I ordered a coat for my toddler days ago and still it has not been sent to me and poshmark refuses to give me a refund until days pass which is on Oct Yet there app says I cannot cancel until Oct 25! Which is days! Seller is inresponsive and poshmark already took the money out of my bank and I still do t have my item! I had to purchase a coat for my toddler on *** with day shipping because poshmark never sent me my itemI want a refund and no longer want the coat that was not even sent to me anyways! I have no item and no money! Give me a refund!

I sold a moncler coat for on Poshmark It was clearly listed size in pictures I sent it to the Poshmark concierge who approved size and quality with buyer Was then shipped to buyer who decided he did not like size after having my cost over a week I lost out on other sales and now after tag pulled up by concierge they are returning to me I tried contacting them they are unresponsive

As our Disputes agent informed this seller, they sold a counterfeit item and owe us $** for the orderSelling counterfeit items is unlawful and strictly prohibitedOnce the $** is sent we can proceed with reinstating the accountIn addition, we see that a purchase was made on *** ** in the
amount of $*** and the funds from the redeemable balance were applied towards this purchase.

I accept their response as resolving my case, however, anyone reading this complaint at the Revdex.com site should realize I did not receive one reply from my multiple pleas for help to Poshmark until I filed a Revdex.com complaintThen I finally did get the refund I requestedThis was the single worst shopping experience I've ever had anywhereBuyer Beware! They don't have a customer service phone number at all and they do not respond to email - unless you complain to the Revdex.com

I started an account on posh mark both to buy and saleHowever after I had made two purchases and two sales they asked for my DOB as verification before I could complete my salesI asked why was that necessary when I have never provided that information for any website and I have both sold and purchased on EBay since gave them my user name for verificationI was the told they had to have that information as required by both state and federal lawI never heard of such a requirement I have asked the Attorney Generals Office and they referred me to you as they said it was a legal question

Absolutely non-ethical company Bought a dress, got dress, dress was labeled as a certain size but had clearly been shrunk Zipper was warped, and wouldn't zip Dress will never fit Complained, and after a series of back and forth, they denied my return request because technically, the dress was the same size that was advertised I explained that no, technically it wasn'tThey would not even address the broken zipper, even after asking them point blank "why are you not addressing the broken zipper." In response, they actually told me in an email (so I have it in writing) that I can go ahead and try reselling the item Enraged, I asked them if that is their typical policy, to knowingly encourage users to sell bad items so that they can continue to profit off of already high percentages of the sale No response I cannot even believe that a business can so transparently be this non-ethical DO NOT USE Poshmark There are far better clothes selling/trading sites
