I had an issue with an order, agreed to pay shipping on replacement but can not get the link at which to pay.
I paid for 4 coupons at 2 50"x60" blankets each, through *** in July 2017, thinking of Christmas gifts. I used 1 coupon immediately, 2 blankets. I found that the website was not very user friendly and did not immediately create the next 6 blankets. In October I realized they were getting ready to expire, and used them then. I distinctly remember changing the selection to the 50"x60" but got 2 orders at 20"x30", order numbers on the orders in question are*** and ***. I immediately attempted to call and after an extended time on hold, I opted for the live chat with "George S". I have the transcript that was emailed to me, too long to paste here. Essentially we agreed that I would pay shipping only on replacement blankets, that a link would be sent via email for me to pay the shipping and I should have the blankets already in my basket. Once proof of shipping being prepaid was rec'd by them, the blankets in the correct size would be created and sent. Only thing was I had to call in, the live chat representative could not send the link. I have called and spend hours over these last months on hold, emailing Printerpix and *** to no avail. I have approximately 40 emails going back and for concerning this issue with no resolution. Not to mention hours on the phone...mostly on hold. Most recently was December 5th with someone who presented themselves as "Eugene on the Project Team", 80 minutes between hold and conversation time.
And I am willing to pay the shipping as asked!
I would still be willing to pay the shipping on the replacement blankets. 50"x60". Please and thank you. Even better if they were here by Christmas.

Horrible customer service! Over 2 weeks of phone calls, emails, and attempts at online chatting - to no avail!
I contacted the company to get a refund as I purchased a packaged and learned it was not what I had thought and I found what I needed elsewhere. Online they say they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I've receoved robo-response emails that do not even address my concern/complaint. Every time I've called (somewhere between 15-20 times) I am on hold for over 10 minutes. Calls have dropped for no reason, and I've never had an actual person pick up. I tried the online chat, and while I maybe had someone there, he NEVER addressed my concern and then the conversation was dropped suddenly. When I went back to it, it put me in a queue again! I had waited roughly 45 minutes to get him to even chat in the first place. I simply want a refund and the company cannot do that! I would NEVER attempt to use them again.
If this is how they treat customers I can only imagine how their products turn out!
As I wrote this, I am on hold for 22 minutes on my second attempt! The first call suddenly dropped at 10 minutes.
I am looking for a refund of $30!

Took forever and WAY too much effort on my part to receive a basic refund.
Will NEVER use this company again.
Used*** option to checkout. My credit card information was compromised and had several fraudulent charges
I bought a *** for a photo book. After having to restart the book four times due to their terrible website that doesn't save and freezes often I finally finished my book. I added it to my basket and went through the whole checkout process. I got to the payment and was excited to see the*** option so I wouldn't have to go get my card. I thought the*** logo looked a Little's off but decided my eyes were probably just tired from spending hours making the book. I clicked was directed to the*** website. I checked out and received my confirmation emails from*** and printerpix. I use*** all the time it is known for being safe and I have never had an issue with my information. Today my bank called to inform me that there were suspicious charges on my account totaling about 400$!!! Luckily my bank caught on after a few and didn't allow the rest to go through until they spoke to me. I now had to cancel my card and have to wait for a new card from the bank. My 9.95$ shipping fee turned out to be a 409$ shipping fee and lost access to my account for 5-7 days. It's holiday season. This is ridiculous. I think this company is just scamming people to try and make extra money. I will be contacting *** and putting reviews for this company wherever I can to warn people. I tried to use the live chat to inform the company. The girl asked me what she could do to help me I explained the issue and waited five minutes and never got a response.
I want their billing process researched and made safer. People shouldn't have to worry about this kind of issue. E

Was sent someone else's photobook. They won't send me mine. They just keep sending emails saying they are working on it.
I created a photobook at Printerpix.com. I ordered it on 11/13/17. I received a photobook that was not mine on 11/22/17. I immediately called the company and asked them to send mine. They asked me to email them a photo of the book I received. I did this the same day. They responed on 11/24/17 and asked for my address. Replied with my address on 11/24/17. They replied on 11/25/17 that I would receive my item in 5-7 business days. On December 5 I emailed them requesting that they overnight my item for their mistake. They did not reply. I emailed them that I would contact Revdex.com if I did not have my item by 12/11/17. On 12/12/17 they emailed me that they are "busy" and will not be able to get me my item anytime soon.

