Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Complaints against Salle Mae and Navient SallieMae and [redacted]Institute of Technology [redacted]

[redacted] Banking Industries keep changing theirbusiness name and I do not know why. At that time what happened classes that Itook there I could have taken at the Community college and it would have been20.00 per unit  vs. 600.00 per unit. What happened was that the signaturewas not mine on the loan application from the financial aid office from [redacted]Institute of Technology that forced me took those classes and I had disputedwith them at that time.  But they ignored me, don’t want to stop, listenand look what they had done to me. The loan started at $28,000.00 and now it is$150,000.00. Naveen is the servicer now. The servicer used to be [redacted],Sallie Mae then  now they have changed it to Navient . When you have moreadministrators making $200,000 a year than Instructors, you have somethingwrong. I think it’s illegal for them to raise the interest rates and accrued ona student loan without my awareness. That financial aid office(please see theattached document)  who made those student loans were irresponsible tobegin with – it is also their fault if they are making loans to people believingthey will obtain employment in a given career to pay for it, when there are nojobs available.  You can’t force people to pay for that loan that was notsigned legitimately. Who is going to solve the student debt crisis? "I came to this country and worked hard and followed all the laws and paidmy taxes and did the right thing," she said. "Now I feel it's hard totrust anyone."I’m asking and want Revdex.com tohear my complaints about the companies that service student loans“unknown  signature Student loan forms the  debt stressed, depressedand made me feel like they  are took advantage of me.  Please help.  The schools and banking industry has acted illegally andirresponsibly with the student loans, with the government neglecting andencouraging it. It has to change, and we need to hold those institutionsaccountable. Currently they are not hold accountable – it’s all about shortterm profit, etc., greedy profit making more money. All of our politicians andso called leaders will always tell you that they came from poor beginningsbut....look at where they are today. "Bling"!!! Why do they say that?Think about it? Why would you say that? It’s all about the money & power. Don't get me wrong, capitalism is the best concept and everyoneshould prosper but.....not at the expense of others. Absolutely never! When was the last time you met a person who's goal was not moneybut for the betterment of mankind? I strongly object to a system that is blatantly discriminatoryand unfair to law-abiding Americans living inside our country.  I now feellike second class citizens at best, or criminals at worst.  The messagesgiven here, along with the enormous fines for improper signature, make me feelterrible as a law abiding citizen. So I’m asking you to be able to discharge (cancel) andforgiveness due to improper signature. Also, at that time what happened classesthat I took there, I could have taken at the Community college and it wouldhave been 20.00 per unit  vs. 600.00 per unit. Then we willeffect positive change in others for our country. I am asking  a resolution on this matter soon. I neverthought I’d be in this situation at my age.  I’m hoping to raise my familyin a better future with opportunities and fulfilling dreams. But all I havegotten is cheated, grief and struggled.  Please help. Regretfully yours,

Problem:
Billing/ Collection Issues Customer Service Issues I would like to supply the Revdex.com with a copy of a letter I am sending to the Navient: Office of the Customer Advocate. This is my third Revdex.com complaint, the first of which I was told my income was being evaluated for lower payments and Navient neglected to contact me or my cosigner after saying they would. This led my account to a delinquent state. It was negligent to say they would return my call and contact my cosigner if that was never their intention. The second complaint had to do with a similar issue in which I was told that I was approved for a payment plan via phone and supplied my card information for automatic drafts but later received a letter saying I was denied and that they would use my card to take out the original payment every month. I called back and the woman said that my payment plan was cancelled "accidentally" and she proceed to put me on the payment plan AGAIN. I received yet another letter saying I was denied. The miscommunication is manipulative and I believe Navient's goal was to get my card information for payments. From the beginning they have been a hassle. I am not the type of person to run away from payments. From the moment my loans entered repayment, I expressed my inability to pay with Navient. Navient has since then neglected my case and ignored my needs in order to send my account into delinquency and now they have manipulated me to receive my card information and I thought I was being enrolled into a payment plan! I am now contacting Revdex.com because Navient has committed Fraud. Navient called me on 11/30/15 from (302)261-5532 and left a voicemail stating that they were [redacted] and that my prescription was ready! I am not currently taking any prescriptions and the [redacted] location stated in the voicemail is in Delaware! I live in Maryland. This same day, 11/30/15 Navient called me from the same Delaware number (302)261-5532 6 times in one day! That is harassment! I have all of the call logs and the voicemail. I called the number back to make sure it was not actually Wal I would like to file a lawsuit against Navient for harassment and fraud.

