Thank you for your feedbackOur Centralized Operations Director will be in touch to discuss the Conservice issues you’ve experienced

Thank you for reaching out. We have attached photographic evidence of the walls which required painting to due holes/scratches. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] provided Notice on Sept. 13 and moved out on Oct. 31, which does not meet our requirement for a 60 day notice to vacate. Per these items, the... charges will stand.

My husband and I rented a home from progress residential that seemed to look nice at first but throughout the months things started falling apart terribly, mold started appearing plumbing was horrible. In April 2018, we vacated the rental properties because of this situation. In June we received a list of deductions over S6,000 that they claim we were held accountable for such as repainting the entire interior of the house due to dirt on the walls, mold, leaks, plumbing issues etc which affected the home. Also, normal wear and tear on the interior paint of a house is to be expected. The fading and soiling of the paint (which was already there) is due to normal wear and tear. As such, the cost of repainting should be left to the rental company. The bathroom was falling apart, there was black mold building around the master and the other restroom, the toilets where leaking, the kitchen sink was leaking which caused mold in the cabinets and gave the home a terrible smell, it was just horrible. I went to look at the home after we moved out and it was completely remodeled everything and we were left we their bill! The home looked nothing like it did when we first moved in it. Everything they did was new and updated, when we moved in it was not. We called the company serval times complaining about the problem when we occupied the property when they finally came they only repainted over the mold and put some paste down under the cabinets as they did when we moved in. They advised would come back to fix the issue and never did. I have lived in a couple of rental properties and never have I ever experienced anything like this. Please be aware of this and take notice of everything that is wrong with their properties before committing to a lease agreement. We were unfairly charged for damages that were not cause by us. Luckily, we are now renting from Main Street Renewal which seems to be a much better company. We have been here almost a year and noting has started to fall apart.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this wayAccording to our records, the a/c unit was repaired on Thursday, May as mentionedOur Portfolio Operations Director has left a voicemail to discuss this matter

I have had the worst experience working with this business I submitted a day notice to vacate the rental I had been renting for almost years, due to a domestic violence situation that I was involved in and needed to relocate for my safety Not only was I repeatedly questioned about my situation but I was also degraded and humiliated by the staff in the Charlotte office when I provided all necessary paperwork that was needed I was also threatened that they did not have to keep my information confidential after I requested that it be done for my safety If wasnt enough that I was having to deal with a domestic situation but the constant questioning made me feel extremely uncomfortable and emotional and caused me great distress Even after all of this the charges in which they charged me for the property after moving out were highly inflated and after reaching out numerous times in an effort to discuss the move out evaluation and associated charges, no one cared to return my calls or emails I have never had any issues like this in my life and still having to deal with the stress the situation has caused me I didnt ask for this company to be my rental provider as my leased was transferred after I originally signed with a different company and they have been nothing but I nightmare from day although I never had any request and I always paid my rent on time in full I highly recommend that anyone and everyone avoid working with this company at all costs

Thank you for your feedbackWe have asked *** to provide official documentation from the bank that a payment came out on 4/1/to Progress Residential or Rent CafeAfter not being able to provide this documentation, we asked that *** have the bank contact us directlyWe received an email
from the bank in question, but after we called to verify the source, we found that email and phone number on the email did not belong to anyone at that bankAs stated, we will offer to waive the late fee if a redacted bank statement or verifiable letter from the bank is brought in regarding the payment in question

Hi, ***Thank you for reaching outOur team has thoroughly reviewed your case and the findings are in the attached document for your reviewPer the signed Lease agreement, days notice must be provided prior to leaving the homeUnfortunately, we received notice days prior to leaving so
the $charge will standWe have agreed to reverse the $interior paint charge based on your move-out inspectionIf you can provide carpet cleaning receipts, we will reverse this charge as wellBoth the landscaping and trash disposal charges will stand based on findings in the attached doc as well. Our team will be reaching out with a resolution agreement once all receipts are providedThe resolution doc will reflect the charges that will be reversed

I NEVER signed a lease with Progress Residential and am technically owed my entire deposit back due to that factI signed with Crye-Leike RealtyHad I signed a lease with you, I would agree to charges for the blinds, the cabinent, the carpet repair, light bulbs and trash removalJEROME in your office had already offered to remove the carpet cleaning, interior cleaning, A/C filter charge (which was not old anyway), and the shrub trimming charge (my mosheet documents that the yard was not taken care of when I moved into this houseHe tried to bully me into signing the agreement with these charges taken offAs you see per the attached, was shown for paint charges, which seems right as the move-out inspection man noted "scuffs" on the walls, and told me they could probably just paint one or two of the walls in the house to fix itAny pictures of walls would look bad if you took individual zoomed in pictures of each scuff and scratch found in square feet! Laws allow for wear and tear, and years of wear and tear is all the walls gotYou are trying to make me pay almost a thousand dollars for paint for your next tenant, and that is ridiculousEspecially since I have proof in the form of a screenshot of my account where it did not cost that much(please see attached)I expect the paint charges, carpet cleaning charges, interior cleaning charge, A/C filter charge, and shrub trimming charges to be removed from my account, which would the amount owed back to me By law the timeframe for returning my deposit has already lapsed on your endIf I am not returned my deposit at this time, I will immediately proceed to court and will file suit against your company for my entire deposit since I did not sign a lease with you, and I guarantee it will cost you more than in attorney feesAlso, I have posted comments and questions on your facebook page; however, you blocked me and did not even respond to meThat is very unprofessional

Hi, ***Thank you for bringing this to our attentionWe're happy to hear that you have signed the resolution agreement and this matter is now resolved

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response
made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would not be satisfactory to meThe handover from previous property management group has placed those who now currently rent in the Memphis area vulnerable. Regards,*** ***

Good Morning . I was told specifically by Tania L*** that all local offices will be shutting down for the exact reason and more that I have complained aboutPoor customer services, Service request for on going issues that went ignored for month, inexcusable attitudes and lack of communication from your companyI would like EVERY bit of my deposit refunded minus the $cleaning fee

Screens were promised aas a courtesy but none were installed The maintenance request took almost weeks to complete including days with no air,As shown in the attachment by your employee concessions were promised at the end of the completion of the orders As your employee stated He would direct me to that department for those concessions.I was also told verbally they were working on the concessions, which turned out to be untrue.I am requesting in good faith that your establishment will honor the word of its employee and give the credit for an unacceptable incoenience of almost weeks of below standard conditions

On Thursday, July 14, *** *** *** (resident) contacted the Progress Residential Dallas office with a notification that her A/C unit appeared to be malfunctioningAn HVAC vendor was
assigned the case that same day and scheduled an appointment with the resident for Friday, July After the appointment, Progress Residential was informed by the vendor the unit was repaired
On Monday, July 18, the resident’s daughter (***) called the Progress Residential office with notice that the unit was not coolingThe Progress Residential team immediately approved additional repairs and a time was scheduled for with the resident to make the repairsThe resident was offered cooling units to be placed in the home but she declinedThe following day the repairs were made and Progress Residential was informed that the A/C unit was fixed
