Purchased a product from this company six weeks ago and it has not been delivered.
I purchased two custom photo blankets from this company on December 1, 2017. On December 12, 2017 I received one of the two blankets that I ordered. I contacted customer service on December 13, 2017 to inquire about the other blanket. They reordered the second one and said it was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. The order deadline on their website for new orders to guaranteed receive them for Christmas was December 13, so I thought this was fine. I have called this company at least six times between then and now inquiring about this blanket. On December 21, 2017 I was told it was in production. On December 23, I was told it was completed and would be shipping and arrive by Christmas. On December 27, I was told the customer service rep lied, that the blanket was never printed because they ran out of stock on that blanket the previous week. I was told the money I paid for shipping was to be refunded and would appear in my account in 10-14 days. On January 2, 2018 I was told the blanket would be done in production by the end of the week and shipped shortly after. On January 8 I was told it was finished being produced and would have a tracking number available for shipping in 24-48 hours. Today I was told the customer service rep lied, it was still in production and should be finished and shipped sometime the middle of next week. The rep said that he would put it on the highest priority (whatever that means to them), and would be shipped expedited. I still have not seen the refund in my account, and that refund was supposedly put through 17 days ago. I've been hung up on by this company's customer service reps and lied to at least 6 times. I'm furious!!

Desired Outcome

I want this product finished production and delivered to me in 7 days.

I placed my order on 12/11, for delivery by Christmas.I have not received my order nor any response from the company. I've asked for a refund
Order placed 12/11 for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. On 12/19 I received an email stating my order would not be delivered by Christmas however a few days afterwards. I responded the same date asking or a refund as these were Christmas gifts for my friends. No response. I followed up again on 12/25, Christmas for reply. No response within the 3 days they advise on their website. The customer service number was constantly busy. I contacted someone twice through the chat feature on the website who advised my order would be shipped the next week and refund would be issued for my shipping. This was over 2 weeks ago. Tuesday Jan 2 a rep over the phone stated my order was complete and waiting for shipping and I would be contacted by a rep within 24hrs with the tracking info. Nothing has been provided nor has someone contacted me. My order # is Order #: ***

Desired Outcome

We ordered two wedding albums and both books arrived damaged. After being told that the replacements will be shipped, we received nothing for several weeks. After notifying customer support, we learned that PrinterPix didn't have any record of our complaint!

Do not do business with this company.
I purchased 3 vouchers for a great deal on greeting cards, to make New Years cards to send out SOON. I purchased on 1/3/2018, and was prepared to create 1 project for all 3 sets of greeting cards ordered (totaling 120 of the same card). When checking on shipping, I was going to be charged for 3 separate shipments of THE SAME GREETING CARD. Customer service was very slow to respond and didn't care much to help. I have never worked with a company that would combine multiple orders for 1 delivery. Nothing about this was disclosed anywhere on the voucher or the website.
When I created the project on the very basic, quite frustrating website, I ordered my first round with 1 voucher, but then my project was nowhere to be found, esp. in the PROJECT page. I ended up spending 3 hrs. between customer service and slow online chatting to get this all worked out and had to finish the 2 other projects a few days later. It has been 10 days since the first order, and I am still "being processed for production".
Their social media page is filled with frustrated, disappointed customers whose products are poor quality, delayed weeks and MONTHS after promised estimated delivery, or never delivered at all. Even other customer's products being sent to the wrong destination.
All this leads me to believe that this company doesn't understand how to run professionally, and with excellence.

I ordered 2 blankets which were inferior quality. Printerpix was reprinting them. I only received 1 blanket. After 4 months, I only got 1 blanket.
I ordered 2 personalized blankets(order #***) in October. I sent an email 10/28 explaining the poor print quality of the blankets I received. 10/31 Vincent said they will reprint. 11/1&2 Georleanna placed a new order (***) for 2 blankets. 11/7 checked my email and it says my ticket was closed. I got 1 blanket. 11/14 I emailed with pictures asking for 2nd blanket (request #***).
11/24 reply about so busy. 11/25 Kieron E replied with a sorry for the delay. 12/12 I sent another email with pictures again and received a response (request #***) they are reviewing it. I also called numerous times and waited 30 minutes plus for someone to answer the phone. 12/19 talked to Sebastian who told me to put the blanket back in my cart and call them when it was done. 12/20 talked to Annabelle who placed the new order (***). 12/22 got an email from Printerpix stating DHL would deliver and a tracking number (***). The tracking number did not work and Printerpix stated they did not use DHL. 1/11/18 I called again and spoke to Vanessa who claimed *** delivered the package on 12/27 (***). I was home and never received a package. 1/11 I called back and Abdul told me he would get a senior team member since Vanessa claimed there was no one else I could talk to about the issue. Abdul then said no one could come talk to me. I needed to call ***, file a claim, and call Printerpix back with the claim number. I just want my other blanket.

