I have reached out to posh Mark at least times via email which is their only contact method to have my email address changed so that I can collect the balance I have made by selling my products on their website and they are not contacting me back so that I can Collect my moneyThey have no telephone number that I can call to speak to a live agent and I am due over $I need to change my email address in their system which I cannot do because I don’t have access to my old email address and they need me to give them a code from my old email address to change My address to the new oneThey also need my old email address to even add a phone number to my account to get a verification code to release my fundsSo I need them to either call me at *** ** *** ** ** ***m to resolve the issue or update my account with that new email address

I placed an order through Poshmark but the jewelry received were not as described by the sellerThe materials were not authenticInstead of being sterling silver, genuine freshwater pearls, and *** crystals, the items were fake cheap costume jewelryI contact Poshmark and emailed them pictures of the missing stamp and 18K stamp on the jewelryPoshmark also asked for pictures of a magnet test, which I also emailed, depicting the silver necklace attracted to the magnet, proving that it is made of metal, not the sterling silver stated on the listingI sent the company two emails with the pictures of the jewelry, as evidence that they were fake costume jewelryPoshmark "denied this case since it did not qualify for a return under the guidelines." I suspect my refund was denied, even with substantial evidence, because Poshmark is more concerned about earning 20% of the sale, than refunding an order that was clearly misrepresented for the purpose of duping customers
My home burned down on december in the thomas firesI lost everything, including the entire contents of my poshmark closetI changed my closet listings to non active so I could save the listings for insurance purposedSeveral days later, poshmark contacted me and said a bag I had sold for $a YEAR ago was fake, and I needed to pay them at once or risk my closet being closedI replied and asked for them to return the bag to me so I could have it professionally authenticated as I do not entirely trust their moderatorsThey have flagged my authentic *** bags (brand new) as fake at least times and yet when I listed the supposedly fake bags again for $500, had them go through concierge service, they were ALL approved as authenticI contacted posh numerous times to ask them to look into the situation as I had proof in the form of the serial numbers of the *** bags which were removed as "fake" had later been approved (the very same bags!) by their own concierge service as realA
