Several days ago Poshmark suspended my account as a result of suspicious activity reported by my bankMind you that Poshmark never reached out to me to inform me that they were suspending my account, I just went to accept an offer for an item and I wasn't able to,  nor was I able to extend offers or buy anything Soooo, I had to send an email because Poshmark does not have a customer service number,  at all.  I have visited lemonaid stands that run with more efficiency and professionalism than this site!! I sent the email at 10pm Wednesday by 2pm the next day I still had not received a response,  so over the next hours I sent five more emails expressing my concerns at the lack of responsiveness from the Poshmark team,  as well as confirming that none of the transactions on my account were eroneous or fraudulentFinally at 11pm on Thursday I get an email from poshmark indicating my account was suspended pending confirmation from ME that none of the tra

The buyer opened a case against me and she essentially got away with stealing my romper and I want it sent back to meIt's not fair that the buyer can get away with theft and the seller is left with the earnings from the sale but the item is still with the buyer who literally scams to get free stuff

I've been repeatedly sending emails requesting that Poshmark close an open problem inquiry case, so that I can release payment to the seller immediatelyI contacted the seller and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction between the seller and myselfTherefore, Im requesting the case be closed so that I can pay the sellerPoshmark has not replied to my countless emails regarding this matterWhen I try to release payment to the seller on.the website, an error message appears saying that I must contact Poshmark Support team which I have without a reply

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: like stated when initially complaining I was traveling and was unable to take a photo until I returned homeI ordered a second pair of pants that were way too big and I even measured them and I was correctThe I purchased was a 40!!! I tried to cancel an order after I realized my phone browser prevented me from reading the correct sizeI "commented" asking the seller to cancel (no response), emailed customer service (no response), and sent a message through *** (no response)What does it take to get help?

If I would have known of the highly negative reviews of this site, I would NOT have placed my orderI didn't receive the right color and after contacting them three times explaining the exact same thing each time, the boot slippers tore open at the seam after only a few times of wearCouldn't remember my username and there was no other way to get into my accountEven after sending them a pic of what I did receive!!!