I would like to publicly post this in hopes that a lawyer picks up this case. I would like to be reentered into the payment plan that I was approved for TWICE. I would like Navient to call once a day and leave a voicemail and allow me to return their call when I am not at work. I would like Navient to give me an explanation for the [redacted] voicemail. I would like Navient to apologize for this treacherous experience. I would like Navient to agree to a settlement.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I have agreed  to make the payment of $170.85 a month for te life of the loan.  The Settlement that was sent to me. It was asking for the co signer signuature. They did not agree to the amount of the payment. I called and the arrangement.  I do not agree what the  [redacted],[redacted], Pc Sent. I feel this is unreasonable request. As you can see.  I have reach out to Justin to let in him know that I was not going to agree until I see eveything in writting. I just do not like the way this company does business. I did call the company to explain that cosigner will not be signing anything because she did not agree to these terms.  They call my co-signer and told all false information which was not true and telling that I took out additional loans.  That is why this one was so high. Instead of explaining that it was the inerest that made it high. $20000.00 went to $36803.60...  This was from the time I was in school.  I just think these company do unfair treatment. Honestly this loan should not even be in defaut. I just want to make you aware.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]  There is no response to resolve this complaint.  Just today, I received another email from Navient saying that my account is past due since January 21 2015, which is a complete lie.  I made a payment of $103.14 ($3 in "late" fees) on the 25th of February 2015.  This company offers the worse customer service I have ever experienced.  In January I was told I would receive a letter stating that there are no late fees on my account and the issue with the payments was fixed.  Until today I have NOT received such letter.  I am very frustrated with this issue mainly because I am stuck with Navient and cannot go anywhere else.

Problem:
[redacted] is former Revdex.com complaint number. I have over $2000.00 owed to Navient on my credit report. This has been paid off almost two years ago. I can not get anybody to answer the phone when I call. The contact person called me once and I couldn't not answer since I was at work. I have called her several times with no luck. Today I looked at my credit report and it says I still owe. Please help! What is taking so long? I have paid almost $4000.00. I have the bank statement from when it was paid and who it was paid to.

The account is already inaccessible.  Cannot login, I input my account number and/or SSN and birthday and get:

"We're sorry – our records don't match the information you provided. Please try again."

No attempt made to resolve the issue, only giving us a hard time about the person the loan is actually registered to verses people authorized on the account. Continued excuses to avoid actually having to fix the problem. Requesting multiple people be present for phone calls to unlock the account, we did as they asked and were able to access the account for 1 DAY...doing this cost us time and money and they simply unlocked the account and avoiding any attempt to address the actual problem.

I am writing with regards to my experience trying to over pay my student loans. As the "customer" I am inclined to feel that the servicer, Navient, would be eager to assist me in reducing my student loan debt but my experience leads me to believe otherwise. Each time I have tried to communicate with Navient's customer service to overpay my loan bill it requires at least 2-3 phone calls to ensure that the payment is applied correctly. For example, I sent in an extra payment with a coverletter specifically requesting that my payment be applied to the principal on my loan, yet it was not done as I requested. I spent 30 minutes on the phone going through your automated system until I could finally get someone to fix it. I recently over payed again, this time over the phone, and that payment was applied to all payments on that loan through October 2015. Maybe I am not being clear enough in my requests, but my ultimate goal is to pay down my loans - not put off payments so that Navient can earn more interest on my outstanding balance. My recommendations to Navient would be the following:
1. Try to anticipate your "customers" needs, rather than profit off of their efforts to reduce debt.
2. Try communicating in any way other than random statements posted to my account. I was recently notified via this system that I've been approved for automatic debit. FYI I've been using automatic debit to pay my student loans since 2007.

Navient's land line keeps calling my workplace.  The number is [redacted] a landline from Buffalo, NY right where Navient offices are located.  Please have them not to call me at work.  They sent me a letter claiming that they only have my cell number which is not true if they keep calling.  I received another call this morning.
Please help!
