I guess that is why I complained to the Revdex.com This is great play with a customers Priceline, but there is no info about room – price per day, no info about exact amount, I'm sorry priceline, but without my initials I couldn't go to the next page and base in my past trips, I alway put my initials to go further, so Im sorry but I can't accept this (also info about 12% I first time see it.) Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In addition to my previous complaint, the form claims to have a Best Price Guarantee Priceline themselves were offering a more inexpensive rental, with a larger car, but refused to honor their guarantee Their claim was that though they WERE offering a better price for a bigger car they would not honor the guarantee because the guarantee is only for the same classification of car As you can see in the attached form, the offer is not qualified on the final agreement page As in the original complaint which pointed out that the consumer is to bid on the rental but no direction is given whether to bid with or without taxes in the bid, this slight of hand with the guarantee further confirms how penny wise pound foolish the company can be Sincerely, [redacted]
I can completely understand this customer's concern as I have experienced bad customer service with this company After this trip that I have booked through them, I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else Customer Relations is not helpful at all, it seems as if they are trained to say no What a rip-off! Very disappointed at the service that I have been rendered I found out through more research that my trip would have been cheaper by contacting the hotel directly!
