I ordered a photo book as a christmas present. It was for my sister who came for a visit. I had the book made as a journal of her visit,from the very first day to the last, With a special note on the last day.. They put the book together all BACKWARDS!! No phones ever answered, no return calls messages,, They are not a real company. I could go on about all I went through with them but it just gets my blood boiling again.
I cancelled my order on November 29th, 2017. I was told, I would be reimbursed my funds, in 14 days. Today is Dec. 29th; I've checked my account, called multiple times, and still have not been reimbursed. I've been told over weekly, over the past 3 weeks, that I will get my reimbursement, next week.
Order*** placed 11/10/2017 for 1 photobook was promised delivery well before Christmas.They did not deliver after many promises.
Order *** placed Nov. 10, 2017 for 1 photobook was promised well before Christmas. Many emails and on line chats with promises beginning Nov. 28, 2017 and still no photobook. It was impossible to get through by phone. I called many times, put on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. This company should have told me they could not deliver so I could have ordered my photobook from a reliable company. I was relucant to change companies, because it took me about 15 hours to design and download my photos and submit to printerpix for printing. I am devestated because this was my family Christmas gift. It did not arrive so I had nothing. All my interactions with printerpix were scripted responses and all promise delivery within a week starting Nov. 28. Please help.
Finish the job and deliver asap
The company delivered on Jan. 13, 2018. One month late.
Ordered vouchers through ***to get photos printed on canvas, received the canvas prints, were smudged, Printerpix will not help me, refund me etc
I purchased numerous vouchers through *** for specials on prints through Printerpix. 3 different transactions on March 19th, 2017. Amounts are $44.85, $31.98 and $19.95. Order numbers from the emails I received are ***, ***, and ***. Received prints after waiting for a long time but they shipped some of the canvas face to face so the ink smudged all over and I cannot use these prints to sell or keep for myself. I tried to do an online chat, didn't work. Sent numerous emails for months, all went with no responses. I finally contacted my credit card company to do a chargeback, they are not helping me either since so much time has passed. I was trying to be nice and give Printerpix time to respond. Now I have no way to get my money back and need your help please!
I want a full refund for all of my purchases to them for orders***, ***, and***. Amounts are $44.85, $31.98 and $19.95.

STAY AWAY!!! Terrible customer service and RIP-OFF PRICES on shipping. After redeeming a *** for 10 mugs for 34.95, They charged $27.00 for shipping. I received only 1 mug. When I called customer service they said they could ship the remainder of the order for an additional $22.00 for a total of $47.00 for shipping of 10 mugs! Whatever deal you think you are getting - SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy elsewhere! Just look at their terrible rating. There is a reason they don't allow feedback on their site.
I have tried contacting this business multiple times. I think this business is fraud and if I cannot get a response soon I will be contacting the attorney general office in FL to file a consumer complaint.

Contacted business regarding a shipping refund several times since September. Still have not received refund despite of multiple requests.
I placed an order with the business on August 1, 2017. I received the order a little over a month after placing it. I contacted them when the shipping window had passed and I was told that a refund will be issued for the shipping due to the fact that it was delayed. Initially I was told it will take at least 7 business days for me to receive the refund. I contacted them several times, I would say at least 5-
6 times since September and I was told everytime that the issue has been "escalated" or has been brought to the "superior's" attention. The last contact I made was on December 8, 2017 and I was told 2 days I will get my refund.I have not received anything as of today.
I will still like to be refunded but mostly I just wanted to be able to let Revdex.com aware of the kind of service that this business is providing. It is very unprofessional.

I placed an order before the cut off date to ensure delivery by Christmas and it still has not been shipped.
On 12.11.2017 I placed an order for 2 Magic Mugs as Christmas gifts and the website clearly showed that in order to ensure delivery by Christmas for regular mail the order needed to be placed by December 12th. Which I in fact did. My receipt shows that it was cleared and placed at 4 AM on December 11th. I emailed the company numerous times and was in a live customer service chat before Christmas and was again ENSURED delivery BY CHRISTMAS. Today is now the 27th off Decemeber AFTER CHRISTMAS and my items still show that they are in production. The stays on my order has not changed since it was updated and when I originally checked on it December 12. I have been looking up my order status everyday since I placed the order and it has continued to show 50% in production. I have tried calling the phone number provided and the call does not get through. I get hung up on and I do not receive any response when I contact them in regards to my order. I feel that I should get my order within the next couple of days it should be shipped expedited since I was promised I would have received it by Christmas and I never did. My order number is XXXXXXXX.
I need to get my products shipped and delivered. I requested standard delivery but I feel that due to the inconvenience of my order not arriving in the time it was promised it should be expedited shipping and I should not have to wait another week for this.

Honestly this was a Christmas gift that I preordered before the deadline and I never received it. I submitted multiple complaints with the company then came here through the Revdex.com and did not get a response in a timely fashion. I called in numerous times and was assured my order was shipped but it wasn't. When I got the email from the Revdex.com that the company was not responding I took it upon myself to call in and cancel the order because they were not doing anything as a company to help their customers. I really hope that whenever ANYONE wants to even think about doing business with this company they think twice and look at the reviews because they are honestly the worst company I have ever done business with.

