On October 9, 2018, I purchased two necklaces from a seller using Poshmark's appI received a package from the seller a few days later, on October But when I opened the package, it contained a shirt that I had not purchased; the seller had mixed up the shipping labels on two of her ordersOn the same day, I submitted a "Problem/Order Inquiry" to Poshmark regarding this purchaseImportantly, I did not click the "Accept Order" button in the app -- because I had not received my orderOn October 14, Poshmark responded to my inquiry instructing me to mail the shirt to the correct buyer, and telling me that they were instructing the other buyer to ship the necklace to meI did as instructed, and the tracking number shows that the package I shipped to the other buyer was delivered on October To date, however, I still have not received the two necklaces I purchased, and there is no indication on the Poshmark app that my necklaces were ever shippedOn October 29, I sent Poshmark S
