my credit report regarding their mistakes to my account, and that any negative reports to my credit report made by Navient be completely stricken from that same credit report. Any other response by Navient other than these demands shall be interpreted by me to be a complete refusal by Navient to listen to and resolve these very serious customer service issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:   I received the exact same letter they originally sent, from the exact same person.  I called to talk to him again to get some help and he kept repeating that he "was not a financial advisor".  I asked him to stop reading from que cards and help me.  He said "that they did not have to offer me anything".  I asked what I should do and he said "get an accountant and learn to better manage your money".  I asked him to repeat that so that I could record the call, and he kept repeating that he did not give me permission to record the call nor did the company allow me to record the call.  I tried to explain that my ability to pay should be based on my income and not my credit report and again he just repeated "I am not a financial advisor".  He was rude and would not help me in any way to try to qualify for an acceptable and affordable repayment plan.

Problem:
Navient is the administrator for my student loans (account [redacted]). Navient sent me a letter dated 5/6/15 stating I am on the Income-Based Repayment plan and owe them $14.95 a month. Navient sent me a letter dated 7/6/15 stating my loans are in deferment and that I owe nothing until 10/1/15. Navient sent me a letter dated 8/16/15 stating I owe them 7 payments of $9.72 by 10/6/15, 139 payment of $397.31 by 5/6/16, and 6 payments of $133.29 by 12/6/27. Navient can't seem to get it straight.

Desired Outcome:
1. Navient needs to decide how much I owe them per month. 2. Navient needs to send me a monthly invoice for how much I owe them.

Problem:
I have sent multiple letters to each of the multiple address associated with Navient. I have requested that these 10 accounts be validated. I have contacted Illinois Attorney General regarding matter as well. This company has made several violations of FDCPA in attempting to collect the alleged debt. They also continue to report to the credit bureaus with incorrect information. They have reported multiple accounts under different names and addresses, yet all are in fact Navient. Navient has also violated the cease and desist with out proper validations. have placed the accounts with National Enterprise Systems. I am not aware of any indebtedness to Navient or National Enterprise Systems. these are very misleading practices when trying to have this matter resolved.

Desired Outcome:
Either provide authentic contracts creating an obligation to these multiple companies or remove all inaccurate information from credit report. Best regards

Since changing from Sallie Mae to Navient this company is a mess. I have been repaying my loan on or around the same date for many years. They keep sending me numerous e-mails as if I have missed payments and now I am receiving debt consolidation solicitations. I have never missed a payment and my history shows such. I am tired of the harassing e-mails and phone calls from companies offering to consolidate my debt.

I was contacted by Navient and spoke with one of the representatives who was very helpful and told me he would do all kinds of things to fix the matter.  He promised a lot but I asked for an email to verify what was promised and a letter also.  I have received nothing.

I have neither been notified or provided with any proof that [redacted] has been taken off my account or disassociated from my social security number. Additionally, while [redacted] with Navient promised to mail me my account information I did not receive it. Instead, what I recieved in the mail was a notice regarding my consent to withdraw from receiving my W2 statement electronically. I did not give my consent for that and it was not what I had asked for. While I did receive some of my account information via email, it was not my a full summary of my accounts and read more like a bill outlining onot my previous payment, balance on only my 2 loans in repayment, and the due date of my next payment. While I appreciate that, it's not exactly what I have been asking for and I'm confused about what I've been sent in the mail. I have not been restored online access to my accounts and [redacted] from Navient is not returning my calls. This behavior is unacceptable especially from someone who works in the Office of Costomer Advocate. I expect an explanation for this non compliance of my simple requests.Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have received Navient's letter yesterday, but there is no solution offered. The letter basically pointed me to contact another organization for discussion, and they pointed out that they cannot talk to me, ONLY the borrower. So, the dilemma remains the same. My letter complained of NAVIENT intentionally forced default by refusing to continue to send the monthly statement to the borrower's home. There are occasions we sent a check payment and they claimed "Not Received" but the checks were cashed, by who? I had no clue! My point is they "intentionally" forced default not because we don't pay but they don't send invoice so I don't have the right address to send a check. Also, there were a very short period that we cannot pay because we experienced IRS SCAM of $2,000 were stolen, that caused grave financial difficulty. I understand the IRS SCAM is an insider job, that is why so many people were scammed without the thieves caught. With the advance technology and intelligent agents, there is no reason these huge losses of scams cannot be recovered, because they are done through Green Cards. I believe it can be traceable somehow. The reason these scams are not stopped and monies recovered are due to question of priority. Had we not been scammed of the $2,000, the student loan payment will never stopped for that short period of time, and we will never face the difficulty of being rejected when we asked NAVIENT to send us the invoices. They have repeatedly refused us  and then "forced" default on my son. Default will cause him huge difficulty of looking for employment in U.S.  Something is very wrong in their intent to force default. What I am asking is to null the default and eliminate financial penalty for late charges and interest. But none of these were met, so I reject their offer. As far as I can see, NAVIENT has not made any offer for solution. Their letter simply points out the facts I am disputing.
