Because I have not received my order. They say it was shipped but nothing was ever delivered. I would just like my money back since it seems like I will never get what I ordered.

Printerpix falsely advertised a price. Their online chat referred me to email. They never responded to emails.
On September 24th, Printerpix advertised a sale on calendars. You pay ahead of time and they send you online codes. I purchased them on the 24th. When I went to use the codes, they asked for shipping, which nowhere on the advertisement did it say anything about. I sent them an online chat, they argued briefly and then told me to email their customer support. I sent them an email on September 27th, explaining what had happened and asking for a refund for the order. I received no response and on October 2nd, I sent the same email again. I didn't hear from them at all. On October 9th I sent them an online chat and they claimed to not have received any emails from me, and asked me to send another email. The chat agents are overall very slow to respond and very unhelpful. They kept telling me to send more emails and would not deal with my issue themselves. My order number is*** for $48.65.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a simple refund since they did not disclose that I had to pay shipping on top of the price of the calendars. The advertisement made the price seem all inclusive.

I wanted to see how different materials effect the look of the photo. I used and old railroad lift bridge. It helped make it seam old. Very cool. Love the way it looks.'

Defective Product. Lack of response. Sent second replacment product that was defective also. Lie about getting back to me.
I ordered Metal prints. The prints are horrible, the color is off and event though I have provided detailed pictures and written explanations with the original files, they do not understand the problem. I even went as far a providing side by side comparisons. I do not think it is a customer's responisiblity to provide something that nearly like infographics.

I finally received the money back that I paid for shipping. I am satisified with the situation in terms of repayment. However, This vendor is awful and I am sure you will be getting other complaints about them.

I Have printed several photo books with printerpix and I am very pleased. The quality is very good and the application is easy to use. The application has several options to make your book interesting. My family loves their books.

I highly recommend these metal prints. So far,I have at least 10 hung on my wall. Whenever people come over, they notice the metal prints before any of my other photos that are in gorgeous frames. These metal prints have a luster finish to them that makes them seem to glow. If you have precious family photos that you want to preserve I highly recommend you make them into a metal print

I ordered party invitations through this company. They arrived defective. I tried to have them fix them and resend them but their customer service is lousy and this never happened. It was impossible to get someone on the phone and when I did that person could not help me - I was told to email them. They can take days to respond to emails (they have no sense of urgency - I even told them in one of the emails that I needed them that week), and they just kept asking me to resend an image of the defects over and over claiming they did not receive it. I had to dispute the charges and just email people to come to our party, which is not what I had planned. The whole experience was completely frustrating. I would NEVER recommend using this company and I certainly will never use this company again.

I have never written a bad review before. I am sure Printerpix has great products. BUT the quality doesn't matter if you get someone else's order. How does that happen? I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I bought the Groupon. I was scared when other people were telling their nightmares. Well apparently it happens frequently. I received someone else's blanket. I needed this for this week and now they said it cannot get here in time. I am sick about it. I wish I could include photos so you can see that the blanket ordered was not even similar to the one I received. Unless you have no time limit and don't mind your order getting messed up, do not use this company.

It has now been 2 1/2 weeks since this happened. I have called, emailed, and chatted. They just keep telling me that I will receive an email when the order is sent out. STILL NOTHING. I sent an email back to Beckie with all of the information. I will give a few more days to see if I receive a response and some action from this company. I don't know what to do next, but I will figure it out. I wish I had receive the correct order since it was supposed to be used at a ceremony to honor my daughter. :(

loved the way these metal prints turned out! I ordered two of them: one was a Black and white picture I took and downloaded of a photo from the 1960s, and the other was a recent colored photo of my daughter's engagement. Both of them came out beautiful! The depth of the colors make them seem almost holographic like. I can't wait to give them as gifts!'