I needed to speak with on line chat to resolve an issue with my order and the *** code I had previously purchased. I had initially selected the wrong number of pages for the *** code, even though I added the correct amount of pages the code would not work correctly. After initially speaking with customer support, I was passed onto Junaid K, who was quickly able to suggest a solution to my problem, which didn't entail me, recreating the photobook from scratch. Junaid was very thorough and understood my problem and what was needed to resolve it. My order has now been completed to my satisfaction, and many thanks to Junaid for the help and understanding.
This company has been a nightmare to work with. The website worked fine for me. Placing the order was easy (although they didn't clarify shipping wasn't included on the *** deal except for in very small fine print...so it was $29.95 more than I expected). I ordered two identical blankets but only received one. I tried for over 4 hours to resolve this with a customer service representative online. The first person could not understand English or what I was saying and told me to email a picture of the mistake. I tried explaining that there was no mistake on the blanket. I just needed the second blanket. Still, he did not understand me. The second person never responded after saying "Hi". The third person tried to tell me my order was delivered on October 17, even though I didn't even place my order until November 30. Then, he ended our chat because I did not immediately respond to him. I tried calling and was on hold for forever. My husband has tried calling today. When I get my second blanket, I will NEVER do business with this company again.
Also, I should add that my debit card was hacked within 3 days of ordering online, and then I realized this was not a secure site. What a total nightmare!
HORRIBLE customer service. Every single way I have tried to communicate with them I have had horrible service. I have not received my Christmas cards yet so I cannot review on the quality however the customer service has been extremely horrible.
Purchased a coupon for three photo books with Printerpix. Books were 11 x 11 with 20 pages. I order 3 books, added premium pages and had an extra 8 pages per book. Total was $260, with coupon discounts of $240, delivery and handling charges were $19.95 the final cost $40.12. I spent hours composing the albums online, finally ordered November 11, 2017. Received the books in the mail December 9, 2017. They were printed in the wrong order, starting from back to front. The quality of the premium paper was less than expected, many photos were blurry, lettering was off the page. I can accept my poor photography, but everything else should be in their control. Contacted the company December 9, 2017 and was told to send photos of the problems to their customer service, which I did immediately.
Received an email with a ticket number and that they would review the problem and let me know. Not another word from the company. Contacted customer service December 11, 2017 by chat on their website, again told to send pictures of the problem to their customer service. Finally after over an hour I was told I could have a refund or they would send the order by Christmas. I asked for a guarantee, but they could not send the books over night or answer whether I could depend on getting them by Christmas. I had them send the photobook again with the problems fix, but did not receive any confirmation by email. Have check my account and their is still no activity to date. I am so disappointed in the response from their customer service. The books are not great quality, but I guess it is buyer beware. I hope to shine some light on the company and their poor business ethics.
This is truly a horrible company. I hope they go out of business. I bought Groupon calendars from them, but the website wouldn't recognize the codes from Groupon, even though they were for the correct items and were not expired. I waited for 2 hours to get to someone on live chat, then was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. When I asked the representative if he was still there, he disconnected. Then I put a post of Facebook, which nobody has responded to yet. I also cannot use Facebook anymore to log into their site now, and when I use my email and password, all of the work I had saved is gone. They are awful as far as customer service goes. I will never use this business again. If I could give them negative stars, I would do so.
Printerpix used an incorrect zipcode when autopopluating my address which caused my order to be undeliverable and sent back to printerpix.
I placed an order with printerpix for a Christmas present. When checking out, their system auto populated my shipping address with the wrong zip code which caused my order to be sent back as undeliverable. I have spoken with them on 2 separate occassions and they refuse to fix their error stating they will only release my order with another payment of 15. I already paid 1 for shipping and their system made an error. I paid for my stuff and now they won't give it to me or send it back to me. I needed this item before Christmas.
I want my order shipped back to me free of charge as I have already paid shipping and printerpix system made an error.

I emailed Beckie at the social email she provided and never received a response. I called printerpix and asked how to get in contact w her and nobody even knew who she was. I asked for a call back from a manager two days in a row and was promised a manager would contact me back that day....it never happened.
I ended up having to use a different voucher to re-order the same product as it is a needed Christmas gift and now printerpix is sending me fake tracking numbers through fedex saying the new order is on the way. The tracking number they provided through fedex smart ship is ***. I have spoken with fedex and fedex said this is the 5th call they have had with this same tracking number. Printerpix is stealing people's money and not providing the merchandise. This is fraud and I believe printerpix is a scam.
I have not heard from anyone in regards to my issues from printerpix even after I requested a manager to contact me back directly and was promised they would. Printerpix is supplying fake tracking information and I want my orders by Christmas as they advertised guaranteed delivery if ordered by December 12 which I did. I also want direct contact by a manager to find out where my order is and why I was provided a FAKE tracking number.

