Progress Residential Property Manager Reviews (532)

Hi ***Thank you for reaching out and for working with our team on this matterIt is our understand that you are currently working with Tressa on renewing your lease, which includes having your spouse added to the leasePlease let us know if you have any questions/concerns

No one tried to call me after 10+ phone calls, total
of 4-hr hold times, days with no AC, after being rudely insulted from the service manager and the on call tech, I went to the local office and arrivied there at 4:55pm min before closing and that's when I spoke with the service director, so no one tried to resolve the matter before that, so thank you but no thank you, he resolved it nowThanks to him

Yes I scheduled a meeting with her and I didn't decline her meeting I asked if we could rescheduleI was actually wanting to speak with someone higher up because she up, I feel there is a personal issues because of her statement " You won the case last time but I can assure you will not win again, every dot and t will be crossed this time a judgment will be filed" So at this point I feel as though she will not work to see the real issue at handI have attached all money orders from the past months that I have been trying to pay but Progress keep sending my payment backPlease give me a call to further discuss. I also attached Angela's email responds saying that it's no reason to meet with her

Your Agent, EJ M***, supplied us with incorrect information several times prior to the application being filed. We have received the deposit back but am still requesting that the fees for "processing" which were not disclosed and the application fees be returned. Had your Agent been forthright with the information regarding the credit check, we would not have applied. I have two witnesses to her statement "We DO NOT RUN A CREDIT CHECK." You have collected these fees using deception or your Agent did not comply to your requirements. Either way, I will expect my application fee and processing fee to be returned. It is not just a matter of "miscommunication."

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, however, it's our understanding that this is being resolvedAs such, we consider this matter to be closed

Progress has changed property managers on us times in the years we lived in our home We vacated on 2/8/and TWICE, in writing, requested someone to meet us for a final inspection and were ignored Three weeks later (3/4), we had neither an itemized statement nor a returned check I emailed on both 3/and 3/and was told they were checking on it On 3/my husband called, and Tori told him that a check had already been issued, but since we had not received it, another would be issued (I have a copy of the text) Six days later, having not received the first NOR second check, and suspecting neither one had ever been issued, I researched the managers on Yelp and saw other reviews similar to ours I decided to post a review since Micki responded to some them She called less than hours later and, as I suspected, confirmed that they had not issued EITHER check and that what was “really” going on (sirens go off here ) was that Progress Residential was alleging that we not only owed them our entire security deposit but another $for “damages” to boot They are attempting to charge us for things we have receipts for We have a receipt for $in carpet cleaning, and they are charging us $ You wanted $to clean the carpet in a square foot home (and that doesn't include the laundry room, kitchen or bathrooms) Unknown to them, we have copies of emails where many of the items they’re charging us for were discussed with one of the three prior property managers Had they bothered to schedule the inspection as we requested, they’d know that Now all their business is going out for the world to see Fine by me if they want it that way Micki promised to get a statement to us, if not by Friday the 11th, then by Monday the 14th, and that she would call again She never called The statement? Came on March – over weeks late Not only was it postmarked March 15, but it was sent to our old address (they have been in possession of our new address since January 7)They're trying to charge us $in painting (ummm, and part of that is to paint the ceilings?? Pray tell what would we have been doing to the ceilings??) Laughable A certified, return receipt Demand Letter was sent to them on 3/giving them until 3/to respond No response came We are now starting our paperwork to take Progress to court We have video of the home as well as another witnesses who saw the home in the days we were moving out The California Supreme Court has ruled that if the secuity deposit or an itemized statement has not been received within days, the company forfeits its right to deduct ANYTHING from our deposit It's no mistake that you have a C-rating with no positive customer ratings AND LET ME JUST MAKE THIS EASIER FOR YOU: spare me the form letter response You're not fooling anyone Don't bother asking if we would remove our comment based upon "your investigation." It won't be And every place I can find to post about the business, I'll be doing so

Hi, ***Thank you for reaching outWe do apologize for any miscommunicationPlease note that we are not closing our local officesAdditionally, there doesn't seem to be a desired settlement listed in this disputeIf you would like to dispute your security deposit charges, please reply with an
itemized list of items

Hi, ***We're sorry to hear that you feel thisOur Accounting team has reached out to you regarding this matterAttached is the communication for referenceWe would be happy to reevaluate the blind charge if proof of damage from your mois providedOtherwise, all charges are valid and
will stand

