I have sold many things on poshmarkI currently have $*** that is redeemable in my account, and $*** thats pendingWhen I clicked on to get a direct deposit it said that a verification code has been sent to my email (this was back in April)I kept repeating that and hadn't even gotten the verification code which made me not get MY money out of my accountI emailed them a total of about timesThe first email I sent got a reply within about days (which they say should be hours)They gave me an option to add their email to my contacts in my phone and that didn't workI replied that this supposedly easy fix did not work and I still didn't get an email from them with my verification codeI sent back an email stating it didn't work and would hope to get this fixed soonThey didn't replyI sent another email about a month ago and didn't get a responseA few days ago I sent another email and (I would call a number but they oddly don't have any other way of reaching t

I can provide proof that their users were not created by myselfAlthough they didn't want this proofOver Thanksgiving we had family in town, these users were family, and could not find anything that would suit what they like so they found something I would likeThey will NOT look into the credit cards used which are under THIER names and addressesThis pretty much means that only one user per household, but they do NOT mention this in any terms in their agreement

This site alleges to prohibit the sale of REPLICA goods ( purses, jewelry, clothing , etc) They take 20% of all of sales and ALLOW replicas to be sold from their site ( ILLEGAL ) Numerous people have reported these sellers to them yet they do nothing because they are making illegal money from these sales

This business has horrible customer service! Being a first time buyer on this website I was assured that I would be receiveing an item that was new with tags and had never been worn or tried on but when I received this item this was not trueI have reached out to customer service well over times and have not received any help or even any remorse regarding this situationDo not spend your money with this company or spend your money because they ask as if the customers are worthless once they have your moneyI have sent photographic evidence, email eveidence and offered to send the item back to no availThis has been a horrendous experience and I would not recommend anyone to use Poshmark
