Ordered December 12th and was guaranteed for delivery by December 25th and still have not received the products after numerous phone calls.
Order # *** Ordered December 12 and was guaranteed to deliver by December 25th. Product still hasn't arrived. Has had phone calls with customer service and they guaranteed it would ship soon and ship Priority shipping due to the delay and my shipping costs would be refunded. Have not received the refund, email product has shipped or the product.

Desired Outcome

Would like the photo book shipped within the next week and shipped *** Priority shipping as the other orders I placed shipped this method.

I ordered a 20x30 canvas collage with frames around each picture. When it was delivered one of the frames on the canvas was smeared making the canvas unusable. I have contacted Printerpix several times but the have not heard a single word from this horrible company.

One cup arrived broken. I've been trying to get it re made or a refund for months, they say they re opening a case then don't do anything . You can't talk to anyone. In the UK. Beware.

I don't know why *** is still working with Printerpix...If I could, I would give this company negative one million stars. They just do not give a damn about anything. Worst website, clumsy and function-lacking interface, No tracking, expensive shipping, absolute horrendous nightmarish non-existent customer service. Called multiple times to get tracking, no answer, finally connected, got hung up multiple times. All I got was "hello, give me your order #" then hung up on me.... Rude as ***, no sense of manners or common sense. OMG, *** needs to terminate their contract with this unethical and sketchy "company" right away.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.!! I ordered a Christmas gift (canvas photos) beginning of December and paid a hefty amount to get it here by Christmas. Days leading up to Christmas, I tried every way possible to contact the company.. Email, phone, etc, and NOTHING. There's no one to talk to. I decided to call my bank days after Christmas and not having the item to get my money back. Here we are Jan 5th, and I have a package from them. The canvas is absolutely HORRIBLE. Nothing good came out of this purchased. Period. Waste of time and aggregation!!!

I purchased four blankets through ***. First, the shipping was a major ripoff. Then, two blankets were completed and delivered and two were not. They were ordered on 12/15/17, and as of today (1/4/18), they are still not even showing those two as completed. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. I have contacted customer support through printerpix daily. All I get in the online chat are scripted responses. Very frustrating, lesson learned, do not waste your money.

Almost two months after my order and I still don't actually have a working product.
I ordered to "Magic Latte Mugs" from printerpix on 11/13/2017. When they finally arrived in early December, they were both defective. The protective paper around each of them showed the correct photos that were supposed to be on the mug, but the mugs just turned white. Not photo was put on the mug. One mug was also cracked I promptly notified Printerpix on December 4th, gave them all the info and pictures that they needed. They confirmed that it was an error and that they would immediately create replacements and ship them. After a week went by with no update, I contacted them again. I started contacting them almost every day as Christmas got closer. The answer was always the same "I am very sorry about this.
The order is still in production.
I have escalated this to our production team on a higher priority basis to deliver your order as soon as possible.". They assured me over and over that I would have them in time for Christmas since they were Christmas presents. It is now January 3rd, I contacted them again today with the same response as above. I don't believe that I will every get an actual working order from them or that I will get my money back. This has been a frustrating and emotional experience. I will never order from them again and have warned my family and friends the same.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a correct, working replacement for two blank mugs I received. If the set I received is defective I want my money back.

Replacement product finally came on 1/20/18, over two months after my original order. Although I'm not thrilled with the quality of it, they are good enough so at least my two people can get their belated Christmas presents now. I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

Received the incorrect order and incorrect products after waiting a month from placing order. When calling customer service response very rude.
Purchased offer thru Groupon. took 4 days to create blankets on website. Placed order 12/4/17. Recv. blankets on 12/22/17. Called Customer service reg order number *** and ***. requested this be expedited and over night shipped before Christmas. I was advised by Alice this was impossible Alice was rude and not willing to assist. Requested to speak to supervisor was told one would call me. I recv. no call. I called back 3 hours later spoke to Sam. who repeatedly yelled at me saying "No this is not going to happen" when I request this be resolved asap. I was told I would recv. a canvas complimentary for this issue. I made 3rd call to customer service. no resolution. It is now 01/02/2018 NEVER RECV. CALL FROM SUPERVISOR. I called today and spoke to Danielle, who finally put me through to supervisor " Shawn " who requested I send him the order or pictures of incorrect items. 1 blanket I received was not mine, it was a blanket of another families kids. ( which I tracked through facebook found family and notified I have their blanket and mailed to them as they gave me their adr. ) the 2nd blanket I recv. was a small blanket and should have been a large. The other 2 blankets should have been Med. they are smalls. I advised this to the supervisor Shawn. I explained I am disappointed and want this resolved asap. He has given me 2 "replacement order numbers" no mention of the "canvas" I would receive or the correction to the 2 other small blankets being small and not medium sized. I will give them until Monday for the replacement orders to be received. If there is not a correction to all orders I will be requesting a full refund, including the 50.00$ in shipping I paid to have them before Christmas. I paid by Visa through their website, printerpix.com. Please advise if additional information is needed. I would also like to mention I called the Customer Service department 1-888-322-6733 was on hold for 1:52 minutes, when a recording came on to advise they were having system issues and the call disconnected. I am very upset by how I was treated through Customer Service, and in this company. *** and

