that many of the accusations made by the customer are either a matter of opinion or are completely falseTo this point, many of the claims made by the customer within this complaint, completely contradict the overall customer feedback from the many others who attended this same classThe Company seeks to exceed expectations for each customer but also understands that their products and services are not for everyone.The Company's real estate trainers are licensed professionalsMany of the Company's customers are also licensed professionalsThere are many happy, successful customersFor the customer to claim that the workshop had "nothing to do with real estate" is a blanket statement - the rest of the class indicated the opposite and found the education helpfulThe overwhelming majority of the class indicated the training exceeded their expectations and that the presenter and content were helpfulAs with any other class-based training program, it is challenging to cater to each individual and provide highly complex strategies and concepts, while still making it effective for beginnersTo claim that the workshop did not deliver quality, effective training is simply a matter of opinion and contrary to the majority opinion of the classThe Company's advanced training packages provide a variety options to those who are interested - some choose to invest and learn more, while others do not, and that's okayAs a benefit to its students, the Company has sought out many relationships so that their customers might find reputable contractors, property management companies, mortgage lenders, title companies, etcReal estate investing involves many different parties, and the Company has found that its customers appreciate the assistanceMany customers don't know where to start or how to evaluate a potential partnership with a real estate agent, title company, property manager, etcAs with most businesses, there are many vendors and relationships involved in every transaction - a healthy economy is many businesses working with many consumersThe customer's conclusion must be a misunderstanding on their partThe Company will evaluate how these vendors are introduced and work to eliminate any potential confusion.The customer attended the three-day training workshop June 9, 2017, and did not request a cancellation and refund for nearly two months (August 7, 2017)If the customer was so immediately dissatisfied, it is unclear why they allowed two months to pass without calling, emailing, or writingThe Company's customer support team has received various awards and recognition for their ability to assist customers and leave them happyAfter receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com, the Company reached out to the customer by phone and email but has not received a responseDespite the preceeding, the Company has fully refunded the customer; they should allow 3-business days for posting.The Company values all feedback and takes every complaint seriously, no matter the content or context; they will evaluate this feedback and use it to improve wherever possible

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory start at this time. We have been contacted by Thayne of Response Marketing Group that they have agreed to refund the money back to us. We are to wait for a refund authorization form which will come to us by email and once we sign and return it, they will process the refunds which will come separately as they were processed by different merchant accounts given CDN and USD dollar transactions. We were not advised as to how the refunds will be coming (credit to our Visa or by check) or how long it will take to process the refunds and have questioned this on a return voicemail to Thayne as we were unable to reach him directly. We are hopeful that this will happen in short order but for now we will wait and see.

They did not want to identify themselves. However, if the business is willing to refund my money then this business complaint will be closed once I have received my money

rejecting this response because: Regretfully, the company again failed to address the major points outlined in our previous response (dated July 20) and continues to retain $of our money for no reasonIn a attempt to justify the amount of $6500, the company listed one year access to Real Estate Property Pro software as a “non-refundable item”, completely ignoring the fact that this access was given to all people who purchased the Diamond Elite package, including us, for freeAttached to this response is the description of the Diamond Elite package which clearly says thatThe same electronic copy was sent to the company earlier in a separate email (August 10, 2016) and no answer has been received so farThe company representatives didn’t respond to voice mail left on August and later, eitherWe feel like we are left once more in front of the wall of silence.Sadly, the company didn’t accept our proposal to work together on issue resolution and continues to take unilateral decisions, forcing us to sign a document we have never agreed on.It should be stressed that tactics of delays, arm-twisting and misrepresentation of our position, adopted by the company is not helpful in reaching a settlement.Nonetheless, we suggested, in a sincere hope to resolve the dispute, a good will contribution of $100, so that $be returned to usThat was done in our previous response message, dated on July Again, no response on that proposal has been received from the companyWe strongly urge the company to review our response messages and accept our proposal dated on July 20,

Upon reading the consumer's rejection message, the Company quickly and thoroughly researched its records and found that many of the allegations made by the consumer appear to be inconsistent with their feedback given directly to the CompanyFrankly, there are many misunderstandings, if not completely untrue statements made by the consumer to the Revdex.comThe Company would like to address some of items in an effort to provide more clarity and understanding to the Revdex.com. The consumer completed a survey following an experience of what they claim to have been a "scam," "pressure tactics," "up selling," and "lies." A handwritten survey completed by the customer indicates that they would recommend the training to others, that the training fulfilled or exceeded their expectations, and further rated the (a) information, (b) professionalism of the instructor and staff, and (c) their overall experience out of (being best)The Company's perspective is that if the customer were so dissatisfied, felt that the training was a scam, felt pressured, or lied to at any point during the multi-day training, they could and would have indicated such during this opportune momentObtaining immediate feedback is how the Company assesses customer satisfaction (like many other businesses), but if consumers are not forthcoming or honest, it doesn't allow the Company to determine how well they are meeting customer expectationsWeeks later, the customer attended an event in Chandler, Arizona where the same feedback was provided and included additional comments stating, "Awesome class!" This is further indication the Company was meeting the customer's expectations. Further, the consumer claims that the strategies taught "don't work." Investing in real estate is not easy, nor does it provide a get rich quick solutionThe Company is a training and education company and has never purported or implied that anything they teach is easy to apply or offers any guaranteed resultsThe Company makes this abundantly clear on many occasions, both before and after purchasing any trainingThe Company has many satisfied, successful customers who have effectively applied what they learnedThe Company is fully confident in its ability to help students achieve their objectives, but they can't do this alone - they require students to put in substantial effort, time, resources, and sometimes patienceAlthough not always the case, effectively learning and applying advanced real estate investing concepts usually requires more than days. The Company does not offer financing on education or real estate, nor do they receive "kickbacks" of any sortThe Company provides its customers with many options to assist those interested in raising capital for investing, including traditional lenders, hard money lenders, and moreThese Companies are third parties and the Company doesn't receive any fees collectedTo reiterate, the Company offers training and education - they are not a real estate or mortgage brokerThe consumer appears to imply that "they" (the Company) provide financing, but then later contradict this when claiming the Company is probably receiving "kickbacks" for the fees charged by the lendersThis claim is completely unfounded and undermines the training and resources the Company has worked hard to provide its customers. Finally, the customer appears to have already spoken with the Company regarding these concerns, after which both parties reached an agreementThe Company resolved the concerns and the customer signed a Settlement & Confidentiality AgreementBy filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, the customer appears to have disregarded this previously reached agreementNevertheless, the Company, having no obligation to do so, will reach back out to the customer to more resolve the complaint