Yours is the one that was shipped on the 18th of December, which states it should be delivered by the 21st of December. We do hope this clears things up for you. We will however, refund your shipping cost of $22.95 for the hassle caused due to this. We are sorry about this.

I ordered a blanket with a ***. Was charged $14.99 s&h and the item was never shipped. I have asked for refund they end chat or don't email back. I called customer service the gentleman assured me that it would be shipped and I had nothing to worry about. 5 days later and I still haven't received a tracking number and when I check the status of my order online it still says that I need to verify my address which I have done at least 6 times now and *** recognizes the address just fine when I do.
I would like a refund for the *** I purchased and the $14.99 shipping and handling charge.

I bought through*** and I can not get anything to work or anyone to speak with. Their website is not working and*** is also completely MIA on this situation. This is a complete scam. I paid a lot of money for this product and I was robbed. This has to be a crime and theft of some sorts. How can the government continue to allow these businesses to operate after receiving SOOO many complaints? Makes no sense... Is there a point that the government DOES step in and do something with them? Is there any Class Action Law Suits we can all join? Are there any Attorneys willing to work against these kinds of criminals? Please let me know.

I received my order, and I plan to take actions against this company. I received two of the same towel sized items. I paid for and placed an order for the 50x60" blankets, and there were two different blankets ordered. I cannot do anything but throw these unevenly stitched, bleeding colored items in the garbage! The product is not what I ordered, and I waited over one month to receive the items that arrived in a small bag. I paid 29.95 for shipping. This was not a 29.95 shipped product. I am extremely disturbed by this product. There is no amount of justification that can make up for what I received in the mail.
Only getting one star because I can't give negative or zero stars.... this is the worst customer experience I've had with ANY online company.
I ordered a blanket on Oct 26. On Oct 27th I realized that the ship notification in my email said it was shipping to my billing address (even though I distinctly put in the shipping address separately and correctly). So I emailed the customer service email to see what we could do. They instructed me to wait until it's delivered and go get it from the person who occupies my old address/billing address. That seemed ridiculous to me, so they then said I should wait until it has been marked undelivered by USPS or until it was received back at Printerpix. I have been emailing the same person for over a month now and he just keeps saying to wait a bit longer. It must be 21 days... Then 21 working days... then please wait another week... then tells me I need to pay additional shipping, but doesn't tell me how to go about doing so. I don't feel comfortable giving this information over email and whenever I have tried calling I am left on hold for upwards of a half hour. I don't understand why this is so difficult to give me answers and decent customer service. I feel like I have been strung along and that the person (David) I've been emailing with is the absolute worst I've seen at customer service and communication.
"You get what you pay for" is definitely true in this case. By buying a Groupon and ordering through Printerpix, I saved $75 (!!) compared to *** for 75 Christmas cards (including ***'s coupons); HOWEVER, I'm not even sure that it was worth it! The experience was terrible from the beginning - the Groupon voucher code wouldn't work on their site - and I had to contact Printerpix customer service at least 3 times to resolve that (purchased 11/7, took 3 days to get it working). In ordering their cards, the website has no information on the paper type/quality (glossy, medium weight) so it was a shot in the dark on what quality I'd be receiving (also, their website is terrible at saving, so I had to recreate the card multiple times.. huge frustration). I placed my order on 11/10, and didn't receive my cards until 12/5 - OVER 3 WEEKS LATER!!! Luckily, I ordered SUPER early, but if anyone orders now and expects their cards by Christmas, they'll be in trouble! I contacted customer service NUMEROUS times to get updates and ask to expedite the order, with no luck (calling their 1-800 # is useless - you'll never get through; by email, they reply with unhelpful canned responses; the only want to get real help is to use their Live Chat, which isn't always available). Finally, after 2.5 weeks I was able to chat with a helpful customer service rep who "escalated" the order with production - then waited another week for it to be made and delivered. The cards finally arrived and they are mediocre quality - not terrible, but nowhere close to ***'s quality of cardstock or printing.
In conclusion: STAY AWAY, it's not worth the time and frustration to work with this company.