I never needed
to add my Husband from Day one of renting from progress residential I explained very clearly when I initially provided all necessary documents at Progress residential sunset office here in Las VegasMy Husband resides in Saudi Arabia comes homes once a year for days I was told at that time no worries I didn't have to do anything for him if this or is not the case I can Kindly remove him from this lease Everything has always been the same as when I applied with Progress In conclusion I do appreciate your company following up in a timely manner.*** ***

Hi, ***As stated, we have reviewed the moand move-out inspections and the final resolution document with your charges was sent over via DocuSignWe're sorry to hear if you do not wish to sign it but the final charges will stand

We do apologize for the inconvenience and will be sure that an $credit for June is added to your accountWe also encourage you to call the provided number and schedule future services to be sure there isn't another disruption in service

We apologize if *** *** is upsetHowever, a conversation (attached) between our Leasing Coordinator and *** *** on September shows that *** *** stated she has chosen to lease another home and, therefore, cancel their application

The actual pool issue is not the main concernI have, and still, continue to request a call from a manager or district manager in regards to the way things were handledI have had strangers in my backyard, I have received a citation from the city for the pool, I have had the HOA contacted by the neighbor and I am not willing to pay my water bill due to their errorI need a manager to call meI have sent emails and made phone callsBeing completely ignored has made this small issue a rather huge one

Hello, Thank you for your feedbackWe recently transitioned pool vendors to better serve our residentsUnfortunately, this caused a disruption in serviceWe are pleased to share that you do have a new pool vendorYou may contact them at *** *** to schedule a weekly appointment that works
best for you

While we understand the frustration, the previously submitted photos were taken during the time of the move outAdditionally, Ms*** signed the attached move-out inspection form that detailed the findings of her report and that these would be charged back to herShe also received instructions as mentioned that detailed nail holes and scuffs need to be patched prior to move outUnder these circumstances, all move out related charges and final rent/utility payments will stand as indicated

We do apologize that you feel this wayHowever, based on the documentation all charges in the resolution document are final

From this response, I wonder if they are viewing our actual address. Portable spa: there’s now way you could deem it portableIt is literally cemented into the ground and is part of the backyard landscapeYou have been aware of it at least since we moved in(The wiring is in the ground..)Shrubs trimmed: there are in front of our doorway that are small and do not need trimming. Metal trash can: we do not have a metal trash canOur plastic ones provided by our trash service stay behind the wooden fence unless it is trash dayLeaves: there are no leaves in the yardPalm trees: there are palm trees in the front yardThere are several in the back that we have trimmed ourselves as high as we can reach without a ladderBed mulched-there are no areas that have mulchIt is all lava rock. We have contacted the HOA ourselvesTheir issue is the bald spots in the yardYou are responsible for that because it was never addressed to begin withWe water what we haveWe were told that you would reseed/sod

the stove WAS NOT delivered because you guys bought an electric stove and the guys from Atlanta Appliances ONLY brought gas stoves in their truck, I don't care if it's black, blue, green or hello kitty one, it's not my house nor my stove, I need something to cook on, I asked them to install the gas one and their response was "Progress paid for an electric one, can't supply you a gas one"they told me they would be back next day ( week ago, FEBRUARY 1ST) and I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEMThey called today and asked me (as they did FEBRUARY friday 2ND, saturday 3RD and monday 5TH) if somebody was going to be home, and YES, my wife is at home waiting for them for the last weeks!!!I'm tired of all the time wasted in solving a simple issue, I WAS GOING TO BUY THE STOVE ON THE 17TH AND THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM PROGRESS WAS THAT THEY WOULDN'T DISCOUNT THE COST OUT OF THE RENT!!! SO MY QUESTION IS, IT'S BEEN ALREADY DAYS WITHOUT A WORKING STOVE, WHO'S PAYING FOR THIS TIME THAT THE PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN HABITABLE????

Thank you for your feedbackUnfortunately, we cannot change the procedures outlined by *** as they are a third party companyHowever, once a payment is submitted a confirmation message and email are sentWe've also attached email communication from our team outlining the steps to login
into the portal and view previous bills

Thank you for your feedbackAfter months of working with Mr*** to get utilities set up in his name, he advised that as of 4/he completed the promissory note needed to do soBased on the Conservice billing cycle, he received one additional invoice fee
