I ordered a Gucci wallet from a seller on PoshmarkThe seller showed me their receipt however, when I received the wallet, it was clearly fakeI even had the wallet reviewed by Authenticate First and they confirmed it was a replicaIn these instances, Poshmark is responsible for mediating the issue between the seller and buyerI submitted all of my documentation into Poshmark to ask for a refundThey are non-responsiveI want to close this return out because the seller is harassing meI continually report the seller to Poshmark but they have done nothingPoshmark's response time is not acceptableThey allow their users to be harassed by other users and do nothing about itThere are fake luxury items running rampant on their site and they do nothing about it

My very first purchase on Poshmark will be my lastI purchased a used bag in "overall good condition" on October 5thOn October 12th a package arrived with the wrong merchandise in it, and after contacting the seller I was told that she just mixed up two orders and I was asked to ship the errant merchandise to the other buyer via a prepaid label provided to me, which I didOn October 19th I finally received my bag and it was in a disgusting condition with a greasy film of dirt around the inner edge and the leather holding the straps on beginning to disintegrateI contacted customer service again and was issued an apology and given a return label which I used to ship the bag back to the seller on October 22ndOn October 24th Poshmark closed the inquiry to my case and released the payment to the sellerNow I have no bag, and the seller has my payment

BUYER BEWARE! I just started shopping on Poshmark because I found a couple of items that were cheaper than ebay my mistakeWithin the last days, I've had orders cancelled by different sellers because they changed their minds (in case it helps other potential buyers, the specific sellers are *** @ *** ** *** *** *** ** and *** * ***)Yes, I got refunds in both cases, but I actually WANTED both items - that's why I purchased themPoshmark has no way of rating sellers if they flippantly cancel your orders, and the sellers can DELETE comments they don't likeIn other words, you have ZERO protection as a buyerHeaven forbid you spend money and never receive your item or receive it in poor conditionI see no way to file a complaint on the Poshmark site*** may be overly protective of buyers, often to the detriment of sellers, but it's a much safer shopping experience

While I'm not completely pleased with the way Poshmark went about handling this issue, they did provide me an explanation which is what I needed in order to gain some resolution

I have been on Poshmark for some time and I am extremely disappointed with my recent transaction! I purchased a dress from their site and was extremely dissatisfiedIt was clear once I received the gown the dress was a cheaply made replica of the picture shownThe lace was not the same and the dress was not true to sizeThe picture showed a knew what length dress and the item received was a shirt! I contacted them and they did nothingI sent numerous pictures and they were ok with their consumers receiving items that are deceiving

I sold my Chanel sneakers on poshmark it got approved for authenticity but prior to them shipping it off they sent the buyer additional photos of the sneakers to see if they’ll continue with the sale if not they’ll ship it back The buyer accepted the photos and the sneakers were sent then the buyer disputed not as described after the fact the buyer approved the additional photos sent by poshmark Sneakers were returned via USPS tracking which I didn’t receive until two weeks after they were actually shipped I never received no notice from the postal service for delivery attempt nor was the package at my local post office I contacted poshmark numerous times about the situation no response but they released the earnings and refunded the buyer When I checked the tracking again this week it was returned to the sender but the zip code the package ended up at was not my zip code Which explains why I couldn’t find the package at my post office in my area

I bought a purse from a seller on poshmark.*** The seller stated on the ad the purse used only once and practically new, so I offered a price according for this 'new bag'Right after I receive the package and I saw there's a large area of leather on the handle rubbed off on the surface, and there some white scuff on it as wellSo I report the item not as described immediately After filed the case, one week past I haven't heard anything from them, besides the seller was very nice told me do not worry and she will work with me and willing to accept the return But both seller and I didn't hear anything back from poshmark after a whole week, finally I had to contact my credit card company and asked for helpIt's about right after my credit card company contact them, they send me an email and offer $credit on their website, I refusedAnd I responded told them I just want my money back, and seller have no problem to take the returnsafter a few hours I received another email from them, they said they will not issue a refund to me, instead they gave me $credit on their website and tell me to keep the bag no return I don't understand why are they being so hard on the buyer even though the seller is willing to take the returnThey don't want to give up their 20% commission on this $PurseThat is like rob my hard earned money, totally unacceptableHopefully my credit card company will help me get my money back as soon as they canAnd I want everyone know do not buy anything on there unless you don't care will you receive

I sold a set of brand new AUTHENTIC Mac look in a box essentials brushesThe buyer lied that they were counterfeit so she could return themA case was opened and I EAGERLY sent proof of authenticity: multiple pictures of my brushes, same brushes from unbiased blogs, and MAC.com to compare my brush and real brushes side by sideI also sent the contact info and invoice of THE COMPANY I bought the brushes from to further prove their authenticityI am a top performing Ebay seller with over 1000+ positive reviews for sales of authentic brushes(my store is ***I also sent this to posh to show my integrity) Upon receiving the brushes, ALL the plastic sleeves the brushes were packaged in were gone, the plastic pouch the brushes came in was gone, AND the brushes were splayed and obviously usedThe person got buyers remorse and VIOLATED BUYERS POLICY about their authenticity to make a return
Now I am stuck with USED and unsanitary brushes as Posh sided with the user who VIOLATED their rulesThe rules clearly state that ONLY USED MAKEUP is prohibited and COUNTERFEIT makeupMy brushes are 100% authenticI also included VERY CLOSE up pictures of the brushes so that buyers can see for themselves the brushes are real
I am very upset that the buyer violated the rules, while I followed them and went above and beyond to prove they are authentic but Posh SIDED with the buyerShe is probably SCAMMING more people since POSH encourages this type of behavior by letting her goI figure if I am giving posh 20% of all of my sales and all of my positive reviews, they would have a little more respect for me
I no longer feel comfortable selling on here and would discourage anyone else from doing so if this type of behavior is tolerated

I ordered a smart ring from the site, when I received the ring it would not connect to my phone and I assumed it needed to be charged ( have already own a ring from the same company and it needed a significant amount of time to charge for the first use)I responded to the company that the ring was not damaged and appear to be what the listing said it would be, the following day when I went to pair with my phone it would not stay connectedI went to the customer service section of the website that advised me to email the customer service team about the issuesI did just that and received a confirmation email that they received it, I heard back from a rep the next business day (I reached out on a Saturday), and was asked to send in a video to show the issues with the ring because I wanted to return it and get my money backThe team waited another hours before responding when I was told they could not do anything about it because I sent them an email and did not go through the site