I want the blanket reprinted.

Company repeatedly sent me defective products and was unresponsive to attempts to resolve this issue.
I initially ordered 4 pictures which were clearly sent defective as per the picture attached. I was told to call the company to receive a coupon code to redo my projects for free. I tried calling for almost a month and no one answered the phone. Eventually I was able to contact the company via online chat and they redid the project order ***. This order again came with a defective product, one of the pictures did not have the hanging hardware. I again contacted the company via online chat and they said they would redo it as order ***. I never received shipping confirmation and the order does not appear in my account. Additionally, a different employee emailed me asking me to redo it again even through I was told the order has been processed. I have again attempted to contact the company via online chat which is not working and they are no longer responding to my emailed in a timely manner.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the entire project as I have had to spend considerable amount of time creating and recreating this project three times and constantly being in touch with the company. If this is not possible I would just like my final outstanding picture so I can just move on and have the 4 pictures I originally ordered.

The photo blanket I purchased was the quality I expected but they cut one side of the blanket so that almost all of the images on that side were cut off as well. It is very clearly warped. I sent emails with photos and phone calls and have yet to get a hold of anyone. This was two weeks before Christmas and now it is January 12! All I wanted was for them to resend the blanket, they never answered me and I'm warning everyone, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered blankets and they were messed up. I contacted customer service multiple times, they were going to replace them and nothing has been done.
I placed 2 orders each for two medium sized mink blankets (PO# *** and ***) on 11/24/17. They arrived December 1 and 2, 2017 respectively. One for *** ("Ashton" project design) is completely unaligned and warped, one from *** is also misaligned and is the wrong design. I contacted Printerpix on 12/02/17, 12/07/17, 12/13/17, 12/19/17. On 12/19/17 a service rep named Laura assured that the issues would be investigated and the blankets replaced. I did not hear from them and again contacted them on 01/02/18. I have not been contacted since 12/19/17 and nothing has been resolved. It has been over a month and I am furious that I have had to chase customer service down and still nothing has been done.

Desired Outcome

I want the blankets replaced or a full refund for both blankets that were misprinted.

Horrific Customer Service. 2 hour hold time to get through to someone. Incomplete product delivered.
After purchasing a groupon offer for a photo blanket I placed my order through the website of Printer Pix. I paid extra to have the order arrive before Christmas.
After placing the order I emailed four times with no reply and called, having spent an hour and a half on hold to confirm the photo's I uploaded for the blanket were received. I was told yes.
The order didn't arrive for Christmas. It arrived 14 days after.
It's a disgusting waste of time and money. It's a paper thin blanket that you could sneeze into and blow a hole through it. And while it should have the photo's I uploaded on it, it's a empty paper thin blanket.
I have spent endless hours on hold for customer service...no less than an hour on hold each time I call.
I have emailed in. No response.
I used their on line chat system. One rep told me my order was shipping that day after I told him how unhappy I was with the product that I already had.
I was promised a refund which I still have yet to get.
I asked for what I ordered to be sent via Next Day Air as it is for a very sickly family member. I was told to send in photo's of what I got so they can resolve.
I've emailed photo's four times. No response to emails at all.
I work for an on line ordering company and mistakes are made however, we do not handle our customer service in such a manner.
This company is just out for the consumers money and has no care or concern for the customer.

Why was this not offered the first five times I contacted your company after getting the blanket?
I've been told I've been refunded for almost a month and and nothing. I fail to believe the refund has been issued.
I work for a reputable on line company. We issue refunds and the customer has it within 48 business hours. Perhaps because we care for our customers.
Please send an email to *** so that I can attach the photos. I assume this is being done at no additional charge? Can I get a better quality blanket or larger size? Your listings on your site are more than deceiving

Haven't received my product. Extreme lack of customer service.
I ordered 2 canvases on December 13, 2017. I received an email immediately after ordering that stated I would get a follow up email once my product had shipped. Four weeks later and I still heard nothing. After numerous emails and phone calls to the company (many of which I was on hold for up to 20 minutes) I finally reached a representative. This representative still could not give me any answers as to where my product was and why it had not been shipped. They informed me it would be sent by that weekend. I still haven't received what I paid for. Fast forward another week, I called and demanded a tracking number within 24 hours of my phone call. 48 hours later I finally was emailed a tracking number. I proceeded to check my tracking number only to be notified the product still couldn't be found! I called another representative today (only time I wasn't put on hold) and they are now telling me I will receive my products on January 17, 2018. I am beyond furious and will NEVER EVER order from this company again. What an absolute nightmare this has been. I will adamantly be following up with this complaint if I don't receive what I paid for by January 17, 2018.

