NEVER BUY, SELL, OR EVEN LOOK AT THIS SO CALLED BUSINESSES PRODUCTS!!
Iv'e been selling on Poshmark since March of this year I have never in my life felt so singled out, bullied, and defamed in my retail career!first off, if any one has the same products as you, or even sells the same category of products, (iemakeup) there is a league of little hater girls who, on all your sales posts, will defame you, and your products!, Then, so so called "moderator" will send a canned email to you stating that they took your products off line because one of these little girls decided upon themselves that your products are fake, dirty, etcI have been made to post my purchase receipts from my wholesaler for all to see, and STILL get bullied, harassed and defamed by both Posh and their henchwomen on a daily basisI finally told one of the ring leaders off, without any cussing or accusatory wording, send Poshmark an email with screen shots of the harassment, and I get an email back from Posh saying I'm being given a "warning" about my comments to this person!!!I will be suing women along with Posh for defamation, harassment, and loss of business*** ***

I made an order on 5/18/**Never received a confirmation by 5/30/** that my item had been delivered but the site took the money out of my account on 5/19/**I have not received a refund as of 6/2/**The amount of purchase was $

Poshmark is great...until you have a problemThere's absolutely no customer service or protection for its sellersWhen a recent customer experienced buyer's remorse she filed a complaint against me saying the item I sold her was a knockoffOf course I didn't know what the reason for the complaint was forHere's how it works: Poshmark only tells you that you that a case has been opened up against you and is in reviewYou can submit something in retaliation but the issue is you have no clue what their complaint is aboutIt was only AFTER they ruled in her favor that I discovered her reasoning for filing a claimWhen I contacted the team about the issue THIS was the response given to me verbatim:
Please note that when an item's authenticity is disputed, the seller must provide proof that it is authenticThis means that a receipt or proof of purchase must be submitted in order to verify your claim that it is authenticUnfortunately, because this was not given, we were forced to approve the returnIf you do not have the original receipt, we kindly ask that you have your item authenticated by a third partyIf you have an authentication certificate, you are welcome to re-list the itemThank you for understanding!

I couldn't believe itI guess you just have to throw everything at them when a claim is filed and hope that something can support your side of the dispute, unless the seller is kind enough to reach out to you firstBut let's face it, not everyone is so kindThe company takes 20% of your earnings but doesn't have the decency to set up a system similar to *** or ***, where disputes involve both parties??? The way it's set up, a seller can lie and easily get their money back after an item has been damaged or usedYou have to pray that the person isn't rotten enough to shred your item or neglect to return everything (both of which have happened to sellers)I implore anyone to simply ***: Poshmark Seller Complaints and see what comes upIt's absolutely deplorable! I was a seller on Poshmark of a Gucci hatThe woman received it and then proceeded to harass me on Poshmark publicly immediately assuming I purposely send her the wrong sizeShe was very nasty and at first I tried to respond nicelyShe then went on all my listings and said horrible things about me which I thing responded backI was extremely angry and this treatmentPoshmark does not pay you until the item is receivedHowever, she was supposed to send the hat back to meYesterday, I received the box and she replaced it with another hat of an inferior brand and not the Gucci hatI took pictures of everything and called Poshmark twice and sent them emails with pictures as they do not answer a phoneI therefore, do not have my money nor the Gucci hatI have no way of contacting Poshmark and it is extremely poor customer serviceI even checked off the harassment buttons on the Poshmark appI am extremely upset at being scammed by this woman

I sold an authentic *** * ** silver bracelet on Poshmark, after the customer received the bracelet decided he does not want it anymore and said it had a scratchBracelt was used and did have a faint hairline scratch could have been there before or could have been scratched by the buyer since they had a change of mindThe bracelet was sent back to me but they buyer did not send back the original *** blue dust pouch that I sent with the original orderI contacted Poshmark several times email and phone to let them know I did not get my item back as it was originally shippedThe buyer did not send me the *** dust pouch, but no one from Poshmark has contacted me backPoshmark has taken money out of my account and refunded the buyer and I did not get my item back as shipped

I purchased an item of clothing that I feel was misrepresented in sizeThe seller stated it was a medium, however it ran incredibly smallI feel the seller should have discl9sed thisMy claim was denied on the basis that it did not meet the requirementsI feel this was unfairly handled and they should take another look at itI submitted proof and a second request to look further into the situation just to be told I was denied again

I have made three purchases from Poshmark in the last month and only one was delivered in a timely mannerThe other purchases had to eventually be cancelled due to non-delivery of goodsThat is only a 33% success rate in the delivery of good that I was charge hundreds of dollars forThe mechanism this company uses to sell and deliver goods is unreliable and is a poor business practiceGood should be shipped in a timely manner once purchased and communication should occur when there is a delayFrankly Poshmark needs to do a much better job qualifying sellers and the business model feels more like a scam than a proper online retail site after this experience

I would like a prepaid return label to be emailed to*** and a full refund of $*** plus the shipping of $*** of the fraudulent item returned to my *** credit card immediately

The seller doesn't respond to anything I say, it's been days since I've purchased my item and order is still in process and I can't even cancel until days if the seller doesn't shipThis whole process wasted my time and money I put in and I will never use this site ever again

I sold a pair of shoes that were exactly as listed in the listing to a buyerThe buyer received the shoes and despite the fact that they were the listed shoe size, she requested a return because they were tight on her and she had fit issuesAccording to Poshmark’s policy and procedures, this is not a valid reason for a returnI pointed this issue out to Poshmark and provided them a copy of their relevant policy and procedures and photographs of the shoes evidencing that they were infact the size shoes as provided for in the listingThe buyer also provided photographs that showed the shoes were the same size as provided for in the listingIt has not been over three days and no response from poshmarkThis is unacceptable and completely unfair to me

Poshmark NEVER removed any harrasers that I've been complaining times! They're Still allowed to do business even if it cost somebody else to remove their listingsThese users are the most recent ones that you still allowed to sell after they rants with no business on my page: *** and *** had too much time to be ended up on my page and said things like they owned the storeYou removed my solid listings that you previously allowed to be sold with NO solid reasons and already been sold to other users and letting these jealous rants *** to make problems with me

Yes i' am currently suspendedIt's because poshmark said that i'm selling items that is not permitted by themThat account is 3months old and that's not my first one that i've sold in their website so i'm thinking why all of a sudden suspend me? and why waited for my product to be delivered before suspending meNow i've lost my product and poshmark is not issuing the paymentI've been talking to poshmark support in the email but their not responding again after 1message that they've sent me

I was completely scammedI ordered a Free People dress, with pictures of the dress directly from Free People siteI received, and it was NOT Free People, but rather this person's knock off - which was made of very cheap fabric and extremely poor fitI contacted them about it, and received an auto-response promising a response within hours, but instead have been completely ignored

Our support team has informed us that they responded to the user on *** 7th and requested that the user provide them with the order number in reference to the item they claim to have not receivedNo response was provided to our support teamBecause it is unclear which order is being referred to, we ask that the user respond directly to our support team for any further information regarding the order in mention.
In addition, they are able to provide evidence of harassment to the user upon request.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved

Poshmark is a scammers paradiseTurn around and run, aside from their ridiculously expensive fees this app is a scammers paradiseI am a reseller and have been scammed out of items by the same buyer three times through different accounts and addresses, each time the buyer has successfully won the case against me automatically by Posh