I ordered an item that they claimed to have shipped. It never arrived. I have filed a claim with the USPS, but the company will do nothing.
I have emailed and called about order #*** numerous. That order was placed toward the beginning of September and was to have been shipped to ***

I was told that the tracking number was*** from DHL. That site shows the product was delivered on 9/12. I can tell you that it was not. On 9/12 we were in the midst of the remnants of a hurricane and no mail was delivered. Per instructions from your *** number, I have filed a claim with the post office. The number of that claim is***.

I have not heard anything from the company regarding what will be done about this.

I would like the item that I ordered or at least a refund for all charges.

According to the company's customer service reps, this re-order doesn't exist. I have now requested that my bank reverse the charges since every email I have sent regarding this goes unanswered.

I checked again today. It was "escalated" again. I don't know who you think you are fooling. You're stealing money and promising things you never deliver. What a joke. I could have printed 50 of this picture and cut them into puzzle pieces faster than I'm getting an honest answer.

My package was sent back to printerpix in error by USPS. Printerpix wants to charge shipping to send it back to me.
I ordered two blankets from PrinterPix's website. These were supposed to be delivered to my home address. Unfortunately, the USPS mail carrier mistakenly marked my home has "vacant" due to a change of address that my sister (who moved out) had applied for. Though the package is addressed to ME (***), the carrier took it back to the post office and rerouted this back to PrinterPix. I have called them several times to request that they ask USPS or FedEx to reroute the package back to me, but they stated they could not do this and that I will be charged for shipping if the package is returned to them. I reached out to USPS via phone, I called FedEx (the original shipper of the package), and I actually went into the USPS office to get this package rerouted to me, but to no avail. This has been incredibly aggravating, as the customer service department has not been helpful in resolving this issue at all.

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund for the product I purchased, and I would like my very late product sent back to me at no charge. I feel I have done everything I can over the past two months to resolve this and have been given no other choice but to reach out to the Revdex.com. For my troubles through this very frustrating experience, I would like my money returned to me and the blankets I purchased sent back to the original delivery address.

Printerpix is finally resolving the issue. I will receive a refund for the shipping charges and I will be receiving my package soon (I hope). It's unfortunate that I had to reach out to the Revdex.com to get this resolved, but nonetheless it has been taken care of.

I love the design options available through Printer Pix. My canvas came out great!

I placed an order with Printerpix in Aug after purchasing 3 canvases on g***. I hadn't read any reviews on the company until September when I started wondering where my prints were. I contacted the company via phone and was told that my prints would be shipping the following week and that I'd be receiving a tracking number soon. About 5 or 6 days later, I still hadn't received a tracking number,so I contacted the company again this time via f*. After seeing the negative reviews, I was very nervous that I wouldn't receive my prints and if I did, they would be terrible quality. Printerpix responded to my fb message quickly with a tracking number. Delivery took about 4 weeks from ordering. The canvases arrived and are AMAZING! The quality is perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase. I think this company is working hard to turn around and I would recommend them.

I ordered 120 prints on metal and half or more were damaged from shipping and several had draw-scratches on the surface finish. The photo was also not centered, so the logos in the corner were good on some images, but inconsistent. Customer service has been horrible and after 15 or so 45-60 minute wait time calls, I am still waiting on the replacements after 4 months. I will be filing a separate complaint with the Revdex.com since they cannot get back to me or satisfy my shortfall. Horrible service, horrible packing even after the supposedly changed their vendors.

I bought gifts. Qty 19, 3 panel metal photo pkg's. 1-Daughter's came out. 6-husbands came out. The rest were bend, scratched, print off. CS = 0 help.
This situation was so bad that even though this happened with the 2016 Christmas gifts I didn't want them to think that they can get away with this treatment of people. I will also complain to Groupon, I have all the receipts with them and order numbers. Customer service was hard to reach and when we did, they said they wouldn't replace. My husband spoke to three different reps and managers. ALL OF THEM BRUSHED HIM OFF. My husbands and our three children had a horrible gifts and this is all that I gave them. The only one that turned out was my daughter's.

The first picture was taken by me a casual photographer, the other was taken by a professional photographer as part of their engagement photos.