I am not only seeking that my product get delivered to me on said date I was provided, but I also would like a complete refund considering nothing has been on time nor have I been notified of any changes in tracking/shipping.

The wrong picture was sent.
Having not received my metal plate image, I was instructed by Printerpix's online help to contact them via email. I placed my Order #: *** back on October 23rd. After nearly a month, I contacted customer service who promised to speak to Production and find out why my order was taking so long.

I then noticed that Production ran into a problem and had to start over. I explained that I wanted to give this to my wife *** for her Birthday present on Dec 4th. On December 2nd, my package came but it contained the wrong image (Devils Tower in Wyoming). Printerpix's online help said for me to take a picture of the image I received and send it via email, which I did. I also took a picture of the Bar Code on the back of the Devil's Tower metal image. Both were attached in the email. Also attached was the image that was supposed to be sent(Oasis.jpg.

I then contacted customer support again in the 2nd week of December who promised they'd respond to my email within 24 hours. I have never, to this day, received any response.

Never before have I had to spend so much time tracking a purchase, only to receive something I didn't order. Quite frankly, this is exasperating and I'm left with no other alternative to file this complaint.

N.B. This order was via a *** I purchased. *** has also tried to resolve this with Printerpix but to no avail.

There is discrepancy in the product that was ordered vs. the product that was delivered. Resolution has not been achieved.
A Christmas card was ordered from Printerpix and when it was delivered, the letter on the back of the card was cut off mid-sentence. This was not what was shown in the product preview prior to order confirmation. Multiple attempts via email and phone have been unsuccessful to resolve the issue and now, as it is a time-sensitive issue, it is too late to reprint. We are requesting a refund from Printerpix.

I have attached a recent email string that I was contacted recently about. Why should I pay more shipping for something they messed up it was sent to the wrong address also I inquired about the conflicting information the day I orders the product and they failed to contact me in a reasonable amount of time

"Please note, for incomplete / incorrect addresses, a separate shipping fee is applicable" that is not acceptable. I am not the one that made the mistake in the first place see *** receipt below and My original email states this and that I tried to resolve the problem way before the order even shipped.

I have made several attempts to speak to a supervisor over the issues.I have been promised a reproduction and refund and haven't received either
I ordered 2 50X60 blankets on November 11th, when I received them they were 30X40. I called several times and was told they would send the correct size. I received the 2nd package in the mail December 12? Not only was it 1 blanket , not 2, it was also someone else pictures. I called again and again and was told they would refund my shipping charge and get the blankets to me. I still to this day have not revived either. These were going to be a Christmas gift for my kids. The last time I spoke to someone there I found out they still haven't reproduced them! I also received an email last week telling me I have gotten them even though I have sent them pictures of the one I had gotten that was not mine. I have never dealt with company before. Every time I have spoke to them I have not raised my voice and swore, however I did voice my frustration. At this point Im at a loss... I feel like no one there is willing to help or listen, I still do not have the items I ordered, have not been refunded my money and feel like I am being given the run around. I do not know who else to contact since there is no one higher up in the company they will let me talk to. I have went from a customer service rep to a supervisor and that is it, they tell me there is no one else to speak to. And I do want to add that every phone call has taken any where from 30 mins to over an hour.

I spoke to someone there and made the attempt to place a new order. My first attempt ... I could not understand the person who answered the phone. After 30 minutes of my time I ended the call because of the communication barrier. The next attempt I was told to place my order on a computer not on the phone where I had two already made. So another 30 minutes I still got no where. Yesterday I reached someone in only 11 minutes and was told the order was placed and I would receive a confirmation email. I still have not.... and I still have not been refunded my money.

