I had been an active seller on Posh for nearly years, until I was nearly scammedI posted a picture of the STOLEN pics another posher was using, within my closetI never listed her name, because she changed accounts so frequentlyI also had instructions on how to use *** to tell if pics were fakeMy account was locked and I was told it wouldn't be reinstatedLet me also note for what Posh charges in sales, their customer service is nonexistent! It had been over mo I deleted my account and reluctantly decided to open a new closetI knew this time I would be vigilant about who I purchased/sold to(Even after reading all the complaints) I have been active for over mo now, no complaints, perfect sales/purchasing recordMy account was suddenly closed without warningI emailed Posh, waited for days before getting a generic response, just stating that I had ties to a locked accountI don't agree with their response nor the reason of why my first account was lockedBut if

This company deducted money from my banks account for an item of clothing I purchased from themThey use 'sellers' to provide these clothing products that they sellWhen their seller never accepted my order nor shipped it or responded o my questions regarding why my money was taken from my account yet my order was never processedPosh are told me after 7days they will refund my moneyIt has been their days they asked for yet they have ignored all three of myrequests to have my money returned to meThey scammed me and took money from my account by pretending to sell an item that they never even processed

I placed orders with different sellersEach listing was described as like new and cost over $Order 1: Arrived...cardigan looked new but was ripped across back shoulders seam ,visible ONLY when it pulled open while being worn - didn't see this until I checked out the rear view in a mirror - UNWEARABLE Order 2: Looked good in photos but arrived badly wrinkled beneath arms, breast and at the waist - obviously worn and sweated in for hours NEEDED FUMIGATINGwas not 'like new'Order 3: NEVER ARRIVED - Post Office said it was delivered, but it must have been left at the wrong addressPosh Mark says this is my problemPost Office insists it was delivered - but it wasn'tI work from home and talk to my mail carrier ( of years) almost every day - she did NOT deliver itTOTAL LOSS : $never again I'M DELETING MY POSH MARK ACCOUNTThe policies sound great until you actually have a problem - then you realize customer service is non existent and communication is almost impossibleBuyer Beware - this site is a real gamble? I purchased shoes on this site during first week of being registered there and all of them were not what expectedOne was damaged, wrong description, second was wrong size, ordered size 9, received size 8, the third also wrong size, ordered 9,received !! I ordered an item, the seller promised to ship it, and never didI think this company engages in fraudulent business practices by trying to scam consumers and obtain their private informationThe sellers also try to trick customers by posting handbags without identifying the brand name and with a search you can find those same bags on *** for half the priceDo not deal with this company at all

Regarding order #*** I have written numerous emails to Poshmark Support about an order I never received from February Finally, Gloria from support wrote to me on March stating Poshmark had reviewed my case and they were processing a refundNo refund has been credited to my accountI wrote again on May with the March 29th email attached to support saying I never got the refundThey have not responded

I've encountered an error on the Poshmark website and android app that will not allow me to redeem my earnings via direct deposit or paper checkI've reached out to Poshmark customer support to resolve the issue on March 27, I've provided screen shots of the error that I receive, but I'm being asked to provide my bank account information via email which I do not think is smartI've since requested a paper check for my money and I've inquired about having my money sent via PayPal (which they have done before)Poshmark has not responded and will not provide an update
