My complaint against Navient has been closed, without ever getting any type of response from the company. 
 
On November 24th, they claimed to have mailed a response to me. I waited 5 days and never received it, so I rejected it to keep the complaint from being closed. It is now December 4th and I still have received nothing, either by mail or through correspondence on the Revdex.com website, and my complaint has been closed anyway. Customer service remains equally bad, and the Office of the Customer Advocate has not returned my calls.
 
I still consider this case to be unresolved and I am requesting that the complaint be reopened.

I have yet to receive the documents I requested from this company. Furthermore, I NEVER signed any agreement with Navient. My agreement was with Sallie Mae. However, I know that Navient is now acting as Sallie Mae, since Sallie Mae has major lawsuits pending against them due to unlawful schemes they were subjecting present and former students to.I am requesting that I am alleviated of all responsibility for these student loans. I also request that all harassing phone calls come to an end. Since my agreement was with Sallie Mae and the company Sallie Mae no longer exists, legally, I am not responsible for making payments to Navient. Therefore, Navient should not be posting negative feedback to my credit; harassing me with phone calls and attempting to collect a debt that I NEVER agreed to pay to them and is not owed. I am also requesting that all negative feedback be removed from my credit and to be alleviated of responsibility.

They also said that I was notified of the business change and I was not. they said they have been trying to reach me by phone, they have not.

I have received nothing in the mail but a form to fill out, which I can do on line.  They still call 3-6 times a day.

The company never contacted me so their response is a lie. After a delayed period I finally received a refund, but it is unacceptable that it took over a month.
