I have been a buyer and seller on Poshmark for the last several yearsRecently I received an order in the mail that was meant for another buyerWhen I contacted the seller an advised them of the error she advised me that MY item had went to the wrong location as wellShe accepted responsibility for the mistake and promised to get my item to me ASAPIn the meantime Poshmark released the funds to the seller, without getting my notice that I received my product, because the tracking stated the item was receivedNow Poshmark advises me that I have received the item as per the tracking and is wanting me to prove my caseI have sent them pictures of my conversation with the seller, pictures of the wrong item in the box and a picture of the packaging label showing that I returned to senderStill no help from PoshmarkVery irresponsible of such a large company

Poshmark releases checks for items sold in your personal "closet"One of my larger releases was never delivered or became lost in the mail as it's been weeks since I requested itTheir support team responded stating they would cancel the prior check and release the funds back into my account, but this has not been doneI've reached out to their support team more times asking for help and there is radio silence....I desperately would like MY money from MY sales

I used Poshmark a few times with no issueThis last time I came across a seller advertising a Coach Poppy Series Tote bag for $I made an offer for $and she acceptedWhen I received my order it was NOT as advertisedIt is a TERRIBLE REPLICA but not only that, the seller left the $price tag attached on the inside of the bag ! I immediately notified Poshmark with photos and got an auto response of “ we are experiencing a high volume of calls and will resolve your issue in hours” This began on the 29th of December the VERY moment I received the productAs of now (Jan 9th ) I have sent emails and now Poshmark claims that I did not respond within the hour window, therefore the funds have been released to the seller ! I have attempted to purchase different items on this site over the course of months of the items were never shipped by the Sellers The 4th item was shipped, not as described and included a note from the Seller acknowledging that the item was stained and including a packet of cell phone stickers No one buying an item thinks cell phone stickers make up for stains Sellers aren't rated, so you don't know if the person you're buying from will ship their items or whether the Seller is responsible with their descriptions I'll stick with e-Bay

I received a purchased item that had oil spots and stains and these were not listed in the description of the itemI tried filing a complaint with the company for a full refundBecause I was unable to file a complaint thru their web app or desktop, I was denied in my claimWhen I explained that I tried resetting my password for my profile, I never received am instruction email from the company after attemptsI reached out to their customer suppprt to inquire about a refund for the skirt I received, I was told that because I didn't file a complaint properly that my refund request will not be granted

With Poshmark, you are basically dealing with a black market and don't know much about the items I purchased an expensive item that I never received Poshmark said to ask the seller about the item Never heard from the seller about this item although she did respond promptly about my interest in another even more expensive article in her closet Now I am waiting for another item to be sent from another seller- it has been weeks already and I am going to cancel Also, you are never sure your item is "authentic" or not I purchased a Burberry bag that upon receiving it saw it was not authentic although the seller insisted it was I have given enough chances to this website; buyer beware I will stick with *** and *** for now on

The seller advertised the merchandise had no visible signs of wear on the outside which is why I purchased it it on line without seeing it in person like in a storeUpon receiving the merchandise there were signs of wear to the leather on the outside of the bagI immediately notified Poshmart as and asked for a refundThey are refusing to refund my money because they say it is loving wearThis is not a standard policyThe bag was misrepresented online causing me to purchase an item that stated it had no visible signs of wear on the outsideTheir policy is refund if item is misrepresent dThis item was misrepresented because it most certainly shows visible signs of wear and I enclosed pictures to Poshmart to prove itThey still refused to give me a refund
