I purchased a dress on Poshmark on 03/29/18, which posted to my account on 03/30/I've made probably 50+ purchases from Poshmark over the last calendar yearWhen the "purchase" arrived, it arrived in the form of an empty boxI immediately e-mailed Poshmark supportI received no response so I opened a dispute,attached photos of the box and contacted the sellerAgain, I received no response from Poshmark for three daysWhen they did finally deign to e-mail me back, they ignored my lengthy purchase history and asked for more picturesIt was in the middle of the work weekI worked late every night that week, not getting home until PMI had already sent them photos, and knew I would need to go dig the empty box out of a trash dumpster so I could take more photos (and I can't exactly do that at PM)They took three days to even answer me, so I thought they would probably give a bit to answer, especially as there was no deadline given in their support replyThey did notThey

On March 12, I sold a jacket online to someone in California for $The item was brand new with tagsA few days after the buyer received it, she contacted me stating the jacket was all damaged and dirty and wanted her money backI told her it's obviously not trueShe opened a claim for a return with poshmark despite me providing pictures again that the item was newPoshmark decided that the buyer can return the item for a full refundThe buyer returned the item after about days and when I received the package, it was a cheap skirt instead of the jacket that I sold herI again contacted poshmark with pictures of the skirt, the box, the receipts showing the difference in shipping weights, etcUnfortunately, poshmark couldn't care lessIn fact, the buyer started accusing ME of fraud when she actually committed theft and fraud with the help of poshmarkNow I have no jacket, no money, and no more faith in poshmark

I contacted poshmark to handle a returnI received a automated email but no real reply from poshmarkThis is the second time Ive needed something canceled/returned and poshmark has been absent in the situation1st there is no option for you to simply return the item so you have to go through poshmark in order to get it returned and boy do they love to take there timeThey tell you not to send multiple inquiries about an order but they fail to actually answer and only leave you days to do an actual returnI don't have all day to waste waiting for poshmark to send a return labelI want a full refund for my item Im not so sure if I will be using this company again

This company will ban you for calling out someone who is selling fake itemsThey don't care where their money comes from as long as it's coming inThey banned me for reporting a seller with counterfeit cosmetics listed, and I have only ever sold authentic makeup, making the company a modest 2k over the course of a yearThey will *** you over in a heartbeat

I ordered a shirt through the serviceThe shirt was supposed to be a size largeIt was labeled a size large but had clearly been extremely poorly laundered and shrunk to size small or smallerI provided numerous pictures showing the extent of shrinkage along with measurements of the shirt showing it’s length was inches less than the proper length of an adult large shirt for this brandNowhere in the listing was there any indication that the shirt was damaged or that it had been shrunk at least two sizesPoshmark refused to hold the seller accountable and issue a refundInstead they advised me to resell the shirt on poshmark, presumably to some other unsuspecting victimIn short, I was sold damaged goods without disclosure and poshmark refuses to allow me to return the misrepresented product to the seller for a refundI am absolutely appalled that they would advise me to use their service to resell damaged merchandise rather than actually address the problem with the sellerI c

I believe this is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt withNot only are they extremely slow in emailing back- and I only emailed because they do not have a phone number to call- but they did absolutely nothing in the way of helping me resolve my issueI had previously purchased a dress on the website from a seller, but when I received the dress, it did not fit correctlyI proceeded to relist the dress on my page, causing the seller I originally bought the dress from to leave harassing comments on my listing, and sabotaging the sale of the itemWhen I looked to customer support to either delete the comments or reimburse me for the loss of income, they could not have done less to helpThey refused to take down the comments, and also refused to disclose the criteria for comment deletionI have never had this difficult of a customer service experience, am sick of the whole back and forth, and would just like to be reimbursed