I would like the correct items I ordered. I would also like the canvas I was told I was offered due to the issues. After waiting a week and not being contacted I would like to be reimbursed my shipping charges as well, since I did not receive the blankets I ordered in time for Christmas ( I paid 50.00 in shipping, and waited almost a month for my item to be delivered )

Ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing has been shipped. Company is non existent.
I ordered days before the Christmas deadline and guess what? Products are not even shipped yet on today, 12/22. I have spoken with several different people who have all advised me of several different things. When you try chatting online with them they instantly leave the chat. When you try calling you are on hold no less than 30-35 minutes before someone even picks up. What is the point of customer service if you just read off of prompts and get no resolution? I have received nothing but unsatisfactory customer service. They tell you a manager will call but they never do. Printer pix has been a waste of my time and energy. I called back today after being told that I would get an email tracking confirmation last night, only to be told that all of my Magic Mugs had been broken by the processing department. This delayed my shipping so they could not guarantee that it would be here in time for Christmas. The websites brand states "Printerpix is dedicated to providing a quality service to you, our valued customers. Whatever you're ordering, Printerpix creates attention-stealing photo prints faster than you can snap your fingers." I have now began to question that your policies are monitored or upheld to the benefit of the consumer. I have also read other reviews, which I should've done before and across the board on many websites your company is rated no higher than 1.9. From a corporate standpoint this is very unacceptable. I am a manager who works in Customer Relations for a Fortune 500 Corporation and we work effortlessly to ensure the quality of service we are providing our consumers. I will leave this review on as many websites as possible to ensure that others are aware of the horrible manor. I ordered on 12\10\17 Order #***.

I would like my products as soon as possible being that they were Christmas gifts.

I have been told this several times, over and over again. My order status has not updated in almost a month from my order date 12/10. I was already told I would be receiving the shipping fees back since December 27th, 2017. You know, being told the same thing over and over again does not help. I was told that it had been escalated several times and would ship out the next day with 2 day shipping and here I am 1/8, STILL nothing. I really just want my products.

Order XXXXXXXX is missing a 16x16 canvas
Order XXXXXXXX placed on 11/17/17 should have contained 4 12x30 canvases and 1 16x16 canvas. I have received the 12x30 pieces but the 16x16 is missing. The FedEx Shipment Facts show that the the order was shipped in a 31x13x4 in. package. That would make it impossible for it to contain the 16x16 canvas that is part of this order. I have sent numerous emails and received no responses. I have also had multiple support chats with promises of escalation but no action or response from Printerpix.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to finish the original job and print the 16x16 canvas as it is needed to complete the original set that was ordered.

Printerpix has not followed thorough with delivery of my product after repeated contact.
I placed an order with printerpix on December 11th ordered number***. I then contacted them on December 19th confirming that the order will be delivered Before Christmas. I was informed that it would be. On December 22nd I contacted printerpix again and was told that my order will be escalated and that it was a waiting to be dispatched. I emailed printerpix on the 9th of December 22nd and have not received an email back. I contacted printerpix again on December 27th when I was told that my product was in the last stage of production. I was also informed that I would receive a response from my email within 24 to 48 hours. I have still not received a response. I have called printerpix and ask to speak to a manager. The manager was to call me back within 15 minutes the manager has not tried to contact me.

I would like for printerpix to finish my order and refund me the shipping charges.

reufnd for canceled items was never refunded
on 11-27-17 I purchased 2 items by mistake Order #:*** and Order #: ***. I called the same day had them cancel the order and give me a refund. its now 12-30-17 I have called them 3 times and 1 email everytime they said theyll look into it and call me back and I have received no response. I feel like my many purchases dont matter to them. I feel like I should not pay for an item I never recieved.

I was supposed to be issued a refund on a cancelled order in 14 business days. It did not happen.
I ended up canceling an order on 12/6/17 and was supposed to be refunded in 14 Days. I never received a refund. Printerpix stated my card was refunded and that it is my banks issue. My card was not refunded. This is their issue.

