I never received anything from Navient, by mail or otherwise, that addressed any of the complaints I filed.
Regards,
The only correspondence I received from Navient was that they tried to email me and my spam filters were broken (which they are not). I receive notices from them about my billing, etc, etc. So, not sure what they are trying say they sent.Revdex.com:

Although you address part of my complaint, the other part was not addressed as far as being able to apply the principle to the loan of choice. There are 2 loans listed (01 & 02). Why can one not pay off one loan while working on paying off another? As a person who never had a late payment and has been a loyal customer, there should be some way for the customer to choose. It is in my opinion that Navient wants to make things as inconvenient for people so they don't pay off loans early. As a hard working college graduate it is important for me to pay off the debt from my education. It is my hope that students looking to consolidate choose a different company to work with.

Nothing has been done regarding my situation. Every time I call Navient, I get a different answer on what my payment is and why my payment information was changed. I will move forward with my lawyer.