I ordered 5 photo books 6 weeks ago and have only received 3, despite numerous attempts at contacting Printerpix.
On November 28, 2017, I used a*** voucher to purchase 5 photo books from Printerpix. These were to be Christmas presents for family members. On December 16, Printerpix shipped out 3 of the books, and the other 2 remained marked as "We are processing your order for production" on their website. I still have not received these final 2 books in my order; nor, apparently, have they even been printed. I have had numerous live chats with "customer service" representatives, during which they tried to tell me that my order had been shipped on December 16. When I pointed out that it was not a complete shipment, I was told each time (in at least 4 conversations in a 2-week period) that my order would be escalated to priority status and dispatched immediately. I am still waiting. During one of these conversations, I was told that no, I had only ordered 3 photo books. I have an invoice indicating otherwise. One "customer service" representative kept insisting that in order to determine the status of the books I hadn't received yet, she needed me to send her a photo of the books I had received (which have already been given out as gifts). She then told me she would order replacements for those three books (the ones I already received) and when I told her that wasn't what I needed, that I needed the merchandise I had paid for but not yet received, she disconnected the live chat. The customer service with this company is terrible. I just want to receive the merchandise I paid for so that my relationship with them can come to a permanent conclusion.

Desired Outcome

The only thing I want is the 2 photo books which were ordered and paid for on November 28, 2017 that were not part of the shipment. I want them delivered and in good condition so that I never have to deal with this company again.

Ordered an 11x11 50p photo book to be delivered by Christmas. Still have not received product. No response from company.
I purchased an 11x11 50 page photo book using a *** voucher on 12/13/17. They advertised Christmas delivery if purchased on or before 12/13/17. I still have not received this product. The only time I got through to customer service I was told they don't deal with specific orders and the woman hung up on me. I emailed and received a response on 12/20 stating the product had been dispatched for delivery. When I go to track the progress on their website it shows that the book is still only 25% complete and still in production. They have not returned subsequent emails. I had tried to order a second book several days after the first and it would not let me complete the project. I purchased the remaining books I had planned on ordering from a more reputable company.

I ordered a blanket for my mother beginning of December when I received it. it was not made correctly when I called about having it replaced and I was told they would send me a new one but couldn't promise it to be here by Christmas. here it is January 5th and I have no blanket or communication . I finally reach out to them and they have done nothing but blame me call me a liar offer no help accuse me of changing things that I did noti didn't even no I have an account until he told me I did. now they are saying I will not receive a new blanket and that they can do nothing for me but I was already told they would issue me a new blanket. now suddenly its my fault I messed up my order and now they can not fix it for me but on the 19th of december they could. this company is a scam they do nothing for customers but degrade them and put them down and make them feel as thought they are the problem. I am waiting for my replacement blanket they finally are sending me! As long as that comes and is correct I am satisfied! This blanket means the world to me and my mom as we lost my sister in July and this was a gift for my mother who is at a complete loss of loosing her!

I requested a refund and have waited 10 business days. It still has not processed into my account.
On November 10th, I ordered 4 large (50 by 60 inch) mink touch blankets in 2 different orders. I used two *** coupons and paid for the $29.99 SHIPPING. On November 24th, my blankets came and they were baby blankets. I contacted PrinterPix and they told me to take pictures of the blankets and email them. I did so the same day. After 5 days, they reviewed it and said they would re-order my blankets. I called every week, contacted on chat and sent emails to get updates on my order. They told me numerous times they would arrive by Christmas. On December 23rd, I called one last time and the supervisor told me that it wouldn't be produced and sent by Christmas, instead it would come by January 9th. These were Christmas gifts. I asked for a refund and they told me they put it through and it would take up to 10 business days. I asked for it to be emailed to me. They never emailed me a refund confirmation and I have emailed numerous times with no response. It has been 10 business days and I have not received my refund for $29.99 for the shipping cost. I was able to contact *** and they gave me a refund right away for the Blanket Coupon voucher. Today, I tried to contact Printer Pix via chat and all they could tell me was that they would put me on "priority list" to get my refund. I want my refund! I have received quite the run around.

I would like my refund processed to my Wells Fargo bank account within 3 business days.

4 months and still no product
I placed an order on September 17, 2017 for 1 photo book to be printed and shipped to me. I have contacted the company at least 4 times to get an update on the production and shipment. IF they respond, (which was only 2 times) they apologize and say that the order will be prioritized and completed as soon as possible.
Well, it is almost 4 months since the order and still not received the album. I have since ordered another album and received that one already within the time. They have not responded as to why they have not produced order XXXXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of unused voucher that I did not use due to this poor service, and more importantly, I want the product that I have already ordered months ago to be delivered with priority shipping immediately.
