I ordered a handbag that was advertised as an expensive *** *** brand made of leather and suedeThe item that was shipped to me appeared to be the bag in the ad picture, however, it is vinyl and faux suede and appears to be counterfeit as *** *** does not sell vinyl productsI followed the instructions provided on PoshMark website by emailing them via the website explaining the matter the day I received the item requesting instructions to return the item and a full refundI have not received any communication from them indicating that they were handling the matter and it's been over a weekI'm concerned as there is no way to speak to a customer service rep via phone and there has been no further communication

I sold an item on Poshmark's website and shipped the item to the buyerTracking information indicates the item was out for delivery and a notice was left for the buyer to pick up their package from the post officeIt had been twelve days since the item was out for delivery and Poshmark has not released my fundsI have sent multiple messages through Poshmark's customer service system, sent multiple emails and left a voice mail at their business numberI have not gotten a response from them

Poshmark advertised a pocketbook for sale for $I purchased it on February 6, Poshmark took my money from my credit cardI never received a confirmationI contacted the company on February 9, to ask for my confirmationI then received an email from customer service notifying me that the pocketbook is not available and that they would be now be cancelling the orderI asked them why they took my money in the first place if the pocketbook is not availableI never received a response back answering my questionI then asked when I could receive my money backThey told me 10-days!!! Why was I charged if the item is not available? Why was it advertised as available? It is advertising and theftI still don't have my money back despite my request to refund the money the day they cancelled the order

I have been on Poshmark for some time and I am extremely disappointed with my recent transaction! A clothing purchase that we made on line from Poshmark does fit and after several attempts via email and phone to contact their customer there has not been any response to arrange a return of the product

I have been a buyer and seller on this website for about years now I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Poshmark Unlike other platforms, Poshmark does have both a seller and buyer protection policy I have benefited from both since I do buy ALOT and also sell As a buyer, they have refunded me funds for items I received and were not as described and as a seller they have protected me when not so honest buyers want to get a way with doing things that are not honest I truly recommend this app to sell or buy and do recommend you follow their guidelines strictly Only when you don't follow the guidelines is when you come across issues like the ones I've been reading here Almost % of the negative reviews are due to people not following their guidelines
