The Company has received the complaint filed by the customer with the Utah Revdex.com (Revdex.com)At the outset, it is important for all parties to understand the Company takes all complaints very seriously and seeks to prevent all complaintsBased on a review of Company records, it appears that many of the accusations made by the customer are either a matter of opinion or are completely falseTo this point, many of the claims made by the customer within this complaint, completely contradict the overall customer feedback from the many others who attended this same classThe Company seeks to exceed expectations for each customer but also understands that their products and services are not for everyone.The Company's real estate trainers are licensed professionalsMany of the Company's customers are also licensed professionalsThere are many happy, successful customersFor the customer to claim that the workshop had "nothing to do with real estate" is a blanket statement - the rest of the class indicated the opposite and found the education helpfulThe overwhelming majority of the class indicated the training exceeded their expectations and that the presenter and content were helpfulAs with any other class-based training program, it is challenging to cater to each individual and provide highly complex strategies and concepts, while still making it effective for beginnersTo claim that the workshop did not deliver quality, effective training is simply a matter of opinion and contrary to the majority opinion of the classThe Company's advanced training packages provide a variety options to those who are interested - some choose to invest and learn more, while others do not, and that's okayAs a benefit to its students, the Company has sought out many relationships so that their customers might find reputable contractors, property management companies, mortgage lenders, title companies, etcReal estate investing involves many different parties, and the Company has found that its customers appreciate the assistanceMany customers don't know where to start or how to evaluate a potential partnership with a real estate agent, title company, property manager, etcAs with most businesses, there are many vendors and relationships involved in every transaction - a healthy economy is many businesses working with many consumersThe customer's conclusion must be a misunderstanding on their partThe Company will evaluate how these vendors are introduced and work to eliminate any potential confusion.The customer attended the three-day training workshop June 9, 2017, and did not request a cancellation and refund for nearly two months (August 7, 2017)If the customer was so immediately dissatisfied, it is unclear why they allowed two months to pass without calling, emailing, or writingThe Company's customer support team has received various awards and recognition for their ability to assist customers and leave them happyAfter receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com, the Company reached out to the customer by phone and email but has not received a responseDespite the preceeding, the Company has fully refunded the customer; they should allow 3-business days for posting.The Company values all feedback and takes every complaint seriously, no matter the content or context; they will evaluate this feedback and use it to improve wherever possible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have already attempted to resolve the compliant with Wendy, who is a supervisor in Quality ControlI provided her with detailed information before contacting Revdex.com regarding why this seminar did not meet the standards of the training indicated I was told that I could not speak to anyone else besides her when I made a second attempt to reach someone because I was not satisfied with the resolution she providedI was told she would contact me again, but that was almost a week agoI have requested a full refund for the seminar as I did not receive the training to do wholesale deals as indicated when I signed up during the first free seminarI paid $1,for surface-level real estate information, but the goal of the company was to get me to purchase " the real training", which cost 40kMy credit card company has indicated that the $for the stock training, which is supposed to take place on Friday June 23rd-June 25th has been refundedI am simply requested the remainder of $1,also be refunded to my credit card, which will make the total I paid the company $Thank you very much in advance for your assistance! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: again I told Response, LLC that one of the accounts was closed on 11/22/when I was told I would receive a refundI was told I would receive a check for the refundOn 12/9/when I emailed about not receiving the refund I was told that they were wrong and that they credited the money back to the cardsWhile Response has been trying to help I feel that more can be done on their partEvery thing I read says it is the merchant's responsibility to refund the moneyI have also sent samples of this to ResponseI have called KeyBank and have spoken to several representativesThey were suppose to call back but I haven't heard back from themI have tried MasterCard and just keep getting put back to KeyBankThere is $4,out there and no one will take responsibility for the lossI am willing to go to arbitration Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I responded with an email on May 20, and asked how much their settlement offer would be and have received no reply to dateIf they are truly wanting to make a settlement offer they would be willing to answer us back with an amountWhat do you advise me to do next? The Company has received the complaint filed by the customer with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com)The Company has reviewed their records and find that the details of this complaint completely contradict the handwritten feedback given to the Company by the customer immediately following the 2-day seminarFollowing each interaction with a customer, the Company distributes a satisfaction survey to ensure expectations are met and to solicit additional comments for improving future eventsAccording to this customer's survey, they indicated they would recommend the training to others and that the workshop fulfilled or exceeded their expectationsThey also scored their overall experience 5/(being best)If the customer truly experienced what they claimed they experienced, they could have easily indicated such on the survey form and/or called customer service to request a refundThe Company consistently has high scores for their events and dissatisfaction at any level is very rareAlthough this customer is not entitled to any refund, especially since they clearly enjoyed the training and received what they paid for, the Company will issue a refund for $
