The Company has received this notification from the Revdex.com of the customer’s replyAt the outset, it is very important for the customer to understand the Company takes all complaints very seriously and desires to reach a resolution as quickly as possible. After a review of the Company’s records, it appears they have reached a compromise offer with the customer on August 23, The Company has initiated the agreed upon refund and has sent a formal settlement offer to the customer, which after electronically acknowledged, will continue the processing of the refund (the customer should allow business days for processing). The Company asks that this complaint be marked resolved

resolutions quickly and fairly. The customer claims they attended a free event by the Company but failed to mention anything regarding Interactive Trader or ResponseThis is factually untrue, as each attendee is required to read and acknowledge certain details regarding the event and expectations prior to admissionThe expectations communicate who the company is; who provides the marketing, fulfillment, and support; that the Company sells training but are not licensed professionals; that there is risk in investing and nobody should invest without consulting professionals firstGiving the customer the benefit of the doubt, it is possible they simply didn't read through these disclosures when entering the eventFurther, the Company plays a disclaimer video read by a third-party which reiterates many of these same expectationsFinally, the event agenda also included similar disclosures of who the Company is and what to expectDepending on the offer, the Company does offer a reimbursement if you complete a certain number of trades within a certain amount of time - they do not need to be options trades - they can be stock trades as well, as disclosed in the requirements and termsThe Company approves and sends reimbursements on a weekly basis and there are many customers who qualify, whether they purchase additional training from the Company or not, they seem to have received an adequate amount of training to complete the necessary trades required for reimbursementAlthough there is no survey on file for this customer, the vast majority attending the same class and having received the same training said that the training met or exceeded their expectations, that they would recommend it to a friend, and then rated the overall experience out of (being best)It remains unclear how the Company could meet expectations of the class while also not fulfilling on what the customers were promised, as stated by the customer in their complaint description The Company has not offered loans, does not currently offer loans, and doesn't plan to offer loans for their training and educationThere are many services available to those who are interested in obtaining personal lines of credit for training or for investingRegardless of the purpose, the Company does not lend money to customers; therefore, it appears the customer is confused on this pointInvesting in Options without education, training, and experience in paper trading is extremely risky (as discussed in multiple disclaimers and from the slide presentations)It is critical that someone first paper trade or trade with virtual money prior to using their own fundsInvestors should also consult their own financial, legal, and tax advisors prior to investingDepending on the brokerage company, requirements and disclaimers will vary and their risk tolerance for new investors may be different from one another. Investing of any kind carries risk - especially if the investor does not have the necessary training and tools to capitalize on opportunities while managing riskAdditional courses are offered to assist in recognizing opportunitiesTrading options is one of many strategies taught at the workshop and is not currently a requirement for obtaining a rebate for the purchase - the investor may trade stocks or options, as stated on the form at the time of purchase at the initial free eventMany customers use the training obtained at the workshop to complete the necessary requirements for the rebate - many do not purchase additional training from the Company.Investing in the market can be a challenging endeavor and is not easy - it takes a lot of effortAnd, even with a robust education, tools, and support, there is still an element of riskRegardless, the Company has provided the customer with a refund, and has addressed the other concerns contained in the complaint with the management teamAccordingly, the Company considers this case closed

I am rejecting this response because: I had filed a compliant about this business under complaint#*** and the business stated that they wanted to work out a resolutionBut, they don't, they keep emailing me and do not want to offer me a full refundIn fact, they are trying to offer me a on demand real estate workshop insteadAlso, I keep speaking with a Representative named Rachel May and I will not speak with herIve also asked that she not contact me again and she has done so three times after I asked her not toShe is rude and unprofessional, and she says that the Revdex.com can't do anything to them and that the option that she offered me is the only option that I have
