I am rejecting this response because: this was completed after a one on one sit down with a coach who satisfied my concerns at that timeonce the class was over and I continued with the "process" I realized that it wasn't as I was toldthey had me fill out an online form to get "funding" where they said every gets approved but I was rejected with a good credit score and now my credit dropped because of all the inquiries for credit that the funding source applied for on my behalf, at the seminar they told us the credit score wouldn't drop or be effected, they were wrong or lied They have you in a room for days and they are pumping you up with a whole lot of promises but when it gets down to it nothing was as it seemedIt is all an up-sell to buy more services and products for them if I would have known that I would have never signed up or payed for anything

The Company has record of email correspondence with the customer at ***, dated today, December 15, The customer claims that "zero services were rendered," but Company records indicate this to be inaccurate, as the customer purchased access to attend a 3-day training workshop, then attended the workshop, then purchased additional educationThe Company is prepared to cancel and refund everything except the workshop training purchaseHad the customer been unable to attend the training, or even expressed her dissatisfaction with the training immediately following the event, the Company would have considered refunding herHowever, it is not until months after the workshop training that a request is now being madeThe Company asks that the Revdex.com close this complaint, as the Company has already gone above and beyond the "good faith effort" in resolving the dispute directly with the customer, by offering a full refund of the advanced training education, despite having no obligation to do so

am rejecting this response because: I have already attempted to resolve the compliant with Wendy, who is a supervisor in Quality ControlI provided her with detailed information before contacting Revdex.com regarding why this seminar did not meet the standards of the training indicated I was told that I could not speak to anyone else besides her when I made a second attempt to reach someone because I was not satisfied with the resolution she providedI was told she would contact me again, but that was almost a week agoI have requested a full refund for the seminar as I did not receive the training to do wholesale deals as indicated when I signed up during the first free seminarI paid $1,for surface-level real estate information, but the goal of the company was to get me to purchase " the real training", which cost 40kMy credit card company has indicated that the $for the stock training, which is supposed to take place on Friday June 23rd-June 25th has been refundedI am simply requested the remainder of $1,also be refunded to my credit card, which will make the total I paid the company $Thank you very much in advance for your assistance!
