I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: again I told Response, LLC that one of the accounts was closed on 11/22/16 when I was told I would receive a refund. I was told I would receive a check for the refund. On 12/9/16 when I emailed about not receiving the refund I was told that they were wrong and that they credited the money back to the cards. While Response has been trying to help I feel that more can be done on their part. Every thing I read says it is the merchant's responsibility to refund the money. I have also sent samples of this to Response. I have called KeyBank and have spoken to several representatives. They were suppose to call back but I haven't heard back from them. I have tried MasterCard and just keep getting put back to KeyBank. There is $4,000.00 out there and no one will take responsibility for the loss. I am willing to go to arbitration.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: After emailing back and forth a few times, on May 19, 2017, the business emailed us again and stated: "The Revdex.com does not do anything about resolving the issue. If you would like to work this out, I would be more than happy to come up with a settlement offer, if not I will answer the Revdex.com complaint and have this over with." I responded with an email on May 20, 2017 and asked how much their settlement offer would be and have received no reply to date. If they are truly wanting to make a settlement offer they would be willing to answer us back with an amount. What do you advise me to do next? Go to arbitration with help from the Revdex.com?
Sincerely,

company, there are those who have great experiences, and unfortunately there are also those who find there expectation unmet - look at any organization including Disney Land (a wildly successful organization and known as "the happiest place on earth"). The Company strives for 100% satisfaction and is disheartened to hear when they fall short. The Company has many successful, happy customers, as signified by their training progress and written survey scores and comments, and will continue to strive for 100% satisfaction. Obviously, the Company will withhold an opinion regarding the customer's blanket stereotype related to a religion or class of people and associated values. The Company will work with the customer in a professional manner to understand and resolve their concerns as quickly and friendly as possible. The Revdex.com will be updated when a resolution is reached.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted] No they haven't resolved this matter of refunding my money, they still insist for me to try the program, I have returned the packages, will only refund half of the money only $ 1000, and for me to try to do this. I won't be satisfied until I get a total of $2594 all the money that was given to them.

I am rejecting this response because: 1. The company states that they will reach out to us to resolve the matter. That is what they said before. They never contacted us and so we have no reason to believe that they will this time.2. Their feedback relies heavily on the feedback given at the time. The first feedback was given regarding the 3 day weekend seminar and based on the concept that the information given was factual which we later found to be a false assumption. For example one of the things we were told about the boots on the ground training was that a local real estate professional would be showing prescreened properties that we could make deals on. That was not the case. Boots on the ground trainers were from out of state and not familiar with the Phoenix market and they asked the participants to find real estate agents and find houses to look at. Of course none of the houses that they came up with on one day notice were viable investments. The instructors even said so. So that was a lie. 3. Feedback given after the boots on the ground class was based on the instructors professionalism in what they were trying to convey. There is no way to assess the training until it is implemented as any business knows. Where are the follow up surveys? A quick search on the internet will find a multitude of dissatisfied people. In the initial seminar weekend rehabbing is discussed to great length. The company does not make clear that it is an education company. It states many times that money will be provided to secure the property and our "skin in the game" was our funds to pay for the rehab. At no time does the company state that they are not the lenders. In fact they lead people to believe that their company is a real estate investment company. They never say that the lenders are third party lender. They never say that we have to come up with 20% down to secure a property and funding. If we could do that we would not have taken this course. We would have just put down 20% ourselves and used a hard money lender. In both the weekend training and boots on the ground training they led people to believe that the company would be providing 100% of the financing. So that was a lie. In the boots on the ground training they do not want to talk about rehabbing properties at all. They only wanted to talk about wholesaling properties. That may work in a buyers market. In a sellers market there are few distressed properties and no room to make any money in wholesaling. So there are the strategies that don't work. 4. When we signed up for boots on the ground I asked "Steve" about a money back guarantee. He said that if we didn't get a deal done in the first 90 days that we could get a full refund. He said that there was a written statement to that affect. In actuality the guarantee is that if you do a deal and is completed in the first 90 day you can get the cost of the class back. So they know it can't be done and are in no danger of having to give money back. 5. The agreement and confidentiality document they are referring to is to do with the second class we signed up for but cancelled within the time frame. They refunded the $22,000 paid after some difficulty and they are violating that agreement by trying to get $12,000 back from my credit card as we speak. What I am after is my $25,000 from the first class. There is no agreement on that. This company makes a lot of money selling misrepresented products. They want you to liquidate your investments, equity in your home and retirement funds so that you an give it to them for more and more promises that don't materialize. When challenged they say well we don't actually guarantee anything we are just an education company. Sorry that does not resolve the issue. We want to be made whole again. My credit is ruined and I have huge credit card debt. Refunding that $25,000 will only help the debts some. Nothing can really be made whole.
Sincerely,
