I am rejecting this response because: My wife and have already received documents from Affluence Edu in regards to a refund of $4,500 for Capital One credited card ending in 0145. I have a Refund Authorization Number for this dispute #t39V6 as well as an Ref#[redacted]. I really don't see how Affluence Edu is not following through with the REFUND agreement. I have attached copies of the Refund Authorization form from Affluence Edu.  I would like to be contacted in person or by email ASAP. The Company has received the customer's reply to the Revdex.com. According to Company records, it appears a resolution with the customer has been reached, as of February 14, 2017. The Company asks that the customer allow 3 days for processing. Accordingly, the Company asks that this complaint be closed.

to resolve; to date, we have reached out on many occasions but have not received a return phone call.   The software described in the customer’s complaint can display notices of real estate before it enters foreclosure. This can be a competitive advantage over many real estate investors without access to this information. The Company has been unable to duplicate the challenges described by the customer and would like more information so they might investigate further.   Although the customer’s purchased the services over a year and a half ago, the Company is still interested in speaking with the customer to find a resolution. Prior to receiving the complaint, Company records show that the last communication they had with the customer was in October of 2017. The Company asks that the customer make an equivalent good faith in resolving the complaint, by returning their phone calls.

[redacted] and have authorized a refund, which has been and will be issued via credit card (refunded $5,000 on 06/23/16; $199 on 06/29/16) and via check ($5,000 on 6/29/16 (please allow 5 business days to receive)). As this was the customer’s desired settlement, we request that the file be closed as ‘resolved’.