I was never reimbursed for a cancelled order. The package I did successfully order was never delivered.
I originally initiated this order/purchase through ***. I then placed an order directly through Printerpix on 12/10/17 and promptly cancelled it. This was order number ***. I was unable to reach a representative at all through provided phone number during provided dates/times but was able to finally reach someone through chat on 12/11/17 who reportedly cancelled the order and assured me reimbursement. It is now 12/27/17 and I have never been reimbursed for the cancelled item. I have never been able to reach a representative by phone, in spite of their reported business hours. I did speak with someone through chat and have been told twice that I would be reimbursed and have not been reimbursed in a 17 day time period.
I then placed a corrected order, order number*** on 12/11/17. This item has never been delivered and the tracking number is incorrect (indicating an items delivered prior to my order date to another state). I again could only reach someone through the chat feature (no other lines of communication are effective). The customer service representative kept insisting that this was the proper tracking number and even tried to state that this indicated that my order was delivered (it clearly did not match the date or location of my order). He then told me that I had to contact the courier and again provided me with the incorrect tracking number. I explained to him that I cannot deal with the delivery issue with a tracking number that is not connected to my order. He again redirected me to the courier.
The primary dispute is that, to date, my order has not been received for which I was charged 18.99 from *** and then $19.95 for shipping. I also have been charged and never reimbursed the $16.99 for an order that I promptly cancelled.
At this point my request is reimbursement of the $16.99 for the cancelled order. I would like an accurate tracking number for the package that has not been delivered or to be reimbursed in FULL for the order. $18.99 + $19.95. I am out a total of $55.95 ($16.99, 18.99 and 19.95) with no product.

Failure to complete and ship order for over 1 1/2 months.
I place an order for a leather bound photo book on 11/10/17. The website still shows my order is being prepared for production. I have called and was on hold for 30 minutes. I have emailed asking for an estimated time of delivery 3 times and finally received a form letter email stating they are busy and sent links to sections their website that did not address mt direct order. My order number is ***. I just want this ordered filled as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I think over 1 1/2 months is plenty of time to produce the product which should have shipped by 11/25/17 per their website timelines.

I submitted an order for 4 mugs on Nov 14th using a ***. Order #***. The mugs never arrived even after I was charged $24.95 for shipping! The phone number is out of order and the e mail link doesn't work. I chatted with Jennifer who I thought was helpful, but just told me I would be contacted in 48 hours and that never happened. I chatted with someone else who abandoned the chat. I was given a tracking number, but *** never got the package from Printerpix. Worst experience with any company ever.

I purchased a 2 photo books through *** and was told I had 4 months to redeem my voucher. One month later I want to make my books only to find the item I purchased no longer exists. I call the 800 number but does not work. I chat with Becky A - after one hour I finally, hopefully will be receiving a refund. Go with another company as this one is just the worst!

I purchased a *** for a photo blanket. I placed my order on 12-15-2017. I received an email on 12-24-2017 that the order has been shipped with the tracking information. Today is 12-27-2017 and the tracking information is incorrect. I contactted DHL and the rep informed me that the tracking # is ***! There is no information about my product ever leaving the facility.*** has not taken possession of the package. The company phone number 888-322-6733 is not working, the chat line does not come up. It does not look like *** misplaced my product because it only state that the shipping label has been created. The error is on you because you have a *** tracking # and DHL link to track!. Also, stating that you are re printing a new one free of cost doesn't mean nothing, Why would I pay for a reprint? I never received the first one. Making a statement as such seems like you are doing ME a favor. It is YOUR error. This response states that it is LIKELY to be shipped in a day or 2. Customer service rep told me max 7 business days. A written response told me 21 days from 12/27. Revdex.com this is how you know they have horrible business practices because customers receive various answers to the exact same question. Revdex.com please do something to either close them or heavily fine them for the horrible business practices.
I will never do business with this company again. I ordered 4 photo books on Nov 4th. Received 4 photo books Nov 22nd-THREE of them were SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDERS. I called the customer service number immediately, was told I needed photo proof sent to the company-a little strange but ok I complied; they could not tell me why the mistake happened or where my photo books were. Called Dec 1st as I still heard nothing via email or phone; "all books have been 'dispatched (mailed)". Ok, that's still plenty of time before the Christmas mail rush begins. Dec 4th, "should receive in 1-2 business days". Dec 7th I finally asked for a floor manager, got a man named Reegan who was very sympathetic and apologetic. He would "expedite shipping and delivery in 1 week". Dec 11th, "waiting on them to be fisnished. Cant give refund b/c product already in development". Dec 12th, "should be mailed by 9pm tonight". Dec 13th, "they were sent to print DEC 9TH, will be finished tonight". I decided this was unacceptable and asked again for floor manager. Again got Reegan who was very apologetic, said "they were not printed and to please give him a few more days to expedite and send them out". Long story short, I just received the last photo book TODAY DECEMBER 27TH in the mail. None of the last three were what they were supposed to be, although they did have our family pictures. These were supposed to be Christmas presents to the grandparents. If I could give NEGATIVE STAR for the lies I was told I would. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. No one answers phones or emails. I ordered 2 items, received one not the other.
I placed an order on their website where it stated "if ordered by 12/14/17 guaranteed for Christmas". My order # ***. I ordered two things, one has been delivered the other says "in production." I have been calling since Friday and they are closed, even Friday during their open hours and I have emailed them several times with no response!
At this point I still need the gift but they should give me a discount or refund because it wasn't here in time to give as a Christmas gift which is just embarrassing!!