Truthfully, this company doesn't even deserve one star. I just bought a Groupon for this company for magic photo latte mug. Never in my entire experience did I have this much issue with customer service. At first, I tried it out and got an error message saying my redemption code was expired/unrecognized. I tried their online chat and it was busy, which I gave the benefit of the doubt because it was during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday week. So I checked their FAQ and found that it takes 3 days for a Groupon code to become active. Fine. I waited the 3 days and still the same issue. I tried calling, which got me nowhere but a crook in my neck and pure annoyance. I tried their online chat, which the holiday was just a justification because it is ALWAYS that painfully slow. Getting to talk with an agent is basically telling them your issue and waiting for 5-10 minutes for them to respond to each of your replies. I thought I might have made head way with the email, but no. I send an email and explained everything. I got a response back from Kieron E, who wanted me to make sure I was doing everything correctly. When I confirmed I was doing everything she said, I was advised to send back a screen shot of my shopping cart and a PDF version of my Groupon voucher so she could "investigate". That was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting! At this point, I have enough stress for the holidays. I and anyone else should not have to go through this much for an answer and resolution to a problem. Had I known this company had this many complaints I would have NEVER purchased the Groupon or even thought about visiting this site. I would warn anyone wanting to shop on this site just to save your time, money, and your patience. This is beyond ridiculous and I just want my money back!
Terrible customer support!
My wife and I purchased a Groupon from this company. Their shipping charges are so ridiculous that in the end we deleted most of the items from our cart and only purchased a small fraction of the items we intended to order. I've done quite a bit of shipping over the years, including some fragile things, and it does not cost NEARLY as much as PrinterPix charges. Additionally, they have horrible customer support. You wait on hold forever on both chat and text and when you finally get someone, the issue is rarely resolved (we have contacted them enough times to know). It looks like the Christmas cards we ordered from them before Thanksgiving will end up being Valentines day cards instead. I would highly advise against doing business with this company!
Worst company I have ever done business with!!! Ordered blankets for Christmas gifts, first time they were printed all crooked and cropped the pictures off the edge of the blanket, called and got replacements sent and had the same issue. Refuses to refund my money and my bank doesnt do refund for bad quality items so I am now out all the money I spent. Stay away from PrinterPix!!!
Extremely dissapointed on this company. Bought a voucher for a metal print on Nov 11th, and tried to use it on Dec 4th, it did not take it. Spend more than 1 hour chating with cutomer service, and at the end they told me they were having problems to try the next day. I tried the next day, still did not take the voucher (even said the voucher was good for the item in the shopping basket). Sent an email, and still have not received any answer. But they sent me an email telling me I can complete my purchase of the metal print. Of course they want to charge the double of the price, when I ALREADY prepaid the item. Spent more than two days on something that should take no more than few minutes.
Order I received was wrong size and no one is getting back to me about fixing the issue.

Suppose to be 50x60 and it also clearly stated itmon the receipt. What I received was the smallest size. I immediately called customer service and instead of resolving it over the phone they referred me to email and I was told that I would get a response within 24 hours. I sent the picture of what I received and a picture of my receipt. Then two days later I had to contact them again because I did not get a response. The next day I got an email stating that I needed to send the pictures with a tape measure measuring it showing the wrong size and that I ordered a photo book ! Apparently the people there can't read my receipt clearly states PEOPLE BLANKET and again it was included in the email with the other pictures! Since the that email I haven't heard anything except a generic email saying sorry for the delay and what to do in all situations. And if it is a product problem to call the number provided or email for an update. So I called the number after being left on hold for over an hour no one picked up! So I sent another email that if I don't get a response I am reporting them here. Well here I am because no response! This is not how business should be done. There customer service is useless. Something I thought would be great Christmas gifts is a nightmare. I should have just stuck with*** I've never had problems with them. But I thought these were great prices. Lesson learned! 29.99 for shipping is ridiculous and I want that back for being inconvenienced!*** is cheaper and they are out of state! This business isn't in Florida and seems like they just rip you off!
My product corrected and my shipping charge refunded for this terrible inconvenience!

I have done everything that has been asked with sending of pictures of the product and receipt and the product with tape measurements. Then to hear nothing on the status at all. It's amazing how you go from no contact to immediately responding when I take it to another level. Please respond to this email with when I will be expecting everything.
