Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Once they contacted me back, they implied several times that I was lying about not receiving the newsletters and invoices, which made me very angry I repeated several times that I had not gotten them and I did not know whySince I didn't get them, I had forgotten about it overall That was the reason I didn't send back the "Cancel" notice on the invoice...because it was not receivedI also asked them why no one ever called me to ask about why it wasn't paid at any time over the months and was told they didn't do that because they had too many customers to actually check up on them This is just a bad business practiceI can't think of any other company that doesn't call customers when they don't get paid, then just turns over the account to collections
I had also called the collections company and they told me it would not be refunded on their end since the payment had already posted (I called them within minutes of them having my card information)So I called Progressive Business Solutions back and at the end of the call, told them I wanted a refund and they first told me to call the collection agency to get refunded (which goes against what they stated in this letter of knowing there was no chance of a refund) and I told them they had already told me they couldn'tShe then said they could not also from their end because they had not received payment as of yet She did not say they would actually even give me one at any later date and then stated that they would put a do not renew on the account and it would run out at the end of the term and I would not be contacted again.
I would still like this to be refunded and my name to be forever removed from their database I can also give them our full company name of *** *** *** ***and the name we do business as which is *** They should be able to remove those from their database as well or have it listed as "Do not contact"That would be much appreciated.
Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I want it noted that, I did not do business with this company willinglyAs stated in my initial complaint, it was this same tactic which I did not recognise, and not knowing my rights years ago, I paid the money because their collections agency called meYou can let them know that the next time, their computer makes a mistake and sends me anything, I will be contacting the Postal Service fraud dept and the attorney general's office