Customer Service Refused to fix an error in the order.
I contacted the company three times to get the issue fixed. Once with a phone call, once with the online chat, and another by email. The delivery address was not correct, they used my billing address for the delivery instead of the actual address I gave them. When I called I was told that they couldn't ship it to me because they didn't know how to find the address, when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said they had to have someone call me back and then hung up on me. I never got a call back. The online chat customer service representative assured me that the problem would be dealt with and passed on to the appropriate individuals to correct the error in shipping. The email correspondence was an apology for taking so long to contact me, but did not address the reason I contacted them in the first place.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking is to receive the product and services I purchased. Which is the item I purchased and having it sent to the proper address.

This is the correct address.

I ordered (2) picture image blankets of people and received one blanket of my images of people and one blanket of chicken images I did not order.
I ordered on Dec. 8th, 2017 with a*** Voucher of $200 which I purchased from*** and applied it to their website invoice and paid additional shipping fees of $30. I uploaded images and received one correct image blanket (***) but I did not receive image blanket (***). I received another blanket instead of what I ordered which had images of chickens not people. I paid with my bank debit card with bofa.

Desired Outcome

I contacted printerpix more than 4 times thru email chat and direct email uploaded all incorrect images of the wrong item shipped and received. I have had difficulty with their direct phone number working. Their customer rep Pardeem said the issue would be handled and a replacement blanket would be shipped with my correct images but nothing to date has been confirmed or shipped to me indicating that to be the case.

My credit card was charged instead of my gift card. I am still wanting for a refund 7 weeks later.
I was given a $25 gift card for doing a survey for printerpix. I tried to use it to pay for 2 calendars but instead it charged my credit card double the amount. I have called the company 6 times, I have talked to 2 managers and they all have promised me that the refund will be in my account and it still has yet to show up. I have also emailed, but that got me no where. They just told me to call the number that I had already 4 other times by that point.

Order numbers:*** , ***. Date of purchase was 11/12/2017. I've called 6 times since then. Amount of refund: $47.94

The last person I talked to on Dec 29th, 2017 was Venae (sp?) and he promised me just like the financial supervisor that it would be in my account within 24 hours and I'm still waiting to see the money refunded.

The very first person I talked to about this was trying to tell me that I had to pay for shipping but I hadn't even had anything shipped to my house yet. He was extremely rude and so was his supervisor who also tried to cheat me out of all my money I'm supposed to get back.

I would just like my money refunded back to my account ASAP. I will never use this site again and I hope they get shut down.

ordered thru groupon, paid for item, now when ordering they want to charge $19.99 for shipping. It never stated that or I never would have bought
In Oct 2017 was looking on groupon and clicked on item, it automatically charged me since my credit card infor was already in there from a previous order. In Dec I contacted them and they said they could not refund. I attempted to make go thru with the order and had to call PRINTERPIX. I had issues with a Indian man trying to process. Finally total said I had to pay $19.99 for shipping for a blanket. No where did I ever see anything about the cost for shipping. this is a rip-off. they wont refund so they have your money from the groupon and than they stiff you for more money for shipping than I actually paid for the dog blanket. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he left me on hold about 3 minutes than hung up. I am very frustrated. I would like a refund if possible. the code for the item is ez26z84bpqhy.

Since the ad was misleading and did not inform you of the expensive shipping charges, i would like a refund.

I have never received merchandise.I literally cannot ever reach anyone at this company to check on the status of my order or to get a refund. Fraud.
Purchases on Dec 17th. Still have not received item. Company is unresponsive to literally thousands of customers with the same problem. No merchandise and no viable way to contact anyone at the company for a refund. It's sales fraud. I purchased a $5 *** special for a single canvas print. Never received merchandise and literally cannot reach anyone at the company for a refund. *** is refunding voucher payments for this fraudulent company because they've had so many complaints about them not fulfilling their sales contracts with customers for paid merchandise not being delivered.

I want a refund of my money and this company is scamming thousands of ppl and they're committing fraud and customers can do nothing to get their stolen money back.

Re: portion of order (# ***) on 11/26/17 . The item with the girl in the photo was never delivered despite many phone calls/delivery promises.
I placed three orders on 11/26/17 for two different photo blankets in each order as Hanukkah gifts for my 6 grandchildren. I purchased these blankets via vouchers for mink touch blankets, 30" x 40". After many phone calls, 5 blankets were delivered, but one was never received. The item missing is from order # *** and pertains to the blanket with the photo of the female. I placed MULTIPLE phone calls, being on hold for close to 1 hour each time. Hanukkah came and went and I only had gifts for 5 of my 6 grandchildren. On 12/9/17, I was told that a ticket would be issued to production, #*** to resolve my issue and that I would receive my missing blanket before Christmas. After still not receiving my blanket, my next conversation with a Printerpix resulted in a promise to submit my order again to their production team. I was given a confirmation # of ***. Most recently, I spoke with an employee who identified himself as Ivan. Ivan told me he would send an e-mail to the production team. This business is unreliable and makes false promises to consumers after taking their money.
