Wife was victim of fraudulent purchase of item through Poshmark and they have not responded to emails concerning it They have no phone number available to speak with customer service Seems to be a poorly run or possibly shady business

I’ve been a Seller on the Poshmark app since I have never had an issue until recentlyI’ve had two Buyers recently buy items from my closet for them to only have what I believe to be buyers remorse because they spent too much or didn’t end up liking the itemFirst time- Buyer claims heels she purchased are “damaged” which they weren’t but she mutilates and twists the shoes so they actually are damaged in order to return them because the return policy is clear you can only return if damagedPoshmark approves the return because I say the lady can return them before I am aware what she has doneI get my shoes and I inform Poshmark of the damage so they ask me to mail them the shoes and they will release my moneyAfter they get the shoes, I am looking on app at shoes and see my damaged shoes are now being sold by a Poshmark employeeWhen I comment saying this is the case, they block my comments and erase them because it looks bad on them for selling a damaged item I sent in onl

I purchased an organizer from Poshmark, prior to purchasing it I asked if it fits by insert - she said yes, but it was no as I took it to three stores, staples and two high end pharmacies that sell Daytimer and Filofax, none fit and the woman who does the ordering said that nothing would fit itI contacted Poshmark and had to wait for over a week to say that my request has been deniedAs the seller stated that it would fitI saw complaints of this companyI work part time and have to make the most of my money, this is dishonest! I ordered a handbag that was advertised as an expensive *** *** brand made of leather and suedeThe item that was shipped to me appeared to be the bag in the ad picture, however, it is vinyl and faux suede and appears to be counterfeit as *** *** does not sell vinyl productsI followed the instructions provided on PoshMark website by emailing them via the website explaining the matter the day I received the item requesting instructions to return the item and a full refundI have not received any communication from them indicating that they were handling the matter and it's been over a weekI'm concerned as there is no way to speak to a customer service rep via phone and there has been no further communication

provided by the seller AND the buyer is consistent with the female version of this sweater

I asked Poshmark to contact a seller about the authenticity of my recently ordered Tiffany earrings, because they look fake Earrings came to me as “Tiffany and co.” but listed on Poshmark site without the quote marksThey refused to contact the seller to verify authenticity I do not recommend a company that has this type of business practice

And about the size, I actually took a screenshot of my receipt from where I brought the shirt from and size sent it in as proof to poshmark and even told them the shirt was not ripped before it was sent! My husband even saw the shirt before and did not see any ripsIt was obvious that the buyer was too big for the shirt!! And of course Posh mark sides with the buyerSo now i'm just waiting to receive my shirt so I can delete my account with them.! I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy!!

This seems like a fun and nice way to buy and sell items but it is a total SCAMAs the sellers you are not protectedI recently sold a wallet to a woman, the wallet was in perfect condition, I even sent the box and dustbag and she opened a case against me claiming it was not as describedI emailed poshmark asking to see the pictures because I was so confused as to why a case would be opened up and once they SIDED with her and refunded her the pictures became available to me and low and be hold she RIPPED the wallet herselfAn expensive dollar versace wallet and she basically tore it up claimig I sent it to her that wayNow my wallet is being sent back to me destroyed and is basically unsellable or unusable and poshmark has not answered meThey are un responsive and do not know how to run a businessBasically if someone buys something of yours and decides they dont like it, they can destroy it and claim it came that way and basically you are out of your money and your item can return to u damagedI was shocked that someone would even do that to something so expensive or to someone in general and poshmark just doesn't careThis whole website is awful and NEEDS to be shut downDO NOT sell your stuff on this scam of a website because they will take your money and ruin your stuffThere are countless negative complaints about it im surprised this website is still runningI have never seen a business be run so awfully and so carelessDO NOT USEsafe yourself the trouble and sell elsewhereI will be shutting my account down and selling somewhere elseSomewhere trustworthy