When I ordered it, it said on the top of the web page if ordered by the 13th delivered by Christmas. Regardless of that, I received the item today and it is completely damaged on two corners. I now would like it redone, shipped properly so it doesn't arrived damaged again. See attached pictures.

Order placed on website 12/14 with promise that orders before 12/15 would be received by 12/25. Order has not shipped still.
Below is the email I sent to printerpix. Their reply was to provide links about groupon voucher and order delay trouble shooting. I have reached out to the company repeatedly and have been unable to obtain any kind of resolution.
As a first time customer, I was really excited about working with Printerpix. As a part time photographer, I was hoping for to add a quality, dependable and affordable resource to refer my clients to. Unfortunately, at this point, I am just reaching out in hopes to obtain an actual resolution regarding my order. I placed this order on 12/14/2017 based on the sites commitment for its customers to receive orders placed before 12/15/2017 in time for Christmas. I began by checking the status of my order online Monday 12/18/2017. When I saw it was still listed as "in production", I reached out to your customer service team via chat who advised me that it was "in production" and that I would receive an email when it was "dispatched". I asked specifically when it would be delivered and was advised that he couldn't answer that because he wasn't sure when it would ship. I then asked when it would ship and what method (overnight, 2-day, etc). He then discontinued the chat.
I opened another chat AND called the toll free number listed. This agent repeated the same thing as the previous agent. He said it was in Florida waiting to print. When I asked when it was scheduled to print (so I could get an idea of when it would ship) and what the shipping time frame was, he assured me it would be dispatched in time for Christmas. Keep in mind that I am on hold with your toll free number for 30 minutes with NO answer, before I finally hung up.
I logged in today to check status that shows 50% complete, but gives no estimated shipping date or method. I reach out to chat AGAIN. I am told it will be dispatched on or before Christmas. I again inquire about the websites promise to deliver in time for Christmas on orders placed before 12/15/17. I am on hold throughout this chat for over 30 minutes to get responses to my questions that don't even provide actual answers. I am and have been involved in this chat for over 1 hour and am still awaiting response for my most recent question asked 15 minutes before I started this email. This chat transcript is attached for your review.
There is a problem when a business makes offers it cannot manage, in this case a delivery time frame it cannot uphold.
There is a problem when the team charged with customer service cannot have access to systems that help them investigate customer orders to provide detailed and accurate status information.
There is a problem when said customer service team does not have tools to assist the customers reaching out to them.
There is a problem when a company makes it virtually impossible for its customers to contact them, by leaving email links that don't work, not having enough staff to manage call volumes and providing poor chat support.
I am underwhelmed and completely unimpressed with the service I have received. Sadly, I have one more voucher with Printerpix that I have to use...though at least now, I'll know better than to trust any promised delivery time frames. Despite my frustration and disappointment, I would still like resolution to my current issue as well as an understanding of action(s) will be taken to ensure I don't have issues with my next (and last) order.
I am looking to receive the product I ordered immediately and accurately, as well as a refund for the expedited shipping I requested to ensure delivery in time for Christmas ($15.99) and the remaining *** voucher I have which I will not be using ($8.99).

2 orders placed with ample time to produce and deliver before Christmas and followed up via email and phone several times with no response.
I placed 2 orders for picture books on 11/30/17 and 12/1/17 which should be ample time for delivery prior to Christmas given their website advertised that if you ordered before 12/12/17 delivery was guaranteed for Christmas. I was charged for the items and my order status on the website is listed as 'Paid' and 'In Production'. I followed up via email since the phone hours are limited on 12/12/17 (ticket #***)to check on the status. Printerpix never responded even though their website says emails will be responded to within 2-3 business days. I tried calling during the day on 12/15/17 and was on hold waiting for a customer service rep for 35 minutes until I hung up. I followed up on the initial email on 12/16/17 and again on 12/19/17 with no response. I called 3 additional times and was on hold for more than 30 minutes and today is 12/22/17. I know that I will not receive the books before Christmas, and at this point am concerned if I ever will even receive the books. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever been through. I don't even know if the emails are read by anyone or if they have phone customer service reps.
I expect to receive the 2 photo books that I purchased and would think there would be a full reimbursement for the lack of customer service and failure to deliver the purchased items prior to Christmas (per their advertised policy).
